This should be your next permanent auto shop. This guys are great. They are generous. They estimated my cost and did best. My job done under the money I wanted to spend. No appointments needed. You get served as you go. Every mechanic here is helpful. If you want to spend exact what you should, go there. Some other store will charge you extra for shop fee and different hidden charges. Wait time is very less. You can find used car under good price.His name is Fernandez and he helped me through my repair. Awesome man.Honest in terms of giving service.Quick. Trustable. This was the very best car service I have had here in the Tampa Bay Area if your having any car trouble I highly recommend this auto repair company the service was great and the mechanics were also. Thank u so much. Single moms come see these guys.

The guys are extremely professional I've known them for years. Fernando is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable technician and he will answer any questions you might have about your car but you got to be reasonable because the shop is always busy.Come on guys, don't be calling and asking for estimates over the phone, that's not how it works. I trust Fernando with my daughter's car, that should tell you something.

Was very nice and professional, the sales associate even worked with us. We haggled a little, and he brought the price down. The check engine light was on, when they ran the computer it didn't come up with anything, but they were willing to put a warranty on it. Honestly, would definitely come back.

I happened to get a flat right next to Douglas auto and frogie who works there happened to walk by and was the nicest person helped me took my tire off patched it and had me on my way before I was late to work. Excellent service!!!

First thing Monday morning I called to have 2 tires replaced on my vehicle. Lady on the phone let me know the price I would receive and what time it would be best to bring it in. I went with the 2 tires I had already purchased elsewhere to get mounted and balanced. Entrance was a bit tricky to find, but once I got in they got right to work. The work was literally done right in front of me which was reassuring(kinda like seeing your food get made, you were pretty sure the chef wouldn't spit in it, but nice to verify). Work was done as described and price was as discussed. Love doing business locally.

Needed new front tires for my Toyota Camry. They were able to provide me with replacements immediately after I arrived. Fast, friendly and professional service from all. Would definitely recommend for all your tire and auto needs.

Fernando is a great mechanic he's taking care of every car I brought to him in a timely fashion doesn't give you the runaround and doesn't try to overcharge

Gave me a dishonest price by subtracting the tax from it without informing me that it wasn't the final price. I asked Annemarie to email me the quote she gave, and was refused. Instead she insulted me saying that the reason I chose to go elsewhere and save $25 was because I'm obviously low on money and can't afford their price gouging. Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.Highly advise anybody that's considering doing business here to go elsewhere and save themselves from being belittled.

I bought 2 used tires, they didn't have my exact size and one was more worn than acceptable, they only gave me a slight discount. Both tires came to $70. After two days one tire was flat, leaked from rim seal... brought it back and then noticed the other tire leaking from same spot. A different guy went to fixing it right away with no hesitation. He told me it wasn't sealed at the rim, and when he took the tire off of the rim there was alot of old residue and that's what cause air to leak out. He cleaned it and sealed it correctly for no charge. Only thing I suggest is to watch to make sure they do the job right and balance the tire too.

Not very good professionals, think twice before bringing your vehicle to get work done here , I had the same issues with a part I bought from them and had them address the issue 4 times and each time they fixed it the same problem remained.

The one thing I can say about this company they fix my AC really fast I needed and it's no charge I just bought the part and they put it in for free for me very good mechanics
