I was impressed by the excellent service on Sunday night close to the end of their shift. I phoned them when I was only 5 minutes away and they had prepared two distinct alternatives of gasket maker sheets for me. This was immensely beneficial and persuaded me to choose AutoZone as my preferred source of auto parts. I will exclusively patronize this particular store henceforth, because the staff there are authentic and helpful. The store was tidy, the personnel were cordial, and they had what I required. I am very grateful for their support. God bless.

Came for a check engine light, was helped by Christian. Went above and beyond to help me and educate on the necessary parts my card needs. He was thorough with the information. All around nice guy. Didn t let me leave without me fully understanding what s going on with my car. Good guys here, thanks again.

We appreciate Jason the store manager. Super helpful with finding my light bulb for my F250 super duty. It wasn t easy and he came out to help assist changing the bulbs. I ll definitely will be returning

James went above and beyond in replacing my battery and locating my warranty on my old battery. Without him catching that, I would ve spent $230 on a new one. Diego was also very helpful in replacing the new windshield wipers that James recommended. Shop for all your auto needs at this AutoZone for great service!!

I stopped in to get the diagnostic run on my car, and I received amazing service from Hayden and the other associates here. The first associate i spoke to came out and ran the test, and then introduced me to Hayden.Hayden took the time to look at my engine and explain what the diagnostic meant for me. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and he made recommendations not just on what I came in for, but also on other services and things to look out for. He even assisted in filling my coolant when he saw that it was getting quite low.Great job all around! I will absolutely stop by again for my car needs!

Today 8/25/22 just want to say that I had a great experience at this location. Came in to get new head lights for my car since one was out. The young man (don t remember his name but super friendly) helped me to grab the light bulbs I needed that he got from the computer. He asked if I wanted help but I thanked him and told him I d try myself. Well I tried it myself and realized they weren t fitting. So I drove back and with no problem swapped them out with the correct ones. Richard the manager is the one who helped get the correct ones. He knew just by looking at the type of light bulb I had from the old one. For some reason the computer gave the wrong bulb to purchase (I know this was not the young man s fault because I watched him type in everything I told him to type with the computer screen in my face) Richard proceed to even come out to my car and basically changed them out for me with no hesitation. He even showed me a quicker way to do it since I took the long route. Let me tell you Richard and the other young man gave great customer service like I ve never had at any auto parts store. I will 100% be returning to this store if Richard is there! Thank you so much!

Stopped in because my car charger stopped working. Jason, the manager was so friend and professional. He came out to my car, determined I needed a new fuse and replaced it all within 5 minutes. That s what I call above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I was having issues with my car starting and wasn't sure what it could be....battery, starter, alternator, etc. Hayden did a diagnostic test and found out I needed a battery. His customer service skills was on point! He asked me thru what battery would be best and installed it. He was great explaining what he was doing as well as showing me. I usually don t do reviews but I had to today!!! I needed my headlight replaced and windshield wipers as I do not know much about cars. Castille R helped me immediately!!! He got me all fixed up!!! Such a wonderful attitude and so professional!! Amazing customer service!!!! I will be back for sure!!! He was so helpful and his service was impeccable!!!! Awesome experience!!! HAYDEN saved me a trip to a mechanic!! 10/10 service. he went above and beyond in helping me figure out what was wrong with my check engine light, helped me fill up on the fuels my car was missing, thoroughly explained to me the different options that can be used to fix my cars check engine light and coolant system, and over all amazing customer service that you honestly just dont see anymore in most places since covid. i will forsure be calling the store and ask the days Hayden is working to go to him specifically the next time i run into an issue with my car. extremely knowledgeable on cars i thought he was an official mechanic lol. honest and friendly staff.

Have had multiple battery issues over the past few years and have always been helped quickly and battery has been replaced at no cost to me. Can t think of anyone here else I would rather go for a car battery. Thanks!

I had an awesome experience at auto zone. I pulled into the parking lot with a pretty much dead battery Richard came out and assessed the situation Immediately. He got us a new battery put it in under five minutes and now we re driving off to the next destination. Richard is a legend

Not the greatest store. Lots of folks working but most are socializing with each other rather than helping customers. Inventory is sad. Needed a common oil filter and they appently only had stp and i didnt even see them on the shelf. I was planning on 20,000 mile moble 1 and at best the stp was rated at 10,000 miles.

I came into the store in Kinda of a rush before they closed and I still got top notch service from Castille R ! Very professional young man helped me out with my windshield wipers , replace my headlights and add windshield fluid ! Very knowledgeable I m glad he was there to make my experience shopping easy and insightful thank you very much I ll be coming back to your store in the near future

Walked in to buy some windshield wipers for my wife and was immediately greeted by Jamie who asked me what I was looking for, and pointed me in the right direction. Jamie then made a great recommendation based on her experience. She made a lasting impression by going above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations.
