I guess there s a reason you don t take your high-end car to an average placeSpilled oil on my intercooler, drip down onto the hose, where it connects. filling oil with one hand, while swinging back-and-forth like they re bored out of their mindThe bottom of my vehicle has oil all over it the filter drenched in oil no care for the vehicle at all .Will definitely not bring my vehicle here or any location again .

First time at this particular Jiffy Lube and I was very impressed. The whole staff was quick and efficient. They explained every step and even cut me a deal because I needed so much work done to my car. This place was very professional. Highly recommend

Went for a simple oil change.The price they advertise isn t anywhere close to what they end up charging you. Very sneaky expensive mandatory add on charges at the end.Also, they tried to talk me into replacing my brake pads and rotors. According to my usual mechanic, my brake pads and rotors are just fine. So watch out when taking your car here. They re going to take advantage of you.

I have not taken my car to any Jiffy Lube for 25 years, ever since they didn't put the cap back on my oil tank, and all the oil spilled onto my garage floorI went online to see if maybe they have improved. For each negative review, they give the exact same generic response.When I leave a review, if a company responds, I like it to be from a person and not from a software program.Check their response to this review to verify what I am saying.

They are so nice, I am in love with every man and woman that works there. Great customer service, they went over and explained everything to my little sister that was getting her first oil change. Thank you!

I do Lyft and drive a 2014 black Toyota Camry,I picked up a call from Gainesville that took me to Tampa Florida.Before leaving Tampa. I decided to stop by Jiffy Lube on west Hillsboro ave just so they he can check the oil and tire pressure. They were nice enough to check the oil,tire pressure and I could see them they were checking the battery also. Everything seem to be OK, then I left Tampa.On my way back to Gainesville,All of a sudden My dashboard lit up a Christmas tree and kept doing it every 20-30 minutes.Next day I took the car to the Jiffy Lube in Ocala,thats wher i liv and I go on a regular basis (great people btw)and they told me that the battery clamp was put back improperly and as a result was contacting the hood since the car was in motion.Now as a result, I have to buy another piece to hold the clamp together. Please tell your employees to double check what they have done after they are finished. I am a single mother of two and this little mistake could turn ugly and deadlier and yes you are right I will not be going back to that Jiffy Lube on W.Hillsborough ever again and I lost my $5.00 that I gav him,what a waste of money.

The staff was great, this review is more reflection of the pricing, it's expensive. Without coupon, it's well over $100. Came here bc they open early.

Great staff. Nice location. A bit slow. Took over an hour for an oil change, filter, tire rotation, and brake flush. A little disappointing it took so long but otherwise great experience.

I went in for a simple oil change and came out with a major oil leak and cracked oil pan. All 5 quarts of oil leaked out within 5 hrs after having the service done. I was told that I had a bad oil pan plug but upon replacing I found that the oil pan itself had a big crack causing the major leak. I called back to notify the shop of what had happened and I m awaiting their call back. Spent over $80 for an oil change that has cost an additional $130 for parts and repairs that I have to do myself. Not a satisfied customer at all!

Well received from staff very polite, professional, time efficient service at its best my first time here and will now be my go to regular place for oil change the staff eliminated any future choices with the service I have received and most importantly car is running to perfection best state it s been from all the oil change I ve had in the past

Had my company F150 serviced at this jiffy lub area and always good quality service and helpful knowledgeable people and this why I ve been coming to this location for over 5years for all our services.

I would give 5 stars to some of the employees. They are sweet, helpful guys. 4 stars because the prices are pretty high, but that's because of the speed that you get your work done. So if you don't mind paying higher prices it's worth being out of there quickly, compared to other shops. They even offer free fluid top offs between oil changes!

This rating is mostly due to price. The staff were friendly enough and got me in-and-out of there fairly quick. But I paid $70 for a regular oil change. Not synthetic, but regular oil. That's absolutely ridiculous and I would not have done it if I would have known the price 1st. Shop around you can get a regular oil change much cheaper. - So received standard automated response below. If they cared they would lower their prices to be more competitive. It's actually cheaper at the Jeep dealership and at least those guys have see a jeep before.Service: Oil change

Very pleased with my experience this morning. Andres took care of me almost immideately and had me back on the road really quickly. He was very nice and kept me informed about what was going on with my car. I am very grateful for the work he did and his personability. 10/10 would recommend!

