We had our quarter panel on our Chevy Equinox repaired and we couldn t be happier with the professional service we received. The price was great, and Kawika and Michael couldn t have been better to work with during the whole process. Kawika helped get us into an Enterprise rental car while our car was being done. His kindness and willingness to help is so outstanding today. I can t say enough good things about him and this business. We were hesitant traveling to Tampa from Spring Hill but we are so happy we did. You will not be sorry.

Took a 2017 Z06 Corvette to get front bumper and roof painted after a company called Paint-n-Go royally screwed it up. They not only match my paint and did a great job they even cleaned the other company's incompetent overspray. They actually do excellent snd outstanding work but they are not for the penny pincher. Their quality though is worth every penny. Probably the best in Tampa in my opinion.

My bumper was scratched by another car in a parking lot, brought it in the next day without calling ahead and these guys sanded and repainted the whole rear bumper in 2 days. It looks perfect, I m relieved it went so easy. Price was reasonable, I am very happy to know a place like this is close by in case something like this ever happens again.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I worked with Michael and Kawika and they made the repair of my car so easy and affordable. It really felt like concierge care! They helped me with my Enterprise car rental, worked with my schedule, gave me a very fair price, got the car done AHEAD of their estimated completion time, and were so nice and communicative throughout the process. I highly, highly recommend!

Took over a week to get my car back and was only supposed to be 4 days. They left my car unlocked and a homeless man broke in They were dishonest about the situation and the homeless guy ended up doing more damageThey did not even clean my car up after the break in and they left tools in my car. Still waiting on a detail clean and part and no one had called to follow up. Attached is a photo of how they left the car when I picked it up.I am a very calm person ,I wasn't even going to write this in the hope they would make it right..well they haven't .Service: Body & Trim

Best experience ever. My car needed quite a lot of front end work. Ken was patient, helpful, and quick when it came to my car getting taken care of. They said drop off Thursday am at 8 am... ready by friday at 6. Car was done Friday by 3pm! I wish I had before pics to share with the after pic but imagine the entire front end being held up by 2 rolls of ductape. I was in awe with the great work they did. I will return if needed in the future and will recommend to everyone.

I've had to give this review a lot of thought. My car was finished November 2020; after nearly 2 months of not having my vehicle. The customer service has been good mostly; although I had to call for updates each time. The car was initially painted back in September, but there were so many issues with the paint that the whole job needed to be reworked from the ground up. They lied about this; I was told they would sand the whole car down and repaint. Later on I noticed chips that existed beforehand, looks like they just resprayed. This took about 4 weeks. Now about 7 weeks later there are notable issues on each panel painted. Hood, bumper, roof, trunk lid, and both fenders.Most of the issues have to do with the paint chipping off and primer showing underneath due to fish eyes. Also there is primer showing underneath paint in several areas. There's also a large scratch on the bottom of the door. My windshield is ruined; they wet sanded the whole windshield because there was so much overspray. The chips were claimed to be rocks; even if that is the case, you can expect 30 or more chips within 300 miles of driving. They did not deny damaging the vehicle; they've offered no options other than a small discount for the front bumper.Buyer beware: this paint does not hold up. Four months later with normal driving; I have easily a hundred paint chips all over the bumper. This was the biggest waste of time and money. Over 2 grand for just a simple repaint. These guys weren't even close to the cheapest option, but they absolutely cheaped out on their quality of work.Service: Painting

I've been here twice and both times have been an incredible experience. Obviously getting your car fixed can be stressful, they made the experience smooth and stress free. Great and honest people! Professional, Punctual, HONEST.I had two body issues with a brand new car that I had only 2 weeks, dent in the trunk, and rocker panel scratched to the frame. Dominic to the rescue!!He gave me a very fair, honest quote of which I returned my car to him to fix. Both jobs were complete same day. My car looked brand new again!!I am so thankful their are still honest people who do not take advantage of those do not know the difference between a $700 fix from a $7k fix.Dominic and his team are top notch!!Service: Body & Trim

The staff and the service at carmedics was exceptional. They went above and beyond to do an excellent job. Jason and Dominic were very helpful and knowledgeable about the body work that needed to be done. The pricing was very fair and the work was completed in a very timely fashion. I came here before where they fixed my car dents. But I m posting this review not because of any past dents but because they went out of their way to help me out with a recent and unexpected problem.For several months now, my vehicle had a problem where the run channel rubber component along the window edge of my passenger side door was torn. This was causing water to leak into my vehicle, so I covered it up with towels for months to protect my interior from rain and it looked ridiculous. I went to my dealership and ordered the replacement part. I waited for months for the part to arrive, but it remained on back order with no change in its status because of the ongoing supply change problem.Eventually, I gave up and canceled my order and got a refund, but the problem still remained with my window. I checked out a couple of other auto shops too, but they would all order from the same place, same warehouse in fact.Therefore, I thought I would return to Carsmetics and give them a try as a long shot. I showed them I still had my original torn part. They took a look at my issue, squeezed me into their schedule, took my part and my vehicle into the shop, and returned it completely fixed all within an hour! All they had to do was apply some window sealant to get the rubber part adhering to the sides again. And they did it for free! None of the other auto shops were willing to find me a quick and easy fix. They were too busy going the more expensive route of buying a replacement part and me paying for the hourly labor cost. And now the same run channel rubber component works as before, blocking any water from seeping into the car.I m posting this review here to show that the Carsmetics people will understand your problems and will work with you. They especially take care of returning customers.

