Honest mechanics and they did it right pricing was fair as it should be ..I wouldn't want it cheaper I need them to ste around

Came in on short notice for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Terrific customer service, very friendly staff. It is Nice to find an honest and fair priced mechanic. I strongly recommend Franklin care to friends in the future.

Jeff has worked on my F350 several times and is very knowledgeable, honest and does not overcharge me when I go in there. What more could you ask for? When Jeff fixes it that is the end of the problem. Excellent troubleshooting skills!

Really glad I found a great place to take my cars to that's close to home. This place is very honest which is the best part about finding a good mechanic. They give it to you straight and get it done. I bring both my f150 and bmw here along with friends and family vehicles. Unless it's a recall, I don't bother with the dealership anymore. Unfortunately the reviews saying the good reviews are fake and that this place is a scam are the actual fakes reviews.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. The owners was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. He ordered my part right away and had my car repaired later that same day. They dont stand around or waste your time at all. I also felt his prices were fair. I'll definitely reccomend others to go here.

I have been trusting Jeff with my vehicle service for at least 8 years, very well satisfied with his work and his prices. He kept my van running well until I reluctantly traded it at 240,000 miles! He always seems to just know what is causing the problem and what needs to be done! He is very meticulous, takes his time and gets it right the first time. I have recommended several friends to Jeff, and ALL have come away with a good experience. I have his business cards on my dashboard alongside mine, I am very confident in recommending his work.

I had an issue with my sons car and tried Franklin Car Care based on the good reviews and am glad I did. The owner Jeff was honest, and called me immediately to let me know what I was told was the problem was actually working. He did a diagnostic test and found the issue which saved me hundreds of dollars.. It's so hard to find a great car mechanic that you can trust and is honest. Most would have just did what I thought and took my money. I highly recommend this shop!

Jeff is the best. Knowledgeable Honest, great service, and stands behind his work. Explains your repair options pros & cons. Been doing business with him for years. My 3 vehicles are 200,00 to 300,000 high mileage service vehicles. He keeps me on the road safely. Jeff and the folks at Franklin Car Care are professional, honest, and genuine in the work they do. It's so hard to find a great car mechanic that you can trust and have honest relationships with. Jeff is that person. There are no surprises, and the price you pay is what he tells you. If there are options to save you money or prolong a repair, he will explain it. I drive nearly 20 miles across Tampa, through traffic....to bring our families vehicles to him for repair. Highly recommend Jeff and his staff, they are second to none.

Jeff is the friendliness, most honest mechanic around! After quickly diagnosing my SUVs problem the owner explained to me everything that was wrong and needed to be done. Really put me at ease. A trustworthy, friendly, auto repair shop with reasonable pricing and attention to detail what more can you ask for. I will definitely be back!

I'm from Illinois . While visiting Tampa my Ford Escape air condition stopped working . I took it to Franklin Car Care . I was treated with the greatest respect and the owner explained everything that needed to be done. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I found the workers to be knowledgeable and very professional. I am really happy with the service that was given and I would recommend Franklin Car Care to all my friends and relatives.

Just got all my brakes replaced at Jeff's shop. I couldn't ask for better customer service! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! The idiots that gave him 1 star on their reviews are... well, IDIOTS! Trust all those that gave him 5 stars! He deserves it and prices are very reasonable! Jeff got my business from now on! Go! I've taken my car to this location a couple times now. I always feel I'm getting honest feedback on what is important and what can wait based on my budget. I have an older Honda accord and I know parts can be expensive. They are always straightforward with what is urgent and what can wait. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place to take their car. Honest mechanic's are pretty hard to come by these days, but this place will take care of you like family! Thanks for the great job!

Just picked up my car (my baby!!!), and I couldn't be happier!!!!!They diagnosed my problem, called me and gave me the run down. They didn't start fixing anything until I gave the green light, and gave me a price before they did anything! At the end, kept the exact price they told me, no surprise fees or work done. An awesome price for everything I had to get done.Jeff even kept the parts that were broken to show me exactly what was wrong. A great place for those who really care about their vehicles. They're honest, no surprise fees, great price, and very kind staff.

I have been going to Franklin Car Care and just have to say It is the best service I have ever received at a Mechanic. Jeff is the most honest person I ever met and I trust all my car repairs to him for as long as I am in the Tampa area. He also has the most resonable prices as well. Overall experience 5 stars but, would give higher if I could.

I initially got a quote for $400 to fix just my radiator at a auto service. I called about six places all lying to me about how much it honestly is to fix, I called Franklin Car Care and told him the issue and he immediately told me the honest truth, I didn't have to negotiate a fair price whatsoever. Not only was he honest and fair but, he fixed my car in a very timely manor with excellent customer service.

I am outraged about this company, I took my car so they can fix it. They overcharged me for labor, they did not even check the ECU computer of the car. If they did they would've found out about the real problem!!!!I had a small leak on my coolant box. Which was not the real problem to begin with, they said they would charge me $ 67.00 to replace the coolant box and $ 120.00 for labor a Total of 200 dollars.This coolant box only has two hoses and two screws anyone can replace this, and at advanced auto parts its available for 23 dollars. They mentioned there was nothing else wrong with the car. I had to take my car to another shop because it was still giving me problems , I would accelerate and it did not go above 5 mph. This smaller shop told me that I had sensor problem, I put gas at a place where it was more than 30% ethanol.. Which made my car loose power. So he put fuel injection cleaner for 5 dollars. He did not even charge me for the bottle... It goes to show that smaller businesses go out of their to help you, unlike this company Franklin car care. I not only wasted time but money I dont recommend anyone to this dishonest company...

This is by far the most honest mechanic I have ever gone to. He treats your car with care and NEVER trys to sell you something you don't need...I only trust my cars with Jeff. I highly recommend Franklin Car Care to everyone....It is a local auto shop (everyone should support local business) and not owned by a corporation. He is not driven by any commission just by his honestly. His work speaks for itself!! Thanks Jeff for everything!!

Jeff was very helpful and honest. Saved my daughter a ton of money. Another place told her she needed new bushings and an alignment. Jeff said he didn't see it and wasn't needed. He got her car in order for a long road trip. I'm sold and have found my trusted local mechanic.

Finding a good mechanic is a miracle. Been having work done here since they opened. Reasonable prices, quality work. And when I just need an opinion I get one. Not $1,000. repair. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Franklin car Care is one of the only places that I will take my car. They are friendly and will take the time to thoroughly explain what is happening with your car. I've only had good experiences there, no bad.

Amazing service! Great Staff! They are honest, reliable and got my Blue Beast (2004 Chevy Tahoe) back to great running condition and roaring like a lion. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Jeff and Kathleen!
