I highly encourage you to request the Tampa Police Report/video from 03/16/2024 from Steve before using his shop. If you do I guarantee you that you will not use his shop.While at Steve s shop on 03/16/2024, he threw a temper tantrum, would not allow me to leave with my vehicle, and called the police on me, all because I wouldn t sign his release form which stated that I was satisfied with the work he did (which I declined to sign because he did a bad job, and I was not satisfied at all). He told me to leave, but that he was going to maintain possession of my vehicle, which I of course declined to do. He then literally shut the gate and parked his car in front of the exit so I couldn t physically leave. He then called 911 and continuously threatened me with his attorney because I wouldn t sign his form. He apparently thinks customers are legally obligated to sign the release forms that he drafts up- which he wants you to sign so he doesn t get sued- and that if you don t it s ok for him to keep your car When the police arrived, they were on my side, and they told him to let me leave with my vehicle, and told him that he s not allowed to force people to sign his release forms.This man is a nightmare. Don t take your vehicle here. He does horrible work. He scratched up my car while it was at his shop, did a poor job at fixing the scratches, then ignored my requests that he redo it (until I threatened to sue him), then denied doing the damage in the first place and called me a lier (despite already admitting to it), then shortly after texted me to make a deal in which he readmitted to it and agreed to redo his work. So I gave him one more chance to right his wrong, and again, he did an awful job And as one reviewer stated previously, he finds ways to blame his poor work on the customer.I included photos of his workmanship. It s his first attempt to paint over the scratches he left on my door. Lower left are the scratches on my skirt that he did. Photos of his paint job on the door he installed on the second attempt and his sloppiness while installing the new door, in which he didn t properly install the door handle and the gaskets behind it. Also he didn t lineup the door properly so now the hinge makes a scraping sounds when opening/closing the door and the door doesn t sit flush. He claims that the hinge was already broke when I took the car there, despite it being the original door and me never having issues with it. Plus the hinges are supposed to be replaced when putting on a new door, which he didn t do. Just a completely pitiful job Stay away from this shop.

They supposedly rebuilt the manual transmission in my 1981 Toyota pickup 4x4. Steve insisted it was a 4-speed. It is 5-speed. Once completed I paid him $3542. I couldn't drive one mile. Very difficult to change gears. He insisted it was fine. "Just drive it. It'll break in" Steve said. Reluctantly I drove it. Upon inspecting the undercarriage, discovered 3 mounting bolts missing. I returned again and he made up some lies to cover his behind. It was obvious he had messed up my transmission. So I wanted to have another shop look at it. Then he threatened to sue me, and any mechanic who looked at it. He desperately did not want a real mechanic to look at it. When the transmission was dropped one could easily see where he had cracked the bell-housing and performed a very bad weld. He deliberately and desperately tried to conceil his mistakes. He is not qualified for transmission work will lie straight to your face.

I brought my truck to Steve for him to install a new manual transmission in it after the prior one failed as well as addressing some maintenance items. He did a great job with communicating what he recommended be done to the vehicle, the status of the work, and the estimated price.After picking the truck up, there were unfortunately were some issues but Steve made time for me to bring it back and resolved everything very quickly.I'll definitely be coming back for future projects and would highly recommend coming here.

- [ ] Got older, priorities changed but Steve keeps keeping me from selling that car.. moved to Tampa with me s2000, supposedly built and ready to go but sooo many things to sort out from electricals (intricate af), to intake, exhaust, and transmission. Only qualm is they take way longer than I would like but they always deliver. Long story short.. car fast af.. happy as hell whenever I drive and I m not selling just had a mishap with body work and it s at the shop now.. can t wait to get that call highly recommend. Shop for life wanna get Him and Mundo to build me an M2

My 350z seized up and was no longer running. I was told from another shop that my supercharger was broken and I would need to buy a new supercharger to fix the issue or I could put it back to stock (I waited 3 weeks for that appt)... Not satisfied, I gave Steve a call and he said I could bring it in the next day and he would have an answer for me in an hour "DO NOT BUY A NEW SUPERCHARGER" Steve instructed me lol. Sure enough, within an hour Steve and his team had identified a bad pulley bearing to be the culprit and the supercharger was perfectly fine. I took this opportunity to address some additional work that needed to be done due to the age of the vehicle. Steve and his team had my vehicle for exactly 2 weeks and were able to rebuild and reseal the engine to stop all my oil leaks, install a new timing chain and cover, install new clutch/flywheel set up, and fabricate a new pulley to replace the discontinued one that was damaged! I could not be happier that I brought my car to Full Send this is a real performance shop! Steve and his team have tremendous expertise and have no problem sharing it with you and explaining step by step what your options are to meet your goals and get you back on the road!

