The best service, so grateful I started coming to Fix To Go Auto Care on Nebraska Avenue. My recent visit was to check my ac that had not been working, the guys addressed the issue in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. AC is running smoothly, keeping me extra cool on hot theses HOT spring days.Thank you again for great service.

I first learned about Fix to Go when my nephew broke a serpentine belt and the tow driver recommended them. I was amazed at how reasonable they were and how quickly they were able to repair the car. I went back myself for a headlight replacement and once again, efficient and reasonable. Yesterday my check engine light came on. I've seen this happen for a number of reasons on other cars and checked to make sure my gas cap was on tight. That didn't fix the problem so I took it in first thing this morning. Apparently something was gumming up the cap, they cleaned it up and got me right back on the road. I'll keep going back and I'm recommending them to all my family and friends!!!

Great mechanics. Honest and efficient, and completely reasonable. Have had so many poor experiences where mechanics tried to take advantage of the situation, not here. They tell you what needs to get done and what isn't necessary. Thankful to have a place to go in my neighborhood.

just be aware if you buy a used car from a local dealer and bring it here for inspection, no matter what's wrong with it, they will say all good. I believe this shop works with the local used car dealers as my dealer at hot deals strongly insisted I go here instead of Ford and like a dummy I did.Mechanic said he found no issues other than wipers wouldn't turn off which was obvious.wanted to get new tires after getting it home. They found a bad outer tie rod, bad lower control arm and all the brakes needed replaced. There was also a missfire so they changed all the plugs,wires and coil.Yes I did notice it pull a little to the side but thought it was just the tire because it was flat when I looked at the car and figured it was just still low.

Went here just today, staff were a little on edge it seemed, but other wise they did amazing work on my truck, got me in and out within the hour despite being a walk in. They topped off all fluids for me and got me on my way. During the cold day though their waiting room was freezing, but was comfortable.

Sitting here now, store is clean, cool and amazing comfort.Was sent here from Tampa Tire as he was booked today and they are good friends.Front and back break and alignment.We are a traveling family.I highly recommend this place.My boys like it as they have a vending machine too. Haha

I had a fantastic experience at the Fix To Go! The staff was friendly and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure my car was in perfect alignment. The service was quick and efficient, and the results were outstanding. My car now drives like new, with no more pulling or uneven tire wear. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,RUDE MANAGER ,SLOPPY WORK . First off I would like to say as a woman that was calling around to different tire shops I felt this one was close to me and was told they had time to do the job at the time. Upon arrival Service man stated the two options for what I was looking to have done a tire plug or a patch. Well the service man states he just patched the tire without letting me know what options I had. I then stated that I didn't want the patch to the guy that appeared to be the desk clerk , he went and told the guy who was assigned to do the job then seem to have a rude attitude with me. Once the job was done I went to check it out and stated to the desk clerk that it was a very sloppy job and I wanted to check the tire pressure since he just went to the tire ,turned the wheel and plugged it. For some reason he seem to have gotten offend then stated that he should have not taken my job because of "people like me", I'm a young African American female and I found what was said to me very offensive. He was very rude kept arguing back and forth about me having an attitude when I was just making sure I was getting the best service. Which in the end didn't happen. I would recommend this place to anyone unless the staff changes and get a better manager.DO NOT GO HERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It was all fine and dandy until I realized they have no idea what they are doing most times. I took my car there for an issue that I already knew of and they tried to convince me that my issue was something completely different. He literally looked at my engine bay for 1 minute and made a determination like it was fact. He was completely wrong. I took it to a shop literally a mile down and had it repaired in 30 mins. One thing was disconnected. He wanted me to replace an entire part that had zero issues. The worst thing about this whole thing is that a worker stole $0.25 out of the car and was being watched the whole time. You don t even know who really works here because they all look and act like they were hired off the street 5 mins prior.

Stay away from this place,I wish I could give them 0 star.I went to this place because my car was spilling oil.I was told that I have an oil leak which would cost $350 for repair including labor,3 days after the repaired, I found out that the car still spilling oil from right to left,I called them and I was told to bring the car back.I brought the car back.The tall young guy told me that I have a second oil leak which would cost &700 for repair and he advised me to put a cardboard underneath the car if I don t have money.I wanna know why didn t he tell me before making payments? How is it possible to have two leaks at the same time? As an experience mechanic/ expert how come you didn t notice that other leaks when checked the car?The guy has a great sense of humor, great customer service,he has a sweet mouth however the services are horrible.I am so disappointed and regretted going there.This place is a ripoff, a waste of money.I won t be going back either recommended them to anyone.Always trust your guts and don t let their reviews fool you.Thank you Fix n Go for taking my money for nothingServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair

Bad Service!! I bought a tire less than a week ago and my tire is already flat I called and spoke to someone and they told me to bring it up there and they will SEE if they can fix it.. I asked what if you can t fix it there s no nail. And it s flat so I have to find a way to get my car to you. The fact that his response is if he can t fix it there s nothing he can do.. when I paid $60 and I was given a bad tire.. that s ridiculous.. Be careful with this tire shop because I ve gone here twice and received HORRIBLE service both times with bad tires.. it definitely won t be a third!Service: Tires

Had a nightmare of a month with my recent used car purchase and it s check engine light. After visiting two different mechanic shops, the Kia dealership and spending $900 with no resolve we called Fix To Go. It needed all four fuel injectors, PCV valve, and spark plugs replaced. Other shops in the area said no to the job. Can t say enough about this shop, they were amazing. They got us in right away, managed to finish in one day and saved us so much money compared to our estimate from the dealership. My car is running perfectly now and we re so happy to have found such a great and reliable shop. Thank you guys!

St. Pete Tesla Service Center quoted me $2,300 to change rear rotors, pads and calipers which is obviously a scam. I came this location to have a second opinion, both manager on duty and technician told me my rotors are in good shape, no groves and no sign of overheat, pads have 6mm, no need to replace any of them. I spend $150 for break lubrication and happy not be scammed by Tesla St. Pete.

Went to get an oil change and get my car checks as the temp light had came on. $40 for the oil change and he comes in and says my coolant levels are find and no leaks I leave and 45 mins later the temp light comes on. I decided to call a friend to get advice on how to check the system. There was absolutely no coolant in my car and I could see the upper hose leaking without touching anything. This could have caused serious damage to my car. I have always been a fan of this shop I have taken my cars to them since 2014 and anyone who asks I recommend this shop. But it seems they have changed and no longer car just about making more money. Very disappointed in what this shop has become!Services: Auto water leak repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I called another place to get my headlights fixed and they were going to charge me 400$ and I brought it to fix n go and they took 300$ off that price! Fix n go is where you need to go!
