This is our go-to location for non-dealership car care. I have been using it for 10+ years. They are consistently reliable and efficient. They do their best to make sure all vehicles are road worthy. I will continue to use this location as long as the current management is in place. The difference between this particular Firestone and other auto repair shops is evident.

Crismery & Joe are the best. They are the management team at the Firestone located at 20331 Bruce B Downs Blvd. They are professional, friendly and very accommodating. I love that they are willing to work with the customer in resolving issues. I will continue to be a repeat customer at this location as long as I have my vehicles.

I came here to get a 2nd opinion after another location said they didn t hear the humming sound at the front of my car. Hillary walked me to car bays where Jeremiah thoroughly explained my issue and options. I appreciated the care taken by Hillary to really make sure I understood the issue. She also called by vehicle warranty company to get my bill reduced. My car was fixed ahead of schedule, much to my delight. All in all, I was extremely pleased by the professionalism and courtesy shown by Hillary and Jeremiah and will be making all of my future car care appts right here.

The technicians and service advisors were very knowledgeable, responded well to all of our questions and requests and didn't pressure us to do any work beyond what we requested (even though we probably should have had more work done). They also got us in-and-out very quickly! I am very pleased and plan on returning.

Joe at this Firestone did a great job handling issues with my car and being responsive in a timely manner. The service was great. He was able to expedite the service after a courtesy check was done, and took me to the bay to speak with the tech who was working on my vehicle. The issue was found and completed. Thank you Joe!

They lied and said my tire couldn t be fixed because it was too close to the sidewall . The nail was nearly in the center of my very side tires. I was smart enough to know better, but saved $450 by getting my tire patched elsewhere. Beware they will try to sell you something you don t need because either they don t know better or they re deceptive. Either way, I will avoid this place in the future.

I have been very satisfied with the customer service from all the employees I have interacted with. Service is fair priced and always timely. I'm never left waiting on information or service completion. Facility is always very clean and orderly as well.

I figured I would give Firestone the benefit of the doubt after a family member had a bad experience (they wouldn t rotate his tires). I set an appointment to rotate my tires and they wouldn t do it since my tread was in the yellow . Proceeded to immediately try to sell me 4 new tires. After that didn t work, tried to sell me an alignment. I went immediately to another mechanic who said the tires are pretty much new and no problem to do the alignment.Go here if you want to be conned into buying a bunch of stuff you don t need. I won t be going back.

I went in to get an oil change and to get standard breaks put on the front of my car and to get the back brakes cleaned and readjusted. Took about 2 hours. And about $200. I have a Hyundai accent 2013 sedan. To me that is not a bad deal and it did not take too long. I seen people take a lot longer than 2 hours to do an oil change and to put on brakes. The customer service of the two gentlemen in the front counter was above and beyond. They were very nice and professional and knowledgeable. Isiah helped me and my mother most of the time. I also have a Firestone credit card and I use it when needed often. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family. And would return.

no better car shop out there. The whole staff is especially kind, trustworthy, and welcoming. I never feel intimated here as they always explain everything in full and take care of you. Crismery is the best and makes the shop feel so warm and welcoming. Couldn t recommend her or her team more!

Qutstanding Service!!! Joe and Crismery was very thorough in explaining what all was being done to my vehicle and the reason for all the work.This was a very non stressful experience.I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

I have been a long time customer of Firestone and it is truly sad to see how my LAST experience was with them. I came in to get four new tires and an alignment. Needless to say, I my wheels were scratched and they denied it. I wash my own car and I am very meticulous about what belongs to me. I know every scratch and imperfection my car has. I didn t take before pictures but you guys should whenever you get your tires replaced. I will be doing so from now. Unfortunately, this lesson came at a price. Moving on to management, Crismory E. Is the store manager of this branch, she handled my complaint very unprofessionally. She made my experience worse by denying my complaint in a rude manner accusing me my wheels to have those damages previously caused by wear and tear.I was very disappointed and upset with the way she handled the situation. Management positions require a level of professionalism that she clearly lacks. I will be bringing this matter up to corporate.

The lady at the front desk ( I m sorry I can t remember your name :( ) was very nice and helpful and she even got me in before my scheduled appointment time . And the service was really fast to props to the guys back in the actual shop!

Was very disappointed with service. 7 hrs after I dropped my car off I call to checked on the status of my car n the person over the phone asked me if I dropped it off yet. They couldn t locate my car. 2 1/2 hrs before closing they did service which I was skeptical considering the short time. Got home popped the hood my engine cover wasn t replace n the clips to secure it was missing not to mention the engine wasn t clean per service agreement. I ve been a faithful customer to many years n have always been please but my first time at this location was a disappointment

I have used Firestone for car maintenance and repairs for years. They are honest and helpful and their prices aren't too bad. They can get VERY busy on weekends so make sure you have an appointment so you don't have long waits. They also have coupons online which can help lower your costs. I do trust them. They have taken such good car of vehicles for me and my son.

We walked in during a busy afternoon and needed two tires installed last minute. They promised us by 5:00 they would be able to do it and at around 3:15 we were done and back on the road!

I m a longtime customer of Firestone Complete Auto Care. I have to say this location is probably the best I ve ever been at. Finding a mechanic you are comfortable with is difficult these days. However, both Joe and Crismery have provided me with stellar customer service every time I ve been to the store. They are both honest and helpful. Also, the mechanics get the work done on time and it is priced competitively compared to other options in the area. I will continue to take all my vehicles to this location. I highly recommend you check this store out if you re looking to get your car serviced.

Crismery & her crew did an FABULOUS JOB!!! They changed my air filters, gave me the best wiper blades & 4 awesome tires!!! Cris thoroughly explained everything they did on my car . She made me feel welcomed. Staff was nice but they quoted me $2300 to fix/replace my AC compressor. I ended up getting it done at a competitor for a fraction of that cost! I don't blame the employees for doing their job and Im not sure who sets the prices, but the greed of these corporations are outrageous.

I expected Firestone, a supposedly reputable automotive service provider, to address the problem efficiently. However, not only did they fail to fix my AC, but they also displayed a complete lack of competence in diagnosing and repairing the issue. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a service that yields no results.To make matters worse, the customer service I received was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The staff members I interacted with seemed disinterested and unhelpful from the moment I walked through the door. They showed no empathy for my situation and provided minimal assistance in resolving the problem.What amplifies my disappointment is the complete lack of follow-up from the district manager, despite repeated attempts to contact them. I expected at least some level of accountability and a sincere effort to address my concerns. However, it appears that Firestone's district manager is either indifferent or incapable of providing the necessary support and resolution.As a consumer, I believe it is essential to receive quality service and support, especially when dealing with an issue as significant as a broken AC. Firestone has clearly failed to meet these basic expectations. If you want to feel like you re being hustled go here . The lady asked me if I wanted to sign up for a credit card repeatedly after I told her no so many times . I really was ready to cuss your employee out , if I say no multiple times to something don t try to pressure me into doing it .
