Hello readers. So I was at an estate sale and across the street there was this guy RONNIE. Who was working on a car installing a windshield. And I was shopping around to get my windshield fixed and the prices where very high from Safelite not to say the reviews where bad for Safelite. And I didn't know this but Ronnie explained to me in the state of Florida if you have full coverage auto insurance you windshield is cover and they wave the deductible and I don't know why Safelite didn't tell me about that. But Ronnie did who works for GLASS AMERICAN. this is the company you should get your glass done from,there not here to rip off people only help as you can see from my experience. Be smart readers. AND RONNIE THANKS FOR THE CLEAN JOB YOU DID,HERE IS HILLSBOROUGH FLORIDA.

This company is don t explain you everything. They file a law suite to your insurance company and charge the double amount, that impact to your auto insurance. Be careful from these guys.

The technician was very kind and courteous. He called me first thing this morning the day of the appointment to confirm the repair as well as came out to my home to do the repair instead of me having to drive 20 miles to their location. He completed the work fast and efficiently.Service comes with a lifetime warranty. Would definitely recommend Glass USA. 10/10 experience.

Ordered OEM glass and they brought aftermarket. Installer was very apologetic and set a new appointment for two days later. Same guy came back as promised and installed the new windshield in about an hour. Nice friendly and professional installer. Only downside is their dispatch phone number NEVER answers. Tried every day for a week.

TERRIBLE!!!!!WINDSHIELD REPLACED 2.5 MONTHS AGO. SEAL WAS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED. CAME OFF. WAITING FOR 2 AND HALF MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX. DON'T RETURN CALLS. PUT ME OFF AGAIN AND AGAIN! NO MANAGEMENT TO TALK TOService: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement
