What a kind-hearted genuinely nice person the owner is. He has one of those unique personalities that's never met a stranger. He's a nice man with a magnetic personality. No wonder they've been around for a generation.

Bro. Jim is a delight to talk to . He's knowledgeable about what he does, giving an upfront and honest quote .The bonus for me as a native Tampan was the rich ND colorful history his family has in the city. Do yourself a favor and stop by, if for nothing else, to get a history lesson firsthand!!! And maybe a big truck calendar...

Took my car over to this place as I was having an overheating issue. Everyone was friendly and our technician, Rob was super knowledgeable, informative and helped us by recommending an affordable solution. I definitely think you should give them a try if you re having similar issues with your car.

The most professional small business I have ever had the good fortune of dealing with.Amazing customer/business report. I left feeling very confident in the product I had custombuilt and felt like I gained a new family out of the deal.Thank you for putting up with all of my questions Jim and also for taking the time to answer each and every one.The man who did the work JR , he's amazing. Take your vehicle here. You will not regret it. My radiator and thermostat went out and I had my car towed to another shop that wanted to charge me an insane amount. I was lucky to find these guys. Had my car towed on Friday and got it back Monday afternoon. Their customer service, pricing, and work was exceptional. Its rare to find all three these days. Thank you so much Guaranteed Radiators you guys are the best.

This place has Amazing customer relations! This was the most affordable place in Tampa. The staff is very friendly and very personable. They all seem to be seasoned experts. Compared to other shops, this place is amazing. I know enough about cars to know when someone is being honest and i can truly say that they are honest people. I had a flush done here that cost 50% less than anywhere else and the labor cost for replacing my Radiator was almost 75% less than their competitors. Highly recommended! I will never go anywhere else.

Tried to make an appointment to have my truck serviced but was told they will be booked for at least 2 weeks. So the receptionist/front of house lady offered to sell one instead, I agreed and was told they'd have it in an hour. Not an hour passes and Brother Jim? (I believe) called me up and said it was ready for pickup. I get there Bro Jim takes care of the the sale and sharing some advice for the job ahead of me. Radiator was a beauty and fit the fan shroud like a glove. For all things coolant system related I will patronize Guaranteed Radiators for as long as they are around. Wish they did full service too. Although they'd never have a open slot! Great experience.

If you didn't know, they sell parts for big rigs, always cheaper than the dealer, they are quick to pick up your parts from the distributor, and offer the best warranty experience I've ever had

Very experienced.Very helpful over the phone.Dealer price $379Advance price $ 241.Guaranteed price $ 125.Or fix mine for $90.I spoke with a very nice Lady at the counter who is just as nice in person.And i spoke with Jim, who made sure i was getting the correct radiator, and even offered to stay late if i was going to run late because of traffic.He also suggested i change my thermostat to prevent another radiator failure.This radiator shop is very helpful.Very courteous. And affordable.I recommend to anyone who fixes their own vehicles and needs radiator repair or a new radiator to shop at Guarnteed Radiators of Tampa.Allan in Ruskin, Fla.

Spoke with Jim and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional.He qouted me a price on a new radiator with a 3 year warranty. And since I was having it installed myself he said if there any problems after I have it installed, such as running hot.They are willing to diagnose it to see what wrong at no charge.It's great to seel ocally owned companies still around

1/3rd of the dealership cost. Super friendly acrossed the board. Owner, employees, everyone...Very Knowledgable.My only complaint is lack of care. I have a newer luxury vehicle and they made a bit of a mess under the hood. It looks like radiator fluid sprayed everywhere. The mechanic also forgot to reconnect a sensor, and lost some retaining clips.I get that their typical clients are old wore-out, out of warranty beaters.. But when a newer car with a lot of electronics come in they could be more cautious

I talked to Jim and had a $298.00 quote to replace a radiator, thermostat, upper and lower radiator hose. I was out of town and I had a towing company drop off my car to GRT. The following day I spoke to Jim again regarding my car and to take his time since I won't be needing the car right away. He assured me that he will take care of the car. Later that day I decided to have my fan belts replaced as well...so I called GRT and spoke to John this time and he informed me that the fan belts would probably cost around $29.00 each and around $25.00 for labor...so I agreed to replace both fan belts. That afternoon John called me and informed me that my car is all done and taken care of and the total cost is $400.00. I am amazed with the quality of work this guys put into the car. You can't beat the price for what I got...super nice and very polite team. If you have any vehicle problem please take it to this shop and you will never go wrong. My friend was also impressed with the price and quality of service. Thank you very much! You are now my favorite shop.

The woman that works there had a slight mood about her when I told her she have me a defective radiator. Long store short she and the owner provided me with the correct raditor also they're prices are pretty cheap loved that

Great work on my car's radiator for an AWESOME price. The waiting area is not one you want to remain in while your car is being worked on, but that's because you're not paying for wi-fi and donuts. Friendly staff. Wonderful mechanics!

This friendly, professional, and family run shop did what it took to solve my overheating problems. Thank you!They did excellent custom work, trying multiple fan assemblies until one would fit my heavily modified and supercharged car. They kept me informed every step of the way and took multiple steps to save me money. Considering the custom nature of the work involved, the end price was extremely fair.Now, I can make use of all the power my car has to offer without it running too hot! Some said it couldn't be done but Guaranteed Radiator did it. These folks are the best!

Think you have never met an honest mechanic? You'll find them at Guaranteed. These guys go above and beyond to help. The man that worked with me explained exactly what was wrong with my car and told me that if he repaired it I would be wasting money. My car had a blown motor. He could have easily took my money, but their honesty and the time they took with me to explain what was wrong saved me $500!THIS IS WHERE TO TAKE YOUR CAR IF IT IS OVERHEATING!!!

Not a lot of businesses like this place right here left around. Great customer service and they spent the time to explain to me about the issues I'm having with my car. I drove all the way from Orlando for a radiator cause the local shops didn't have it in stock. If u need any advice or help, this is the place to go.

Stay away from this place, left my transmission line leaking. Also damage paint when took vehicle back to fix issue but never did, owner son was very nasty a slick talker and had a bad attitude very unprofessional.
