My experience at Auto Safe and Sound was nothing short of astounding. My car needed its carpet ripped up and replaced, however my third row of seats were completely broken. They kept me updated with the entire process and called me before making any decisions! They were also affordable and very reliable, I would recommend anyone to come by their shop and have them take a look at your car.

I paid $268.25 for the shop staff to install a backup camera in my car. When I picked the car up, I noticed that where they had installed the camera they had damaged the paint. It looks like the installer's screwdriver slipped and ripped the paint. (Pics attached). As soon as I saw it at the shop I went to the manager and told him but he immediately said we didn't do it, it came like that. I told that was not true and to speak with the person that had completed the install and ask but he refused to do so. He said well I can give you a auto detail. Granted, this shop also serves as a body shop. There were other related scratches that were received in the same incident.I did not accept the auto detail of course because that is not what I wanted out of my complaint. I understand that people make mistakes but not owning up to them is of poor taste.My car remains damaged and I will NEVER refer anyone to this facility and if anything, will continue to post my experience so others do not go through the same situation.

Fantastic service. We had a new radio and camera installed. It took longer due to the amplifier and camera power. It looks great. The camera is small and works great. So glad we came here to have the unit installed. Everyone is friendly. Alvaro is very knowledgeable on car stereos and installation. I would highly recommend him. Well worth the price of installation.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this business! Very professional and the workers do outstanding work. They re not trying to take advantage of you and seem to genuinely care about giving you the best service. After having scheduled an appointment with honda service center and dealing with poor service, it was a breath of fresh air when Auto Safe and Sound decided to help me with great customer service. I just love the shop and staff very professional I first went to Auto Safe & Sound to correct a problem from a private installer for my 2022 Jeep gladiator. They did so well correcting the prior mistakes and damage that I decided to expand to a custom install. I just love it and they do great auto detailing and tinting as well. Auto Safe & Sound is definitely my auto go to shop, very happy customer thank you.

The owner was super helpful and gave me lots of good information about my car. I had my back speakers replaced bc it was vibrating a lot and I feel like it was an upgrade. They sound so much better than my old ones.

Auto Safe & Sound is AWESOME! They will never steer you wrong, you always leave satified. If you don t like something they worked on for you, tell them and they will make it right. I speak from experience!They have helped me through many items to be installed on my new Jeep Wrangler and I am thrilled with everything they have done. I was not with some door edge protectors they put on, so they removed them and redid with a higher quality material and didn t charge me anything additional. They ve also helped my wife with her new RAM truck, she is happy with everything they ve done as well!Al is AWESOME and know his stuff, he s also funny as hell! TJ is awesome as well, really knows his stuff and is always willing to help with whatever is needed.I highly recommend Auto Safe & Sound to all! They are fairly priced and will do whatever it takes to make you happy - they are a five star shop for sure... go check them out yourself, you will not be disappointed!12/02/23 update Just got my rims painted red and wheel spacers installed at Auto Safe & Sound and they turned out AMAZING! Check out the attached picture. I ve been going here for over ten years and they have worked on all my vehicles, wife s included. We highly recommend Al and Auto Safe & Sound to anyone looking for any upgrades to any vehicles! They do a fantastic job detailing vehicles as well.

I only want to share my experience, you can be the judge of your own circumstances and decide if you want to use this place.I took my car and my wife's car to tint on 4.12.22 and they did a good job with the tint. When I arrived to pick up the cars, both cars were ON, not just one, both on outside waiting for us. He said that it was because they had to jump start the cars because to be able to tint the windows, they had to keep the ignition open the entire time to be able to lower the Windows when needed to install the tint (ok, but for 3 hrs without starting the car one single time to avoid draining the battery??) ok so I left home and did not drive the car until next morning when I attempted to take my daughters to school, thats were my nightmare started, the car won't start, and I Never had issues with my battery on this car. I had to jump start the car to get going, later that day I also went to my sister house and when I wanted to leave the car won't start again.***Now I ask you, the person reading this, do you think that I was thinking about how nice my tint was or do you think I was thinking about how upset I was that I took my car and paid $250 (each car) and now this is happening)...I called the place and the same man that is always at the front desk (apparently for the last 30 yrs as he told me) answer the phone, I explained what is going on and here is his answer " Sr, we only work on your tint, we are not responsible for what is happening)Well, $150 for the towtruck + $250 for a new battery)I know I will not use this place again or send any of my friends here, because great customer service is not just smiling in my face when you are telling me to pay for the service, but all around if a problem RELATED to the actual service was to arrive , and I believe that if they were more careful with my car, this would had never happened.This is the way I see it, I had to pay $400 to get my car running the same way it was before I took it to this place for tint.

Went in with the intentions of getting a radio installed by these people I had the radio and they quoted me 350 t0 470 depending on parts needed to install 1 day later I bought a radio from Best Buy for 320 with all the hardware and mounting accessories and they installed it for free Thx Auto Safe& Sound for pointing me in the right direction

Excellent work on the window tint on my 2007 Pilot. They removed the old film which had to be done perfectly as not to leave any adhesive residue that would interfere with the new film.

I had my windows tinted here and was very pleased with the work. My windshield was cracked and I got it replaced when I returned to have the front strip replaced they took me right away and did the work while I waited. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. They are the best

REPLACED THE FRONT AND REAR DOOR BELT MOLDINGS ON MY 2017 HONDA CIVIC...LOOKS LIKE THE VEHICLE (AROUND THE WINDOWS) IS BRAND NEW. AWESOME JOB ALVARO.

Al and his team were awesome installing several k40 radar detectors in our cars. Great clan work and a great product. They even put me in touch with the manufacturer Patrick at k40 who i spoke with twice for 30 minutes...he was great also ans helped me customize the settings. These guys are legit and I even got all my cars detailed at no cost after. Great work you guys!!!Gary

Auto Safe and Sound did a great job installing my sound system in my vehicle. They did not try to over sell me on anything. The installers came out in my initial visit to hear what I wanted to get installed and they explained what the process was. Highly recommend these professionals.

They were very professional and friendly. my Jeep speaker system had a lot of issues and the Audio Tech (Fred) at safe and sound fixed everything and installed new speakers and an amp with all the wiring necessary for a professionally installed system. They know their war around audio systems and the price was perfect for what they did. Not high but Also not cheap. It was just right. Facility is very clean and workshop was top notch. out of all the stereo shops in tampa, this one is a top tier hands down shop. Their detailing is quite spectacular as well. Best in Tampa! Check them out!

Been going here 20 years or more. Every vehicle we've owned as well as my kid's vehicles have been tinted here.
