Julio and his team took great care in repairing my M3. The color match on my new bumper came out amazing and everything mechanical that needed replacing works as it should. Julio always kept me up to date with things. The turnaround time was also fairly quick for the amount of work that needed to be done. Highly recommend bringing any of your vehicles here.

Unfortunately we had to meet these great people at Impex by accident .in a way that was great. Our insurance company had originally taken my truck to another body shop who informed us that they were not able to take this task on because their facility couldn t accommodate such a repair.Once Impex began going through my truck I knew I was at the right place. The office staff was very informative and accommodating with information. We were kept in the loop all the way through to today.I took possession of the truck and everything was as new. A few minor IOU s but outside of that the work performed was above my expectations. They delivered me a new truck. Hats off to the entire staff and team at Impex.Below is a photo dump of all the pictures from where and when it all started to how it turned out. My heart goes out to the other at fault driver and how I m sure there car was a total loss. Teen drivers need less distractions and longer temp license time, when in a residential neighborhood the speed limit is usually under 25 mph .just a thought, not in excess of that.I would ve posted the rear dash cam footage of the at fault driver and passenger crawling out their car but do not want to expose them since they were under age.Just a note to parents with new drivers . Dash cams keep people accountable. Make sure your teens know the speed limits, no cell phone use while driving. It was a major inconvenience being without my work truck not to mention some upcoming needed surgery I have to have to repair a torn rotor cuff. Slow down, breathe and enjoy the life God has granted all of us.

They did absolutely amazing work for my car and for me!! They did it fast they did it right. They treated me unbelievably well this whole time. I DESTROYED the front left side of my car on a curb and messed up the hub assembly on the back left too. They did everything they could to replace EVERYTHING that was even slightly hurt. they took care of me as if I was family and I mean that. I d love to get to know these guys on a personal level that s the personal impact they left on me. Honestly wish I could work with them more. If you need any body work or anything fixed on your car they can probably do it and do it better. My car actually looks better now than when I bought it from the dealer they even removed the swirls the dealer left on my paint. Amazing work I appreciate everything they did and will definitely have them work on more if my vehicles if need be. Thank you guys for giving me my car back to me better than when I bought it. It means the world to me!!

Burgundy 2010 Toyota Avalon, these guys did an absolutely amazing job fixing my front end. Looks like a brand new car. Not to mention the unexpected interior detailing, and car wash they did.

What can I say about this place of business? Julio is the man! Not only did he recognized the damages to my vehicle but, he recognized that emotional impact this had on my lively hood and got my truck fixed in a timely matter. His entire staff from the front end to the back end is highly professional!. Over 40 years of business, I can see why they are still going.. I wish Impex could sprinkle some of their magical work dust on my business. Look no further for a reputable, high service, body shop. I drove an extra hour to work with Impex and they were amazing. Family owned, very sweet, did a great job, handled insurance and rental. They even washed my truck for me. Quick turnaround, great work, great communication. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service and communication! Celine was very professional and Julio did a amazing job on my car. 100% recommended A+. Also, Bolivar is the best, he had a lot experience in paint prep. Best shop in the are. I appreciate the job you do!

Impex did a phenomenal job on my car. I live in SC and had a wreck while visiting in Tampa. With my car being my baby, I was absolutely heartbroken when it was damaged. Not only did they make my car look brand new again, they went the extra mile to ensure everything was mechanically sound before driving it back home the same day. They also take amazing care of their customers. When I wasn t getting updates from my insurance they kept me informed on every little detail. I know if I ever need any body work done to my car I would be more than happy to make the drive down there to have their team work on it again. I am so thankful for their kindness and diligence - five stars isn t enough!

My husband and I brought 2 cars in within a close time frame of one another, a Mercedes and a Lexus. The body work done is awesome. I thought for sure my Lexus would have been totaled, and when the insurance said it needed to be fixed, I was worried. However, the body work done at this shop was incredible! To top it off, Julio, Maria, Celina, and the workers were very compassionate during the whole time that we had to deal with this problem. Thank you.

This is by far the best body shop my husband and I have ever been to and we ve been to quite a few to say the least. If you want top notch customer service and excellent prices then you need to come here. Julio and his team are the very best, our car looks better than when we bought it brand new. We have been treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism and can t recommend them enough! From major to minor damage, they do outstanding work and will make your vehicle literally perfect again. This is the only shop we will ever take our cars to and recommend you do the same. My insurance company referred me to Impex after my car was merged into. They were amazing! They replaced essentially the entire drivers side of my car (both front & back door and front panel) and it looks brand new. They were prompt and set me up to drop my car off just a couple of days after I called them. Then it took them UNDER 2 weeks to finish the body work on my car! I was so impressed at how quickly they worked. The girl at the front desk was amazing and super sweet and welcoming and even offered to help me with a rental car if I needed one. If anyone is looking for a repair shop in Tampa, I highly highly recommend Impex.

This company, all staff are awesome!If I can put 20 stars I will. Recommend everyone to choose IMPEX for any kind of car body shop!!!! Fast, reliable, very friendly and most of all are very professional!!! By the way: wonderful cup of coffee for coffee lovers is offered if you come to their shop! Hospitality is another 5 stars!!!! What a fantastic local business. My car was taken to Impex for repairs following an accident. They worked diligently to get my car back to me as soon as possible and kept me updated throughout the process. My car looked like new when it was completed and so far everything is working perfectly.I did end up having an issue with my battery which was a completely separate problem but I had contacted Impex just to make sure. It turned out my battery was faulty but not faulty enough for AAA to replace it under the warranty I had. I was told a new battery would cost me $240.Julio saved the day for me. Helped me out, right then and there, obtained a battery for me at a very reasonable price and installed it for me as soon as I arrived, saving me over $150! Furthermore, he ran some diagnostic tests just to make sure nothing else was needing attention.Fantastic work done by honest and helpful people wasn t sure this was a thing that existed anymore but so thankful it s alive and well at Impex!

This Company is AMAZING(in every respect)!! I was treated like family and I think they loved my car as much as I do. This was my second time in having repairs done by Impex!! The first was from a woman side-swiping my car, and then this one from a man rear ending my car. Once again my car looks like new (although it's a 2014 VW). Their professionalism, their quality, their promptness, and their status updates are impeccable. Before my first repair I was kind of skeptical, but now I won't go anywhere else!! Thanks to Everyone who had a hands on, on my car!! THANK YOU JULIO.

Choosing a bodyshop can be intimidating- but I cannot say enough about Julio and his family aka staff! Upon dropping off my vehicle Julio looked over my car and explained everything to me. These days it s hard to find businesses that stand by their work and word, but they truly do! Thank you again for your help!

If I could, I would give these auto angels a 5000 star review. I've never done business with anyone that treated me so much like family, and with so much care. I was in between this business and another one, (they both had a 4.9 star rating, but Julio had many more WONDERFUL reviews,) and after prayig and talking to my sis ... this was the one I chose. And man, it was blessing after blessing after that.Julio, the owner, is one of the kindest hearted people I've ever met in all 30 years I've lived on this earth. You don't meet such kind and generous people anymore, especially dealing with business type things. This man didn't even know me and my little baby (36 weeks pregnant in 2 days ,) but he took such great care of us, after my car was annihilated in a terrible accident, and my car insurance left me feeling nothing but hopelessness. But I knew God was truly with me, like I had been believing, the moment I stepped into Julio's shop and he introduced himself. (His repair shop was one of the choices from my insurance company, Progressive, and let me tell you, the name brand places are NOT it. Somewhere like Julio's shop is where you'll truly be taken care of, and the #1 choice!)After the miraculous repairs, I didn't even recognize my baby. I cried for about 5 minutes after I came to pick Onix (my car) up & had gotten in, just in shock and thankfulness of everything. They even detailed my car inside and out, and had things sparkling and working BETTER than they had BEFORE my horrible wreck. LIKE COME OOON, IS THIS FOR REAL ???Listen, I could write a BOOK about this place, but let me just drop these pictures here and let them tell the rest of the story for me. Oh and one last thing. Julio books the nice and brand new rental from Enterprise for you, and you pick it up there as well, for practically NOTHING. Talk about 5000 star service !!!Julio, I still think you're an auto angel sent from heaven, and I pray that God would continue to bless you and your family like you've blessed me and mine, and so many other people.

Julio and his team did a fantastic job repairing major damage to my 2019 Ford F-150 XLT crew cab! It looks and runs exactly like it did the moment before it was hit. These folks are super knowledgeable and skilled "professionals" who kept in regular communication with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this shop, they did absolutely wonderful work on my Mazda. It was my first accident, so I was not familiar with all the steps involved after an accident. Julio and his team were extremely friendly and filled in all blanks I had regarding the work being done on my vehicle and the timeline. I had $6k worth of damage to my front-end and my car looks just as it did when I bought it. You ll be hard pressed to find a shop that matches the quality of work and customer service as Julio and his team.

Amazing customer service very accommodating great attitude ! Impex truly transformed my vehicle! Look at the before and after! There are no words to describe the feeling I felt seeing my car in MINT condition after my accident! You literally would never know I was in an accident. They even detailed the inside of my car! They are angels! Thanks again guys!
