I was given a reasonable price and was not up charged for any more services past necessary. I felt as though Kevin was very professional and fast. After fixing my rim, they even let me use their Jack and impact to swap wheels. Shout-out to the bald and bearded guy, helped a lot

I think Glenn s is a great place to get your rims redone. The guys were very helpful and Rick Victor. We re all very helpful. I appreciate that very much. I would recommend them. I only dropped off my room. I haven t seen the finish work. I ll leave another review when I receive my rim back I do believe it s gonna be great, he has a very good reputation. So right now I would definitely recommend Glenn s wheel polishing.

This place Rocks! Very professional and courteous, I was in a bind and needed a repair done quickly. I explained my situation and Tom stepped up and made it happen. For excellent customer service, ask for Tom.

Unfortunately issues started the moment I walked in. The guy who brought me to the front desk said I need to take the center cap with me. So he tried knocking it out with a screwdriver instead of doing it the proper way and broke the tabs off of the cap saying that new one aren t that expensive instead of offering to replace it. I was told 3 business days to repair the wheel. I called to follow up the day of the pickup to make sure it was done and was told several different things from different people on the status of the wheel. But all saying it ll be done the next day. So the next day I call and they say it ll be done late today or tomorrow. Next day they say the same thing. On the 6th business they finally finished the wheel and I got a phone call from them saying they dropped the wheel off at my local tire shop for me to pick up. So I go to pick it up and the front looked fine but the back of the wheel looked like it s been dragged around the shop. I called and talked to Rick who said that it happens. And that it would take too much time and effort to keep the wheel from getting damaged. Even though I brought the wheel in for damage repair and refinishing. And that they only take the time to not damage the wheels if it s a $300,000 car or I pay extra for them to not damage it. After talking with Rick I requested to talk to someone that could actually help solve the issue. He said someone would call me shortly. Days later I still haven t gotten any calls back. Overall very unhappy with the service. They seem very unorganized and careless.

I can't express how happy of a job that did. I thought I was going to have to get two new wheels, that are very expensive. They were able to get two wheels with really bad bends repaired in one day. Incredible. My car drive likes a dream. Thank you so much for everything you did. They are very friendly, professional, fair pricing and excellent customer service. I highly recommend you use this company.

Was referred to me for my damaged rim. I had an amazing experience with Jason at Glenn s Wheel. The customer service was outstanding, and they delivered an excellent finish on my rim at a fair price! Very pleased with the service, they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Family owned, great place to do business, I highly recommend!

Attention TESLA owners! Glenns Wheel Polishing are the best in Tampa! I inadvertently scratched two of the wheels on my new Tesla Model Y and they repaired it flawlessly! Jason and the whole team are amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, timely and reasonable pricing. They're the best in town! Highly recommended!

I have been using Glenn s for years. I have had my wheels on my Mustang and Jeep powder coated. The prices are always fair and the work is top notch. The customer service provided by Jason is second to none and I always look forward to talking with him. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest. Great place... very quick service and impeccable work. Brought in my curb-scraped rim and they ordered and went over their procedure with me. Far less on price on the price than I'd expected as my wheel size was smaller than my original quote. Just like new. 20 minutes in and out.

We had a damaged wheel of a 2017 Bentley,In looking into wheel repair shops Glenns Wheel Polishing was Highly recommended,Jason was professional and to the point on what was needed to correct this wheel, We shipped the wheel to them (2 1/2 hours away from our location) Cost of a new wheel from the Bentley dealer ship was in excess of $4600.00 per wheel.We received the wheel back this morning, total time including shipping of less than 10 days, wheel looks like brand new! I would highly recommend Glenn's wheels for your tire needs. Had my 78 Vette wheels powder coated black with a yellow rim, mounted and balanced. I love them and cannot stop looking at them. The workmanship goes a long way. I will be using Glenn's for all my wheel needs and will be referring as many as I can.

From the time I contacted Glenn, they were quick with response and welcoming. They gave me positive energy from the time I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. I received an update throughout the service as well. I worked with Jason (may have name wrong... I am terrible with names) he was very humorous yet professional. I went in because I kissed a curb and scratched my dipped/wrapped rims they made my rim look brand new. If I could give 10 stars I would. I totally recommend this place for your rims and tire needs. Don't just take my word for it... Check them out yourself. Thanks for your great service!!!

