Great customer service. They did a great job repairing a cosmetic dent at a very affordable price compared to the maker dealership. Staff had my car ready in a week and when I asked for a little more TLC, they addressed my concern quickly. Not only that, but during the hurricane, they took my car into the shop for shelter. My daughter goes to school at Tampa and swiped the side of her car pretty good. The back door wouldn t close. I went on google and called a few places. I knew I had the correct place to send my daughter after speaking to Kim. My daughter went there and they fixed the door on the spot. I was in New York this whole time and worried that another shop would try and rip her off. It was the opposite. They helped her out and made our day. Can t thank Cardinal collision enough. I recently worked with Charlie and their staff to resolve some damage to the hood of my 4Runner. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nowadays, it s hard to find any business that still practices superior customer service, but Cardinal does just that. It s easy to see why they have been in business for 40 years. I will only use them in the future and will refer any friends and family to them as well, I am so thankful for the way they treated me!

I backed out and bent my passenger door backwards. I called a local shop who didn t think they could fix the problem and referred me to Cardinal saying I would get great service. They were absolutely right. They allowed me to come right in so that we could at least shut the door safely even though I knew they were booked and very busy. They immediately checked the door and realized it was a quick fix and fixed it for me right there on the spot. As a military family coming into an area we don t know I am so happy and glad to have found Cardinal Auto. I cannot recommend them enough!

I rarely write reviews but I couldn't not leave one for this business! Nowadays it's so rare to find such high quality service with honest, good hearted people. Charlie & the Cardinal team is that and much more! From the moment I walked in to get an estimate on my bumper, I was completely comfortable and ecstatic to have them service my car. Had to have a bumper repair made. I showed up, dropped off the car and had it back within a few hours. They took care of me right away, and were very friendly. This is one of the finest family-owned businesses with a longstanding sterling reputation in Tampa. They actually care about you and are wonderfully honest in all of the work done. This is quality, expertise and they are truly concerned about their customers and the work that is done. Don't ever hesitate to reach out to them. They bend over backwards to help in both bodywork and repair/maintenance. You can trust Charlie Camper's word in all aspects of the business.

The team at Cardinal is top-notch. I needed a bumper repair to my '04 Toyota and despite the advanced age of my vehicle, Charlie and the staff treated my car with all their care and attention (as if it was brand-new). Great service and awesome turnaround time! Took my car in on a Monday morning and it was ready on Weds afternoon. Convenient location near Downtown Tampa. Easy to work with. They did seamless work on my new vehicle that has been a magnet for door dings and bumper scrapes.

I have gone to Cardinal for a broken and leaking door, a flat tire, and a dented bumper, and they have gone above and beyond in every single way. The staff is amazing, helpful, and so caring to their customers. It is a family run business that treats customers like they're family, as well! The staff is extremely helpful and honest. My insurance company did not estimate all of the damages initially, so they called the claims adjuster back out to take a second look so that everything that needed to be repaired would be covered. They did an excellent job, my car looks brand new!

Seriously. They did exactly what they said they would do, and did it fairly quickly, and for a very reasonable price. There is no other place to take your car but here! And on top of all of that, they are just really nice people.

Had a great experience dealing with Charlie at Cardinal Auto Paint & Body Shop this week, probably the best experience I've ever had with any auto repair shop ever! I hate to admit how many times I've had to take our vehicles in for body repairs and paint BUT I can tell you that Charlie & Family do such fantastic work your spouse will never know you banged up the car (again). (Unless he reads this review.) Great service, great prices, great turn-around time.

My fathers truck looks like new after having been in an accident. I m grateful for the staff and especially the owner for being so caring and hands on so that my dads truck could be back in his possession. If I ever need work done to my cars in the future this place has got my business.

Just needed some moderate paint touch ups on a ten year old vehicle that is being oxidized, (and that I hope to keep another five) and after seeing the great google reviews, can confirm that the care, concern and quality at this THIRD generation family owned business is top notch. Ripped my mirror off and it was replaced promptly for a fair, honest price. As a college girl who very obviously knows nothing about cars, I was grateful they were honest and did not take advantage of my situation. Friendly staff, did great work

This family owned business that makes you FEEL like family. The owner Charlie and his son do wonderful work and at a very fair price and are friendly and kind as well. Don t waste your time with other places, go to Cardinal.

WOW, took in my blue STi and a box with a grey wing kit and 50 bolts. Two days later they had matched the paint and mounted this monster on my car, amazing. Looks like it came from the showroom floor. For my wife's car, a raccoon made it necessary to replace the front grill and she wanted it to be pink to match her wheels. They matched it up perfectly and put the whole thing together. She gets compliments everywhere she goes. I'll only take my cars to CARDINAL! They are the best in town!!

These guys got my car fixed up well and very timely. Even after the repairs when dealing with the DMV for retitling they helped me out more than I could imagine any other shop would. highly recommend