Like most people my car means everything to me. I had been looking for someone to take care of it because I was having problems shifting and I just stopped using 2nd all together. Took it to Steve and he cleaned up over a decade of rust, replaced my clutch and other failing components. Charged more than a fair price and my car is now better than ever. You truly can't find service like this anywhere else.

This shop is awesome. Veteran ran and very informative. They helped fix my car and keep me from burning my car down when I tried to fix it myself. They did a clutch job and fixed my wiring problem for me ( tried to wire a direct line to my fuel pump). They're honest hard working people. And even went above and beyond with service. - Owner of a skyline R32 gtst.

Fast, fair and very experienced! Steve and the gang at FSMP resolved all of my truck issuesand under budget. Had a problem with custom rims and lug nuts, needed some custom parts and LED'sinstalled. Really Awesome Place! I highly recommend this auto shop!

I brought in my sons 1998 Lexus SC 300It arrived on the back of a tow truck with hundreds of pieces that another shop took apart the engine and we re unable to perform the work. Luckily I brought it to Steve. He was able to piece back all the engine and components that he didn t even disassemble. He performed the work in an expert manner and demonstrated extreme patience as some parts were left behind. He kept moving forward and got the job done. Now the car runs perfectly. His prices seemed more than fair. He could ve charge me double and I would ve paid it. Thanks, Steve.

Love this shop! The guys that work here and the owner, Steve, are extremely helpful and patient. I had multiple shops tell me my transmission was going/gone and brought my car to these guys where I was informed that my transmission is actually fine and I just needed a new shifter. They replaced my shifter and bushings and saved me a TON of money. They also fixed a couple oil leaks, replaced my A/C compressor and both CV shafts in the front end ALL for less than what other shops were quoting me for my nonexistent bad transmission. These guys are awesome and honest!

The Shop owner is 100% a lying piece of TRASH. How is he still in business the state doesn't help suing him doesn't help because he doesn't pay. He is Pure garbage and he shouldn't be allowed to do business in the state of Florida or any state for that matter. Funny how everyone who has a negative review against him and his bogus work get a response of everything they did wrong what a joke. He charges for work not done and part not installed most of which he says is parts and very little labor. If you pay for something make sure he buys it and you actually see it in your car matter of fact STAY AWAYYYY FROM STEVE AND ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIM. he makes up lies to somehow defend his wrongful scam doing. Somehow in this shop customer is always wrong I'm reaching out to everyone who has been scammed by this scum. Let's get together and shut him down. Oh and I have all my invoices proof I sued him and proof of everything I was charged for that has not been done ready to provide at any given notice all he had to do was make it right by paying me back with the money I'm sure he has from scamming everyone else.Response not sure how letting people know the truth is harassment and I see your fb watching me lol and everyone pay attention the this guy's Response to every single comment somehow the customer is some kind of crook and Steve is such an up standing character. I would have never known you didn't send my turbo to get rebuilt by boost labs had I not have taken them out Id love to meet you to speak in person maybe I can offer you some more cocaine brother smh what a joke

If I could give Steve and the team at Full Send 10 stars, I would! Took in my son's 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse to be lowered, and they did an amazing job. Not only did they lower the car, but they also fixed a number of things to include replacing the oil pan and valve cover, flushing the transmission, adding an awesome exhaust, replacing the headlights, fixing the axels, and more. I cannot say enough great things about Steve and our experience working with him! He's very knowledgeable, affordable, and thorough. Steve even showed my son how to work on his car and gain experience on how to fix some things himself. He goes above and beyond to provide a job well done. THANK YOU, STEVE!!!

Nothing but good things to say about this shop. I ve got a Nissan skyline that came over with a super rusty gas tank. Been through a couple fuel pumps while looking for a permanent solution. Fuel tank for a skyline pretty hard to come by. A friend of mine told me about a shop he took his RHD Z32 to for a bunch of maintenance and I figured I d give em a call and I m glad I did. As soon a explained my situation to Steve he had a solution worked up for me. It s pretty hard to find a gas tank from a skyline but They just so happened to have a tank from a s13 at their shop that would fit my skyline perfectly with just a little modification. My work schedule made it a little tough to find a time to bring it by but that was no problem for Steve and the guys, As soon as I told them the area I work in he knew exactly who I was and where I work from driving by and seeing my car, how cool. He was kind of enough to pick my car up and take it to his shop with the help of one his guys who was familiar driving RHD cars from having a skyline of his own. The communication while they had my car was like no other experience I ve had getting work done on my car. Frequent updates and even photos along the way to see what was going on. They went above and beyond making sure to take care of my problem and were excited to discuss some future plans I have with my skyline that I will definitely be returning for in the near future. They have some super cool rides at their shop and Steve was enthusiastic to show me around the shop and let me see what they were working on even when I was running a little late to pick up my car. Great dude. 10/10 recommend this place. Fair prices, great communication, honest and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Actually looking forward to going back here. Thank you!

