Nice hotel, very quiet. Next to a couple of restaurants and easy access to the highways and spots like the malls and Raymond James. The beds were very comfortable and the shower warmed up quick. Only thing was the conditioner was out when we got there. I didn't get to use the pool since it was a quick stay, but the grounds seemed nice and check in/check out was easy. Garage is covered which is also nice as it obviously gets pretty hot in Florida.

We used to really like this hotel.....used to is key. Upon arrival I noticed that the room I picked was handicapped (the app did not identify it as handicap) so we headed to the front desk. Alex was helping another person check in so we waited. After finishing with the guest checking in Alex said just one moment and went to help another staff person load a card......after standing there holding all of our clothes etc for over 5 minutes (with no sign of Alex finishing whatever he was loading on the cart) we decided we would just stick with the handicapped room. The room was inconvenient for us but we made do. Once we checked out we noticed we were not credited our Diamond allowance for meals. When we checked out we informed Alex (yes again Alex) and he assured us that once the restaurant forwarded our check to them it would be credited. Four phone calls later (three of them with Alex) it showed as pending on our credit card. Unfortunately it was never processed.....soo frustrated with the time and effort. Alex can use some training and sadly this hotel has lost a guest.

Room is lovely & bartender was excellent. Dining room waitress was awful to me (no svc at all). Room key had to be replaced 3x, only here for 2 nights. When I went to have lunch (dining room), they told me there's no lunch on weekends (nothing within walking distance). Pool was lovely, but not heated and lounge chairs could use an update.

Place looks nice. Haven't checked in yet. Have a very important business call in which I will be presenting, and couldn't let me use an open conference room for 30 mins. Also advised me to not use the bar or open area as it would disturb their other guests. Which is what I'm trying to avoid, and at the same time conduct business. As an 8 year Diamond Member would've hoped for, and have received from other properties- more accommodating attitudes. Plenty of other options around here, i won't chose this property again.

I had an issue on my last stay that I tried to have resolved and it seemed like no one cared. The biggest issue is that is seems like there is an integrity or security issue with personal information at the hotel. I was charged for food and liquor at the hotel bar to my room that I had not dined at during my stay. I had dinner off premises every night during my stay, and the day/time I was charged, I was had not even made it back to the hotel yet. I expressed my concerned and received an email stating that the charge was was not being removed, so I called back twice to speak to a manager and have not received a call back. I am not personally paying for the charge as it was a work expense but it is about the principle. The fact that the management is ok with this blows my mind. I Regional Manager in the auto industry and if I suspected that I had a customer that could have been overcharged for something or possibly defrauded, I would have it addressed immediately. This was not my first time staying at this hotel, but definitely won t return.

I traveled from Florida to Asia and had a layover in London, primarily because it was more cost-effective to transit through London, and I genuinely enjoy the UK. Since I had several bags, I chose to stay at the Hilton in Terminal 2 for two nights, and I was quite pleased with my stay. The hotel's location is very convenient, offering easy walking access to both Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. Furthermore, it provides straightforward access to central London. There's an express train from the terminal to Paddington, and from there, you can easily take the subway to reach your desired destinations.Initially, I was concerned that the room might be a bit noisy, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The room was impeccably clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and more. My only wish is that they provided toothpaste and slippers. The staff at the hotel is exceptionally friendly and accommodating as well. I plan to travel back to Florida in December and intend to stay at this hotel for two more nights.

- [ ] The hotel stay was overall relatively smooth. Being a Hilton Honors member I was able to check in and pick my room a day in advance. Upon arrival to the hotel the room was no longer available which was disappointing as I usually go for high floors and this room was far enough from the elevator and overlooked the pool. Instead we were given a lower floor, looking at the parking garage. They were able to change my room to give me a view of the pool but not the original room I selected, not sure why. In addition we were accidentally checked out of our room the first night and had to be checked in, a bit of confusion with the rate charges during the accidental check out but all worked out. There is a parking lot and parking garage for free parking but just need to retrieve the parking pass from inside. Safe area with other surrounding hotels, really close to airport and onramp to highways, right next to World of Beer. The hotel was clean, the pool was nice. Overall had a good stay.

This is one of the worst hotals I have stayed in. Everyday I had to go and get clean towels and I had to empty my trash and replenish my Coffee.Because I was scheduled for surgery. I needed clean sheets the day before and none of your cleaning staff spoke any English. And I mean no English. No matter how hard I tried for towels or sheets all I got was a stair and a responsive "I speak no English". no not even enough English to get by through your job. Google translate ended up being involved. When I did get across to one of your maids, she made a phone call to a lady that would translate for us. What this staff member of yours didn't know is I can understand Spanish way better than I can speak it. What I did understand is she called me a redheaded, white old lady. I was not mad at her and was trying to communicate with her so that was really uncalled for. And when I told her I understood what she said the look on her face, well, she turned white. I have no problem with immigrants and non-native speakers however, they need to it at least know how to say, towels, sheets, pillowcases, trash bag, dirty, etc. The three maids I spoke to knew none of those words. So when I handed her my dirty towels she set them in the same bin as clean towels so I went to the front desk for towels. I got a trashcan with no bag, and three sheets none of them are fitted, and had to get coffee from the front desk. One younger, Hispanic girl was extremely nice and tried her best to communicate with me. If she had just only known a few of the words we would ve got along well. Our room was dirty. There was black hair on the bathroom floor and a used tampon in the the trashcan. One of the worst is when I saw one of your maids getting a bath in the sink in your main restroom on the main floor. She was all in it to face, arms, paper towels in the armpits. If she s homeless, give her room to get a bath. Yeah thats bad.I don't expect you to clean my room every day and make my bed every day. However, I do expect to have clean towels, replenished coffee supplies, and the trash removed.Your desk staff was nice and even though your maids did not speak English, most of them were nice.Needless to say I will not be returning to your hotel and I will transfer that to anybody else that I know will be coming to the Tampa area.

This was a great hotel and my family enjoyed all of it! The staff was attentive and helpful to my family. The pool was wonderful, and the perfect temperature, and I was surprised to find the hot tub was actually hot. The towels were always available. Staff came out to warn me of a suspicious looking cat in the pool area and to be cautious of it and to be sure my kids didn't try to pet it. The hotel was always clean and staff very friendly. The location was good despite being right between the airport runways. It was pretty cool seeing the planes takeoff, although (no surprise) quite loud! The rooms muffled the airplane noise and were still quiet.

Had a stay for my surgery at the Hospital for Endocrine Surgery as it is one of the hospitals preferred hotels. Despite other hotels not evacuating (hooray to the Hotel Alba) during Hurricane Idalia they decided to close. That isn't why I am giving 1 star as that is understandable and an ownership/management decision within their right. The 1 star is for the complete lack of customer service provided after the decision had been made. No one at the front desk would help and their attitude/lack of compassion was astonishing. No effort was made to help me or other patients (witnessed first hand) find alternative lodging. When in the area they will not be getting my business and money. Also the rooms look to be somewhat renovated but ours was in pretty poor shape.

Very comfy hotel! Perfect for the night before an early flight, only minutes from the car rental center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially restaurant staff. The only deduction in stars is for one minor inconvenience. The freezers in their markets with ice cream are more like fridges. Our ice creams were almost completely melted when we got them, which was a bit of a disappointment. Other than that, the room was clean and comfy, food was good, and service was amazing. The tv in the lobby with the flights is a nice touch. Would stay here again.
