Cannot speak more highly of this place. Had been working with them for a while B2B and their work had always stuck out to me as they are incredibly detail oriented and always had a high level of work quality with the vehicles they completed. When I got into my own accident and had to choose a body shop to take my personal vehicle in, I chose them. Jen made the entire process easy and seamless- no back and forth between me and my insurance company. Despite having an older vehicle with difficult parts to source, Jen and the team were able to get everything in and had my vehicle fixed quickly. Got the car back looking better than it had in years, and Alma took good care of me at the desk. If you re unlucky enough to find yourself in an accident, this is the place to go. They take good care of you, and even better care of your car. Jen is a rockstar!

Just got vertical doors carbon fiber splitter and headlights installed on my 2nd Gen V coupe. Mike could not have been a better partner in my project. Wouldn't have any other shop touch my baby

Promised 1 week, ended up being 5 weeks. Subpar work. Never again. If you own a Tesla, do NOT use this company. You have been warned.

My 2017 corvette has a rare paint.Sterling Blue Metalic. Beautiful color GM used only one year on Grand Sport and Discontenued color. So it had to be right. And Mike made it so. Highly recomend Ed Morse. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Candido & the rest of the crew were very professional and pleasant to work with. They kept me up to date during the whole process, they actually finished my truck before the expected time. I would definitely use them again! Plus, the coffee is AHHHHMAZING!!!

Other than Jennifer who was always nice when I called. My car was there for 3 months after I was told it would only take 1 month. Every week there was a new part need. I must say that is the reason I gave it a three stars. Typical insurance work, returned vehicle with loose headlights, broken sensor and didn't even check alignment. Body work was acceptable just not great. Did not look into cause of water intrusion or even park vehicle inside to minimize water damage. I would not use them again for collision repairService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My insurance company initially sent me elsewhere with an appointment to drop off my car for inspection and repairs after I was in an accident . The other location failed to create my appt after confirming with the insurance company so a last minute call to Mike from my insurance company led me here . They took me on the spot, last minute and for the 18 days they had my car I was in great hands, Jenn is excellent and always kept up the communication; when they found more damage they ensured my insurance was right back out there to inspect. Terrible paint job, numeroua areas of orange peel and clear coat drip marks. Interior put back together terrible, Detail people left a light dust all over interior of car. Passenger seat belt doesn't work properly after they reinstalled it. Had the car for a few months waiting on parts numerous small things could have been taken care of before pickup.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car in for bodywork and while it was there some thing got sprayed on the inside and outside of my vehicle. The person I dealt with at the body shop kept trying to make excuses and ultimately took the car somewhere and claimed he hand washed it. Because of this, I was running late and needed to leave but even before I got out of the parking lot, I noticed a substance on my side mirror, windshield, and interior surfaces. I called the gentleman back he told me to bring the car back the next day. I spoke to the manager and he assured me the inside and outside of the car would be detailed to clean the residue and gritty substances. Back to the car rental company and over an hour later, was on my way. A day and a half later and I picked up the car and it still was not right. The sandpaper like texture was still on the wheels, the interior had not been detailed and I was told to bring the car back again. I don t understand why NO ONE is checking to make sure the problem has been solved before they call me to pick the car up. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and follow up! Lots of promises, lots of apologies But no follow up or accountability.Service: Body & Trim

My battery died days before I contacted the driver. Who referred me to roadsideA month or so I was at dealer for a repair and was told I would soon need a battery.The Derby sent a technician to my home. Who tested the battery and changed it.The battery was covered under a warranty PRAISE THW LORDI was wondering why it wasn't changed at the date of service, when it was already covered under warranty.The technician was kind and professional. He changed the battery quickly and I took the purchased battery back.

I recently had my car in for repair due to a collision. The service was great! From the moment I called to make the appraisal appointment till the repairs were completed I was kept informed of the process from start to finish. Candido was my contact and was extremely courteous and professional. My car was completed on time and looks great. Even though my car was not a cadillac, it was repaired with OEM parts and looks good as new. This is the 2nd car we have had repaired at this collision center and have been happy with the repairs and service both times. Candido was our point person last time as well, which was a couple of years ago, and I cannot say enough good things about him.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They made my car look just like the day I purchased it. It was done in the time they promised with updates almost daily. They worked with my insurance company and made my rental car arrangements. Best experience!!!Thank you Jennifer for all you did. So happy to have my car back.

Miss. This is my second time using the collision center (they are an approved vendor for my insurance), and if it goes as well as the first time around, they've earned every single star. Great communication, they work with my insurance to make sure everything is taken care of, and they do excellent work. As long as I have this auto insurance, I will insist on Ed Morse Collision Center being the only shop who repairs my vehicle.

This is a very well laid out building on the campus of Ed Morse Cadillac. Upon arriving at Ed Morse, it was a little hard finding it at first, but the signs help guide you. I do think they need more signs for the people who come in the other entrances though. Upon arriving at the collision center, when walking in, it looks as if it's the sales room with new cars in the lobby. I was greeted by the receptionist and one of the estimators. Not really sure of what to call their job title. They were really nice, polite and non pushy. If I need work done to my GM vehicle, this is where I'm coming to. I'm sure they work with other makes and models too, I just own a GM vehicle.

Was rear ended and went there for Collison work, I picked up the car 4 days later than what was quoted to me. I picked it up on a Wednesday found additional damage to the back passenger door addressed the damage with Candido (the representative I was working with) who blamed my door guards and said its just like that. In hindsight that should have been a red flag, the door had issues through the night notified them that this was an issue. Later in the evening to find out my reverse lights didn't work. Went back on Thursday to the door looked at again because it still wasnt closing correctly and my reverse lights fixed and was told "well it was just like that." Left Thursday to find my back brake light didn't work at this point I had missed two days of work to pick up the car and address the issues. Then Friday my back gate is making this cracking sound after getting groceries to find that was blown as well. Please keep in mind its a car with less that 20,000 miles on it. UNACCEPTABLE
