Very good service! Took in my 2016 Volvo and fixed it for a reasonable price and in a couple days when the dealership was charging triple and would take over a week! They are now my go to mechanics!

Don t not go hereVery dishonest and very disrespectfulMechanic charged me extra for something that he messed up. They tell you a price one time and then it s a totally different price at the end.Definitely won t recommend to anyoneIf I could give a zero star I would because 1 is to much.

BEWARE!!! WISH I could give this No STARS or NEGATIVE STARS!! These people are crooks, they are great at deceiving and conniving but not a damn thing good about their mechanics! Truly a POS servive, employees, and work! My car came out worse than I left it! Not sure if it was them being spiteful towards me all because I called to check on my car ( BECAUSE THEY WERE PAST THE PROMISED TIME)! They broke a piece of the part that I purchased then charged for repairing the damage they caused!!! These people are TRASH, DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THEM! THEY WILL CONVERT IT INTO A Lemon!!! My styeering wheel is now sideways, the gauges are not working and the car is shaking.. ALL THESES THINGS DID NOT EXIST PRIOR TO ME LEAVING MY CAR TO "GET FIXED" WITH THEM! TRUE CROOKS AND GARBAGE!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE!!

Not a reliable company, changing prices last minute, got my car back and it had new mechanical problems that the car didn't have before. This is a no-go when it comes to honest service.

Do not bring your car here!!! Spent a whole trying to get my car fix bc my check engine light/trac off light came on. Came to pick car was told car was fix but eventually had to fix 3 of my other coils. Within hrs of driving my car check engine light/trac light came back. I never had to my car to a mechanic for the same issue. Save your money! Take your car somewhere else.

I used them the first time for some leak i had , which they fixed promptly, very effective . the problem came a few weeks later , when i tried to use this place again. First i took the car for an oil leak in the front. They lifted it and found the leak , they said ok the repair cost is 160. Call me tomorrow to see if the part ( a seal) is already here , which I did . when i called, The owner told me that he had forgotten to pick up the part. I did not put much attention to that , you know every body forgets sometimes something. The thing is that when i called again he told me the same answer ( oh sorry I forgot , but call me tomorrow), this happened two or three time more , finally i decided to go somewhere else. It just doesn't worth to deal with a shop that does not have respect for their customers.

Not sure why people reported dishonesty with the owner. I ve worked with him for years. He is the only person I trust with our cars. He is honest, fixes what needs to be fixed and there isn t any fluff added. His prices are reasonable for work and he doesn t overcharge like the dealership. I watched this company start from a small little shop and he grew it with hard work and good business dealings. You don t survive in business if your not reputable and trustworthy. Everyone I ve ever referred his way has always said he was great and fair.

I didn t have the best experience in this place. I went there because my engine light turned on. I took it there to get fixed and within a week the light came back on so I took it back. My car was there a few days and when I went to pick it up, it was at the same place I left it. I pretty much took it there to collect dust from the underneath the tree were it was at.Service: Engine repair

Awesome and amazing service. You can get price quote prior to having the job done. Also, they very professional when it comes to knowledge of vehicles and how to tend to customers needs. There are multiple mechanics working at the same time which are always eager to help you out. The waiting area is very creative how its structure and organized, while making you feel comfortable while you wait.

I pulled up in an emergency with a nail in my tire on New Years Eve and Jose helped me and had me on my way within 20 minutes. I really appreciated that he was able to take the time to help me so quickly. Great place!

Honest, friendly, and family owned. After a week with no A/C because of outrageous quotes I received at other shops, a friend recommended JAL. I went straight there, the service was great and my air conditioning in my car was fixed in a few hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop. I have an auto mechanic for life now.

Every time I've come here they have given excellent service. Honest and reasonable. It's first come first serve basis so expect a wait if you are waiting for the car.

(JAL) is very helpful and informative. Somebody like me who has a hard time changing tires let alone knowing what some of these parts are and do. (JAL) was still able to communicate in a way that I understood and explain what happen to my brakes.

We bring our car for a fuel pump change,my husband know how to fix it but don't have the time,he works a lot...after repairs car still giving trouble..when he open and look at the part the shop never change it...old one still on,he was charge almost 500.00....he order the part new online and is only 50.00,when he claim to the owner there was a lot of round around....never again

My first experience at JAL has been very positive! According to Tire Kingdom I needed to get the front internal and outer wheel bearings replaced on my SUV. It was Saturday noon when I called Jose Lopez at JAL to request a quote. The quote was by far the cheapest of all the quotes received, and offered to be done the same day which is difficult to get on a weekend after noon! Jose is very friendly and honest. The place offers free wi-fi, and desk for my laptop. Upon my arrival, I remembered the check engine light has been on for years due to an oxygen sensor. Since the primary work is so reasonably priced, I requested a quote to replace the oxygen sensor, and again, the quote is the lowest. Unfortunately, the sensor was not in stock at the auto parts and work will be done at another time. Back to the bearings issue. Indeed, it had a wobble tire. However, adjusting the nut resolved the problem. Bearing were fine. The service was excellent and the cost even better. I do recommend Jose. At least call or drive by to get a quote!

a few days ago we took our car for a problem with the lights on the left side and the dash, the machinist said that he had to replace the lights and charged us $ 70 at the end of the work the car was still the same and said that they only turn on at night, this never happened and he made an internal short in dinde the piece that affection has a cost of $ 500. that business is unprofessional and they are not honest

I took my auto to this shop not only was over charged but was never fixed went to change my clutch and came out with a messed up clutch. engine light on and water pump busted, and Jose Lopez (the owner) claims has no idea how that happened. Um you were the one that worked on it so you tell me

Had a hinge that needed replaced. Not only did they do it cheaper than other places but they did it quickly! Friendly, fast and fair. Highly recommend.

I took my car to this auto repair place Jal auto repair because my car was over heating, they told me it was the water pump that needed to be changed so they charged 230 for this job. Three days later the car broke down because they didn't check the entire cooling system, so my car overheated again, and it messed up the head gasket of the engine. I was charged $ 600 in labor and $200 in parts and they took a week to repair the car. A week later after I got the car, the car overheated again, because the original problem that the car had was the thermostat. When we changed the thermostat we found out that they never flushed the coolant system, there was still oil in the entire cooling system, it was still on the coolant bin, hoses and radiator they just put coolant on top and didnt bother flushing the system. It took them a week to fix it when I took my car to the other mechanic, it only took two minutes all he did was check the computer system and it said the problem was the thermostat " which jal auto repair woulvde done in the first place we would've saved money, time ad comfortness . This was pure negligence. I spent morethan 1000 dollars with this company, never again, I dont recommend anyone to this place.