Brought my 2022 BMW M4 Competition to these guys. They did a custom mid pipe job using top quality parts. They took their time. They got it right. The whole team is great. They a exude passion for car performance. Clearly, they love what they do. Take your car here and you ll be happy you did!

Took my full-bolt-on 2016 Focus RS to them after being at 3 different shops for an underboost condition and exhaust issue that no one could figure out. Full Send got me figured out and back to 100% within a couple days. Steve definitely knows what he s doing there and I ll certainly make this my go-to shop for anything car related. Fair prices, professional, and timely. Can t ask for anything more. 10 out of 5 from me.

Steve and his team were very communicative and responsive when it came to the services. I needed a nismo wing,diffuser, and side skirts installed. Steve and his team was able to deliver my car back to me perfectly within the same day. Steve is very open and knowledgeable when it comes to cars and I ll definitely be using the shop as my main go to.

Full send is the best! I have a 2017 WRX that was having turbo, clutch, and trans issues that were not so easy to resolve. Steve knows exactly what he s doing and I had the car back in a very reasonable amount of time with all my issues fixed.Communication was great with total transparency and very fair pricing. Deserving of a 5 star review and I ll definitely be back! Thank you Steve!!

Best shop in Tampa! Brought my 2009 Cobalt SS in with a blown turbo, terrible exhaust, and cut springs from the previous owner. Asked them to hook me up with the best they could deliver for the budget that worked for me! They do their best to keep you updated in a timely manner. They have true passion for cars and their work! they deliver customer service that surpasses 100% of the shops I ve ever been too. You don t have to be nervous when these guys have your car in the garage! You will be taken care of and they aren t in the business of taking your money to short sell your expectations or rip you off. If you have a sports car you want tuned up take it .here!

I was googling import shops since moving to Tampa from Chicago and landed on Full Send Motorsports. I gave them a phone call to have my BC racing coilovers installed. From the time, I spoke to Steve he made me feel like a family member. He was very transparent with time frame and pricing. Steve and his team delivered on the best competitive pricing. He made sure when I walked away that the car was at the height that I was comfortable with and gave me advice being a car enthusiast himself. I would not go to any other shop other than Steve. He has earned my trust and business. You won't be disappointed! Highly recommend!!

I own a 2008 nissan titan. I put alot of money into this truck. Engine rebuild with forged internals ,cams ,stillen supercjarger,level ten transmission,currey ford 9 inch . Once igot a smaller pulley things didnt function rite. Took 2 yrs to find full send and steve and ill never take my nissan to any other shop ever!! They are the best!!! Thanks steve for all your help my truck will only go to your shop.

Words can t come to describe how great full I am for this shop, right off the rip over the phone steve was very involved asking me questions about my car over the phone, this was my first car that I had try to put together myself so it had needed things done and steve did the greatest job anyone has done for me at making me feel cared for including my car, you can easily tell that steve has a passion for his work and his shop, I will back for everything and anything I need.

Took in my 370z needed a new clutch Steve and his crew did an amazing job. Definitely will be going back. First day I arrived I met Steve showed me his shop and all the cars he has the whole crew really treat you like family and are passionate of their work.

Brought my sons car up to have coilovers installed. They were nothing but professional and took great care to ensure the coilovers were installed correctly. The crew was quick and had the vehicle ready on time. Everything went smooth from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly, the crew knowledgeable, they worked within our budget, and they were flexible with our schedule. Definitely recommend this shop if you are in the market for coilovers or need installation.

Steve and his team provided amazing service on my vehicle. The whole team is very knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise and experience with humility. Also, don't be fooled by the wide variety of Nissans at his shop, while I'm sure Full Send gets a good amount of JDM, the whole team is also very capable with domestics and V8s as per my own experience. Highly recommended for any kind of work needed in your cars.

By far the best shop in Tampa, Steve and his crew are super fast and efficient with everything they do. I brought my infiniti q50 in and Steve took my car off my hands immediately and had my car ready by the next day. This is the only shop I trust taking my car to, not to mention the service is amazing. Everybody is very welcoming and steve has gone above and beyond for me whenever i bring my car and always a reasonable price. No matter what car you bring steve can fix it
