They go above and beyond any Firestone I have ever been to. I will definitely be back, there is a reason their ratings are all positive! Had rear brakes done and differential fluid changed.

I am a repeat customer for a very good reason. They are honest and always very helpful. I go here instead of the dealership I bought it (except for warranty issues). Great place. I highly recommend!!!!

It seems like after every repair I leave with more issues than I can in with. Most recently after an oil change they told me they saw rust on my fuel line which to them meant a possible gas leak. Out of concern I accepted the recommended $2800 of add-on repairs. Only to come back to pick up my car and face another recommendation of $2000 in additional repair suggestions. Told them I didn't need that and the counter guy's response was "come back when you have more money." Now I'm actually smelling gas when I didn't before and my car is shaking to the point that I no longer feel comfortable driving it. Took it back to them and the counter guy tells me I'm exaggerating the issue, it's just low tire pressure. "Come back when the gas smell is stronger." Now I have to take time off of work to find a mechanic who won't try to rob me. Did I mention my car doors, upholstery, and carpet was covered in grease. I will never spend another dime with this company.

The folks at this Firestoneare the best, routinely give you good advice and discuss all of the options and costs and pros and cons. They routinely put customer satisfaction first, rather than making a quick buck.

Nice little shop but new owners charge almost double what Ron did for the identical set of tires. For that, I'll call a mobile installer.

Alex did a fantastic job servicing my Lexus. However the amenities were not inviting. A male customer had to ask the attendant to turn on the T.V. A female customer came out of the restroom to say no tissue was available. Now this was first thing in the morning not midday or afternoon. First impressions are last impressions.

I don t know why many people had a foul experience here, but my experience in the past few days has been quite amazing here.First off, I personally never write reviews for businesses; however seeing the negative reviews inclined me to provide a newer perspective for people looking to get their car worked on here. One night I had hit a pothole and it bent my rim and I had it towed to this location; the next morning they called me before I could even call them and immediately saw the issue. They were honest about the costs of a new rim if I had it ordered from them and explained how it would be dealership price plus an up charge (makes sense) so instead they recommended I find my own rim and bring it there for a simple installation, so I did. It took a few days for the part to come in and I was updating them everyday on the status of it and they were extremely patient and polite with me. Fast forward a few days later I come in to find my car fully repaired and they had also run a full diagnostic of my car for no charge. The associate Andrew was super nice and we had a genuine enjoyable conversation. My car is fully repaired and I am very satisfied with my experience.I will definitely be coming back, absolutely amazing work.Service: Tires

I've been having difficulties finding good mechanics in the area and Firestone did not disappoint. While I was not able to complete a full service today, they were quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They helped me locate the cause to the issues I've been having, had my appointment information ready to go, and discussed course of action moving forward. I greatly appreciated the help I received today.

I have always had great service at this location, but today especially they were able to help me with a last minute flat tire repair. I am so appreciative for them getting me in on a Friday afternoon when other shops had turned me away.

For the past 2 years my wife and I have been loyal and satisfied customers. That all changed today. Made an appointment to have and oil change and window regulator replaced. I specifically told the customer service rep on the phone that I was supplying the regulator part. When I arrived today the Citrus Park rep claimed ignorance about the window regulator fix. I relayed my conservation with the phone rep. He then informed me that Firestone does not accept customer parts. News to me. He then stated that the call center was ill informed. Not my issue. He didn't offer an apology or any solution. I left angry. The call center accepted my reservation with the knowledge i would be supplying the part. I would expect Firestone would keep their commitment. You lost 2 customers today.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

The customer service exceeded my expectations. I m a college student and single mother. I thought that I could just get my car repaired instead of having to purchase a new one. Ryan had no idea about my life events, yet he was naturally and genuinely empathetic when informing me of the bad news. I honestly appreciate the extra mile Ryan!! We need more Ryan s in customer service!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Ryan and Alex are amazing. I'm a do it yourself guy and alignments are main reason for shop and they helped out superbly especially with letting me know of issues and letting me repair parts and then bringing back for proper alignment. Hard to find honest guys like these fellas

Needed battery replacement. The battery my cat uses was not in stock, but they said they could have it ordered and installed in about 2 hours. They actually called about 45 minutes after we dropped it off and said it was ready! A pleasant surprise.

I went for a flat tire on 1/31/23 and I left my truck to fix the problem. 30 minutes later I received a phone call from one of the advisors technician (5) with the name Christian and he told me I need it a rubber valve stem to my tire recommend a standard wheel alignment, we discuss the price cause I feel I didn t need that , since my truck drives perfect, but he insisted then he told me I needed a oil change , I mentioned to him my car was fine for another 2.000 miles for thatThen he told me he will charge me 150 dollars if I included the oil change .Then I decided to do it for that price since he was the one to mentioned including taxes , by my surprise when I went to pick up my car and I payAnd left the store , I noticed they didn t change the oil sticker meter for my new reading. Then I saw my invoice service they didn t include the oil changeSeems this store practice a dishonest service lies , to get the clients to get services they will not includeAll this horrible practice, needs to be denounced by the costumers.Horrible way to still peoples MoneyServices: Tires, Oil change