This place earned a customer for life and future referred business. Kawika and John were full of class and friendly professionalism. The quality of the work, the fair and honest pricing, and the customer service were all top notch. The entire process was seamless. They completed paint work for my brand new Civic after a local dealership damaged it during installation of custom emblems. The paint blended perfectly with the rest of the car, they did a clean install on new emblems, and they priced it better than anyone in the area. I couldn t have asked for more. Their high ratings and positive reviews are all well-earned.

I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. My BMW came out great. Came in to get my bumper fixed after an accident, and the entire process was super quick! It was very affordable, and they did a great job fixing the damages. Ken is also extremely helpful and professional. If I ever have an issue in regards to my car, I will definitely be coming back!

I could not take my truck in for a week because they were ordering a new door and bumper. When I finally get my truck back, they had not even replaced the door because the marks that were on the door handle are still on the door handle! I was going to call my insurance company because I feel like this is some kind of fraud and it bothers me. But honestly, my truck looks good again. Just don't like dealing with dishonest people and businesses!

John Wobrock met with me when I first came in to get a rear end collision repair looked at. From the beginning until the end John provided exemplary services. They gave me two choices for the repair one less expensive than the other which I thought also was unique. No sales tactics. John was excellent in communicating the progress and the completion and even arranged for a rent a car at a steep discount for me. Hopefully I never have to use their service again but if I need body repair, John Wobrock will be my first and only call. Carsmetics technicians did a great job. Looks like new. Cannot recommend enough! They fixed a dent on my hatchback and it looks good as new! The price was incredible!!! Ken was great to work with! I called for some historical information & mentioned I needed the info that day but John had already left the store. I said okay, I'll call back tomorrow if I cant find it. Less than 30 minutes later he called me back because he drove back to the store so he could help me. I couldn't believe that for starters. Well he couldn't find the information because we figured out that I had called the wrong location. Doublewhammy & I felt terrible but he wasn't even upset at all... not even a hint of attitude & even told me be blessed. I didn't use this particular location but John was sooo unbelievably nice, I had to write this review. Thank you John, that made a difference in my day :)

I was initially skeptical of the suspiciously high reviews, but now I get it. From Start to finish the customer service is top tier. I think we can all agree that when it comes to vehicle repairs we sort of hold on to our seats when it comes to pricing, but with these folks, everything is laid out.Took my car in for some minor bumper damage, and when I say they made it look brand new, they weren t playing games. They guaranteed factory paint, fixed the damage and that bumper looks better than from when I bought it. John, the Assistant General manager took good care of me. Hopefully I never need to go back lol, but in the case that I do, they ve got my business.

If I ever need cosmetic repairs, I would definitely go here again. I had a series of small gouges and scratches on my Ford Explorer's fender protectors (from being sideswiped) and, within a day (in at 8:00, out at 2:00), they made it look like new. Unbelievable quality -like it never happened. And polite, professional service. Thanks!

Outstanding experience with quality of repairs and service. John and Barry both went above and beyond to make sure my car was thoroughly inspected and brought back to original condition. They also assisted me with an issue I thought might have been occurring when I got it back. John was able to coordinate with me to drop off the car over the Christmas weekend and have it ready and waiting for me to pick it up (even though they were closed) on Christmas Sunday when I flew back in. Everything went exactly as he said it would and that was very much appreciated in a busy time like Christmas weekend. Great experience great quality and the employees truly have outstanding customer service skills. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fair prices and great quality.

I had taken my van to this location of Carsmetics a few weeks ago for a rear bumper dent repair. From start to finish, Barry and John especially provided terrific customer service from providing the estimate in a timely manner to keeping me updated on the status of my van. It was unbelievable how fast the repair was done so that I was not without my vehicle for long, especially for my transportation to and from work. The repair was absolutely flawless, my bumper looks as good, if not better, than when I first purchased my vehicle! It s no wonder this particular location of Carsmetics is constantly rated as a leading body shop in the area which is how I chose it compared to other body shops that are closer to me in New Tampa. Please convey my thanks to that team, they are a true asset to the Carsmetics organization due to the professional and outstanding customer service they consistently provide.

Over the past several years, I have had to have body work done. Barry, John and the rest of the team are fantastic! They do excellent work. Their work is guaranteed for the life of the car. Very reasonable prices. These gentlemen take excellent care of their clients. They go above and beyond.

My wife took her car here and Kawika Eva took great care of her. He even put Paw Patrol on so the baby had something to watch when the work was being done.The repair was perfect. The customer service was even better! We highly recommend bringing your vehicle here and we won't hesitate to do the same in the future!

Amazing work on my car, and they gave me a great deal on the repairs! They did need more time to finish the work and didn't let me know, but it was worth it. I was also able to leave my rental with them to get picked up, which was a big help.

I was referred to Carsmetics by a coworker. I was greeted by John who has only been employed there for a week and Ken the Manager. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thoroughly explained services to be performed with an affordable price point! Completed job within timeframe given and my car looks amazing! With the invisible target that is apparently on my bumper, I am so glad to know Carsmetics will come through for me and consistently do a great job. Barry once again was helpful and efficient getting me all the services I needed to have my car fixed quickly and painlessly. The quality of the job was, once again, excellent - like new! Fast, friendly and fabulous. Now if only they can figure a way to buff out the bullseye that keeps people hitting me in the first place! Thanks so much for the wonderful job and the peace of mind.

Erik and Ken at Carsmetics are very helpful and provide quick quotes to get my car back on the road. Not only was the turnaround fast but the work is excellent! I will definitely go back (hope not soon) if I need anything else done. Thanks guys.
