Bill Currie Ford will be my go-to for repairs from here on out, full transparent communication, and quality work can't be beat, and they perform with flying collors. I have had both the front end and rear end of my Mustang replaced with them due to my horrible luck with damages (luckily, never my fault, I just seem to have a magnet for all the accidents). You can expect fast and reliable service here. Lisa also did a phenomenal job with communication/updates and such.

I took my car to Bill Currie because they were the only ones who would be able to replace the rear windshield wiper motor after it it got damaged along with the rear window on my Ford escape. I called Bill Currie after receiving the necessary information from my insurance company. When I brought the car in I was told I would probably get it back within a week or so. After many phone calls over a two week period being told the glass was backordered, the glass miraculously appeared in the body shop after I sent an email to the body shop manager asking for assistance. When I went to pick up the car I was initially told it was approximately $400 more than what the agreed upon price was and what I was told on the phone the day before. I am happy to say I have my vehicle back for the amount agreed upon and it looks great. If they could get their customer service side fine tuned I am sure they would have a lot more satisfied customers.

If you are looking to never see your vehicle again then dump it off at Bill Currie Ford. We ordered parts four months ago and they allowed us to schedule an appointment for installation on October 17th. When we dropped our vehicle off for repair MIKE told us that it would most likely take 2 weeks to repair. The conversation continued and MIKE then changed the timeline from 2 weeks to 2 and half or maybe more. MIKE then told us he would contact us with an update within two days. We never recieved a phone call. I called MIKE yesterday October 20th to check the status of progress. I was told that MIKE was at lunch and I can leave a voice-mail. I left a voice mail and three hours went by; so I called to speak with MIKE again. I finally got to speak with MIKE. MIKE told me that the vehicle had all of the parts off but three people were out with covid. I asked MIKE to take a picture of the progress. MIKE then told me no problem give me a few minutes.....so over an hour later I called back. MIKE then tells me he was busy but he's going to take the pictures now. MIKE called back and said that all the parts were back on. The bottom line is that the vehicle was never touched, no one had covid, and MIKE lied. Today we went back to Bill Currie Ford Collision to retrieve our vehicle because MIKE told us yesterday to "come get it". Upon arrival today October 21st, we found the vehicle out in a remote area with new scratches on the front covered in dirt and leaves. Lye after lye after lye!!!!Service: Body & Trim
