Where to start... On the initial pick up of the vehicle the radio was cranked up extremely loud. It was obvious that the workers were using my car as a boom box. There was a crooked and poorly placed emblem on the rear of the vehicle that I had them buy a new one and try again. There was new damage to the rear spoiler from the shop that we had to get repaired/painted. The rear tailgate had a piece of trim on it that the shop had to remove to repaint the bumper. After removing the trim piece they didn't even bother to remove the old adhesive and lazily just painted directly over it. When I asked Kim why they would do that, she told me "you wouldn't have noticed it if the trim was already installed". REALLY!?! I had a previous vehicle repaired there after an accident. They did a great job. So when my wife's car got into an accident, I had her bring the car here. I can't express how disappointed I was with the job they did on the car. What's more perplexing is, they're a certified Volvo repair shop. I'm sure if Volvo saw the work performed on my wife's car they'd consider pulling the plaque down off the wall. I've posted pics of the issues we had. I'm including a photo of a CORRECTLY placed emblem to show how poorly the initial application was.

We took our Volvo to Crash Champions - George after a pretty significant door ding and referral from the local Volvo dealership. From start to finish, the team was super friendly, informative and expedient - the car looks brand new after they very quickly fixed the issue. Josie (I think that was her name) was awesome to work with! Thanks for the 5-star service - we'll definitely be recommending to anyone who needs body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Back on October 9th while on Vaca up in Tennessee a large deer decided to jump across the country road we were driving on and completely tore up the driver's side front quarter panel. USAA uses Crash Champions on George Rd in Tampa, Florida. They did an absolutely AMAZING FANTASTIC job at their bodyshop!! I highly recommend using them for all of your cars body work needs!!

I highly recommend Crash Champions. They are true professionals that went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was originally told I could wait while my vehicle was repaired. When I arrived I was told the part was not ready and I could return the next day. I explained that I live 1 1/2 from the shop and had to be at the hospital the next day with a family member. They allowed me to leave my car and put me in a rental free of charge. I returned the next day to pick up my car and it was washed and detailed inside. I have never had a body shop take the time and care with a vehicle like Crash Champions did! AMAZING service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

DO NOT take your Car here. They took forever they installed wrong headlight in my car I didn t know until I took it to the dealer they broke the wood grain trim on my driver door and didn t even say anything I had to notice it. The rocker panel trim was installed very loosely and it just moves around and I have a huge gap where my hood is and I can see under it. They keep telling me they re going to fix it and they ll call me. It s been three months and still nothing. Take it to any other Crash Champions except the one on George Road. They do not know what they re doing.

Took my low Mileage collectors M3 here. While this was not my choice, this is what insurance would approve as all the shops I wanted to go through were not authorized insurance shops. Had the car paint corrected and ceramic coated about 2 weeks before it had got rear ended. After the car had been finished at CC, i took the car to my detailing shop that I have a long lasting trusted relationship with. They let me know the entire car needed to be redone. (clay bar, wet sanded, re-polished and then a full ceramic coating again). *I had given CC legal written documentation that the car was ceramic coated about 2 weeks ago and to add precautionary measures to keep any over spray from taking place on this particular vehicle* they assured me no overspray would take place. Obviously, after my detailer let me know how bad the car was I went ahead and had them redo the whole car. I then went through insurance and they let me know I had to give CC the opportunity to fix the overspray which I was never going to do given how bad crash champions already messed up the paint in regards to overspray. I spoke to Kim, the GM and so did the owner/GM of my detailing shop and she seemed to not take any responsibility even after my detailer explaining the process in which these types of cars go through in order to make them show cars. She had said she never had overspray issues and myself and my detailer let her know most if not all people will not get their paint professionally inspected. Well, I do and my paint was bad. Moral of the story, crash champions took zero responsibility for the overspray because they "didn't see the car", even though I had the owner of the detailing shop call her. Costed me $2,500 to get the whole car redone and crash champions wouldn't give anything. If you have a high end vehicle, and you care about your paint work, I would not suggest to take it here.She kept saying "we didn't see the car" and I kept saying, "what do you think we are lying they you over sprayed over the whole car!?". I then told her it sounds like they were just not trying to take responsibility for any of the overspray they had caused. Honestly, very disappointed I had to pay $2,500 to get my cars paint fixed for someone else's mistake.....

I was blown away by how kind the people at Crash Champions were and the incredible work they did. As a victim of a hit and run I was VERY stressed out. I have an older car but it has low mileage. The first place my insurance company sent me wouldn t even look at my car due to its age. Crash Champions accommodated me immediately and stayed in communication with me through the repair process. I would recommend to everyone to get their body work done there. John had incredible customer service skills.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They had my car for almost 6 months to repair the bumper. They told me week after week that my car would be ready by the end of the week. The first time they told me it was ready, I picked it up with the check engine light on, so then they kept it for another couple months. Every time I would call they would just give me the run around of why it wasn t done yet - The part hasn t arrived yet, the part came in but it s the wrong on, the new part is on back order I understand that it s difficult to get parts right now, but I drive one of the most common cars on the road and 6 months seems ridiculous. They told me I would have my car back around thanksgiving and here we are towards the end of March. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HEREServices: Tires, Electrical, Body & Trim