This place is a blessing, I called 17 different places in the area, everyone said no they can't fix it and no they don't have a single 18in rim that I can buy. Then I spoke to Charles, super friendly super helpful,he said bring it in, this is what we do. And that he did, it looks better than before. See the before and after pictures below.

Glenn's Wheel Polishing and Repair is outstanding ! I dropped off a set of forged alloy rims to have tested, balanced, blasted and powder coated. They did this all in 3 days for a price I found extremely reasonable.I worked with Jason who was tremendously knowledgeable and very helpful. He spent a good deal of time trying to locate a specific color I had requested. It turned out to be unavailable but he came up with a color that was nearly identical.Anyone who is in need of wheel repair or refinishing should absolutely contact Glenn's. I was amazed at the number of cars and projects they were working on while I was there. They obviously have an extensive following of satisfied customers (as I am now). Give them a shot. I'm sure you'll be glad that you did.

Tesla Owners, this place is a godsend! Living in South Tampa is a nightmare, where I average about 1-2 flat tires per year with all the construction going on. I ve been turned away from a lot of places because they didn t want to touch a tesla and Tesla s own service is a nightmare, refusing to patch tires and will only service you if you are buying a new tire. I found myself with a bolt in my tire recently and this place was more than happy to plug it at a reasonable cost. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Wonderful experience. Jason is the guy to talk to. Super nice, professional and answered any questions I had. Would def recommend this place. Had all rims refinished and did not have to go without a car. I recently had my wheels reconditioned with glens and was very impressed with there work. Charles was the person that helped me through the process from giving me a quote, giving me updates and making sure everything was up to my expectations when finished. The were very professional through the whole process and I will definitely use them again for future project.

I will always bring my wheel repairs to Glenn s and nowhere else.This is my second time bringing a curb damaged wheel to Glenn s. They did an astonishing job working magic on the wheels on my 4Runner and I swore I d be coming back if I ever needed their wizardry again.True to my word I have returned but this time with an aftermarket Jeep wheel. Unfortunately I don t have a before picture to showcase but just know the lip of the wheel looked like it had been beaten by a hammer.At the time of this review, this Fuel off-road style wheel cost me $300USD +tax to be repaired and refinished. Well worth it in my opinion for the quality work they put in.NOTE: this wheel has removable screws and bolts that are for a fake bead lock look. These need to be removed before you bring them the wheel. Always call or send a photo to Glenn s to be safe!

I am a moron. While attempting to avoid a pothole on the beautiful streets of tampa, I found the edge of a curb instead. Everyone I asked said "take it to Glenns"For once, my friends were all unanimously correct.Jason and Glenn are 100% class acts. What a fine tuned well oiled machine they have created. Fantastic professionalism from start to finish. A++++

I kept having issues with my tire pressure on the driver side rear wheel. I took it to get looked at and I had two a nail in it. I got it patched and it was good, a few days later the notification came on that my air pressure was low in that same tire. I took it back to where I got it patched and they noticed a crack in my rim. The company who patched my tire said it could be fixed and said I could take it to Glenns to get it repaired. The next day I visited Glenn s at 7:00am I spoke with Jason he told me they could possibly repair it however it s not guaranteed. I understood and respected the honesty he also told me that if the rim was bent they would charge me extra if not it would be less just to repair the crack. I told him that I would bring it next week because I had to pick my daughter up from school that afternoon. Jason looked on eBay to try to find the wheel for me which he didn t have to do I appreciated him for that. I called the Lexus dealership (I would never buy a rim from there , they were going to charge me 1k for one rim). I took my car back to Glenn s and spoke with Jason he told me to leave it there and he would have it done by the end of the day. I received a call around 1:30pm saying my car was done and the rim was just cracked not bent. I was happy about that to save some money, they could ve lied and said it was bent and I would ve never known. I appreciated the honesty especially in these days in time everyone is quick to get over on people just because they can. I ll always take car there for rim issues or just to get them cleaned up. Thank you Jason for being honest and fair.

Jason went well above and beyond to make sure that my new wheels were perfect. He took it yet a step further by upgrading my Mercedes wheel caps at $40 a pop and DID NOT CHARGE ME! Awesome and excellent customer service /work. These guys know what they are doing and remember people parts and labor are not cheap these days if you want your wheels done professionally looking like you just bought them from the store and paid a fraction of the price I recommend you come to Gleen's. My steelies were done and love them .