Terrible. First off, I wasn't comfortable driving the car in, as I didn't know when there were bars/bumps to drive over. There was zero communication, just kept waving me forwardThey didn't vacuum, didn't say a thing. They also didn't clean exterior windows ... what's the excuse there?I've was very happy with Jiffy Lube in Jersey, had everything done there include breaks. But Florida - more expensive, no car wash, and they don't even do what's included. Honestly I have no confidence - how do I even know they changed the oil?BTW, the place was empty, no other cars. So it's not like they were overwhelmed. I can see why there were no customers when I arrived - my old Jiffy Lube always had cars in the bay.Service: Oil change

First time there, and I'm still confused if I'm supposed to stay in the car or let them drive it in. Oil change was quick and seemed like they did a good job. Facility is very dated and doesn't give a great impression. This was a fleet vehicle, so my options on places were limited, and I didn't pay the bill. The price they charged the company was high and would never pay that on my own. I've paid far less taking a car to the dealership for an oil change.

I've been a loyal customer to jiffy lube for 5 years since 2014! On Jan. 22,2019. I needed an oil change ,I usually visit the location on Fowler ave.. but I was in the area of the location at 7202 west Hillsborough ave. So I decide to stop there to get my service done.. the employee there named "DAVID" walked me inside the waiting area to wait while my car was getting serviced.. I had it done and was out the door pretty quickly. I left and stopped by a local gas station and went I got out my car I noticed my floor mat was different! They took my floor mat on my driver side and put which I believe another customer's floor mat in my car or either from out of their cars... I have floor mats in my car that has the "Corrolla logo" on them for the drivers side and passenger side. I then called the location and let them know that they had switched my driver side floor mat of course the gentleman David that answered the phone seemed clueless that my driver side floor mat was gone, so he then asked me to come to the location.. I did so..when I got there everybody who was on staff there seem like they were so confused like they don't know where it was. I know what I had in my car when I arrived.. even the guy who vaccumed my car acted like he had no clue of where my floor mat was.. They initially gave me the "Zone managers number his name is Tyler" he gave me a call back the next day saying he reviewed the video tape and nobody took my floor mat..I asked him what are they going to do about my floor mat missing he then told me he can't do anything about it..I see that they are very Inconsiderate to the customers concerns.I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube ever again because that just shows me that they allow their employees to steal from customers.. I believe they swapped my floor mats.. Pictures the one on the left is the one they put in my car. The one on the RIGHT is my original passenger side floor mat.. they DON'T even match do they?

I just had the pleasure of getting my oil changed at this JL location (store 377) and it was a dream.I was serviced by Brittany, Gio, Frank and Andres who were all so friendly and kind. They also were nice enough to explain and educate me on what was being done as well as a timeline for my next service dates.I ve always used Jiffy Lube and always will. They provide fast service and a pleasant experience EVERY TIME!!!Can t recommend enough. This location especially!

Andre and Jo-Jo had great customer service and really cared about making me understand what was going on with my car they took the time to explain it to me and got me back on the road in about an hr! Took my car here back in October for an oil change in a rush. Apparently they use cheap paper gaskets for oil drain plugs instead of crush washer and when I did my change a few weeks back there was only 2qt left with the rest all over the underside of my car. Car is still in warranty and has never had a leak before so I can't attribute thhe leak to anything other than their work.Service: Oil change

When I need a quick oil change they do a great job. May be little more money versus dealership but in and out is great, usually 30ish minutes or less depending on your car or truck.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had my engine light turn on yesterday and my dealer did not have any appointments. I saw the good reviews here and decided to take a Chance on coming here on a Sunday. The mechanic was not in - I was ok with that as I did not call in advance.However I needed to have my oil looked at, fluid put in, and air in tires done. Jacob and the manager - don t recall his name - did these for me gratis and I tipped them as they showed me what they were doing so I could learn per my request. They were friendly and knowledgeable.Recommend!

Customer service was awesome, Javier explained everything my car needed with great detail. As a woman I always get nervous about getting maintenance on my car but I didn t feel like that at all. He was very sweet and professional!

If I knew the quality of customer service I'd get at Jiffy Lube, I would have never gone anywhere else. The employees were helpful and so professional. I appreciate them for taking the time to explain everything to me and for going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