While I totally understand that marking up the costs of parts is normal, I am shocked to discover the mark-ups that some local chains are charging unsuspecting customers. While having a tire repaired, I requested that they take a look at the suspension and brakes on the vehicle. In all fairness I paid for the inspection and came to discover that the vehicle needs front struts and rear shocks. Okay, please give me an estimate and we will shop around. Made it very clear that we would be shopping for the best price and best reviews.Estimate for the two front struts (parts only), is 500.00. Okay, I can live with that and service writer informed me they were available locally and I could schedule the repairs. Told him I would get back to him. Again, this was after I explained that I needed to shop around.Returned home and GOOGLED the exact part number that he provided on the estimate, found two (2) local parts suppliers with the same exact part and the price out the door was $143.99 for the pair. In all fairness, I again stress that I understand there is going to be a fair and reasonable mark-up but over $350,00 just for the two (2) struts is a bit extreme. This doesn't include a forty-five (45%) percent mark-up on the rear shocks that I've discovered once again using the same exact part numbers provided on the estimate. In full disclosure this is not the worst mark-up that I discovered at local national chain, and I will be writing a review for them as well.In these tough economic times people are working more hours to make ends meet and national chains like this that are contributing to the problem. Shame on this local Firestone and the likes of P. B's for taking advantage of the hard-working folks that they profit from.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Stay away. I went to Firestone May 8 to run a diagnostic test to see why my 2016 Ford Escape was taking a little longer to start. They called 90 minutes later and said I needed new spark plugs. New rear brakes and replace the fuel pump located in the gas tank. I told them I replace the spark plugs about 7 months ago. They said the brakes and fuel pump we be over $1,600. They didn t have the fuel pump available and said they might have it by Tuesday. I asked if they tested the pressure in the fuel line and they said they did not but were sure it was the fuel pump. I do replace brakes myself and purchased them on Amazon l went to replace them only to find the break shoes were fine and there were nothing wrong with the rotors. The man actually said my rotors were pretty beat up even though they were fine. I went back to ask for my diagnostic test money back. They lied to me. They were not interested in seeing the pictures and would not refund anything. Take my advice they will charge you for repairs you do not need. If they give you a quote please get a second opinion. At least look up the average price of the repairs they are preforming you will save money Take my advice stay away

Went here a few months back for an oil change and to have them check my A/C. Was told my radiator fan was not working properly. Agreed to do everything they said I needed, spending just over $1,200. The next morning I started having problems I ve never had before (overheating, car shutting off, A/C only blasting hot air) I went back for them to say the fan they replaced was faulty, they agreed to replace it. They did NOT replace the part with a new part, but they DID put my original toyota part (that they told me was faulty at my first appointment) BACK in my car after digging it out of their dumpster (yes they literally said they got it out of the dumpster) and never bothered to tell me. They thought I wouldn t notice. Called them immediately after getting home and seeing the Toyota part and I was met with lies to try to cover themselves, and the man told me you re always holding me up I went straight back to the store, yes I was VERY UPSET. The guy at the counter tried to tell me they didn t put my original part back in my car, and tried to make up multiple excuses and lies to cover himself. Eventually he realized he was caught he admitted to lying and said it was a joined decision between him and the mechanic to put it back. They were never going to tell me, and they didn t even want to refund the full $769.49 amount (which was just for the radiator fan) bc he said it wasn t fair bc the work was done on my car. The manager was nice enough, and not apart of what happened, as he was not there when the old part was put back in my car. He did offer me full refund the next day, if I came back into the store, but at that point I was so stressed and mad over what happened the last thing I wanted to do, was to go back. I did get a refund, just not the easy way. Just be careful if you go here, they might try to bamboozle you too.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Avoid this place and their warranty on Firestone tires. Discontinued tires, 20k on it, rough ride, to honor warranty you need two alignments, multiple tires rotations. The service clerk at this store was condescending at his explanations. Went back to Micheln tires.

Hello. Out of necessity I found myself having to visit your store on Sheldon Road in Citrus Park area. I don t know when it became the duty of an establishment to go ahead and let me know what things need to be fixed on my vehicle without first addressing the issue I came there for initially. This issue I came with was to fix a tire that has a screw and needed a patch. I wasn t asked if I wanted a courtesy check of my vehicle initially. But your business performed it anyway. All I saw at that moment is how your business can capitalize on my expense in the future and I personally did not feel welcomed as a customer in the future. Sadly, I had visit your store after getting my tire fixed because it started to go completely flat. Again, it is my own personal opinion that maybe if the focus was on the issue at hand and not the issues that I did not ask of Firestone to look at, I would have not had to visit your store to fix my tire one more time. I was also very discouraged to know that there are many other places within a five mile radius where I could have gotten my tire fixed that would have rendered/honored a discount to veterans, firefighters, police officers and other law enforcement and your store will only render a discount when you buy tires. I do not expect to win a 50 dollar gift card after giving this review and honestly I would prefer you give it to someone who appreciates your business because I cannot be clearer than what I just wrote. I wish much success and please stop emailing me or asking me if I want to visit your store for anything else. Thank you for respecting my wishes.

Roger the man at the front desk was super helpful. Gave me detailed responses.Edit: Roger didn't add roadside hazard on my tires even though all the other 3 tires had road hazard and i asked him to add it. Now I need a new tire due to a nail on the road. Because he didn't add road hazard like I asked him to, i have to pay 200 dollars for one tire at Firestone here at St Petes. Thanks Roger.
