Our tow hitch failed at the C channels on our A class motorhome. American Frame did a great job. Pricey but worth it

I have to say this is one of the top notch companies I enjoy working with. I ve been bringing my truck there since I bought it and they work with me whatever I need to get fixed and I do it very quickly and very safely and they get the job done, right They re all friendly and nice and they will tell you and break it down. What s wrong with your truck and what needs to be fixed for an owner operator who is start now, and only been in business for a year they have been very nice and considerate with me and work with me so I can keep running and try to make something out of my company , thank you very much for the two guys in the back and the young lady in the front who answered the phone for all you ve done for me to keep my truck running. Thank you.

Could type a long review but I won t. All I will say is if you got money to spend, and not too concerned with your issue actually getting fixed. Go here they will gladly help you spend your money.

The best of the best! Devin worked on our alignment/stabilizer bar issue on our 2022 Bay Star Sport motorhome which is built on an F53 Ford chassis. He fixed the problem that was causing our camper to pull to the right. Even the Ford dealer couldn't figure out why this was occurring. The casters (if that is the correct term) were put in upside down on the front steering stabilizer by a Ford dealer. Devin took the time to do the adjustments - then drove the MH, then did further adjustments until now it runs perfectly straight! He is knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with. If I could give 10 stars, I would. This company is the best and will service all of our F53 motorhome chassis when we are in Florida. Don't go anywhere else!

For the past 3 years I been doing DOT INSPECTION for my semi truck and trailer, and every time I go, i get great service.

We were 800 miles from home with a extreme tire wear on our travel trailer. After several phone calls, this company was highly recommended. After a further diagnostic review of our issue, it was determined that both of our axles were bent on our travel trailer. Their knowledge and expertise repaired the axles within three days. An estimate was provided only to learn the cost was actually less than originally stated. Top service, honest people and confident in their work made this repair easy at a reasonable cost. Utmost customer service is the key to a successful business which places this company in the 5-Star rating!

I loved the service here at this place I waited little longer than expected but the work was phenomenal. The front receptionist Hannah was great and welcoming. Devin was the most professional person I ve ever met. Everybody is super nice welcome and I would come back again. If anyone needs any service this is your place for alignment and any other works.

We Were trying to find a shop to align our truck drove passed this place stopped ask if they could do it...The guy told me come by at 1300 ...bougth the 2 front shox from Volvo with the drag link and steering knuckle ..They replaced all the above plus align the truck...Very Professional staff...DID AN AWSOME JOB ...the tech even stayed a little passed closing to finish the Job and road test the truck....Thanx Guys ....Definitely a Repeat Customer

They get it fixed right the 1st time. I have been going to mechanics all over Florida my entire life, and Central Florida American Frame and Axle is the absolute best shop around. The mechanics are very skilled and experienced.Hannah, Billy and Tristan are super smart/ helpful in the office, and are very good at explaining everything you need to know.I have learned a ton just from dealing with these guys, and they always have impressed me with there skills/knowledge.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

This place is top notch, I called explaining my issue with my Class A RV. They asked a few questions to help diagnose the issue. Then said "if you can make by 1 PM, we'll have you fixed by close of business". Service was quick for replacing my inner rear wheel seal. I'm on a road trip around the US and wish I had this kind of service everywhere I go. Staff is friendly, all around wonderful experience. I was surprised by the low cost, I was expecting to be price "gouged" as most places do if your in a RV and needing to get back on the road to meet travel plans. I'd use this place again in a heart beat!

Had a great experience. Didn't get railroaded into fixing something that wasn't broken. Devon took the time to explain what was going on with my tire wear. Wasn't overcharged either. Thanks y'all.

As per owner's manual, after loading up the RV I had my new Winnebago View 24D (Sprinter chassis) wheel alignment performed. They explained everything before and then after the alignment and camber adjustment. They did the job carefully and I could see that they checked and double checked the work including a test drive before and after. They charged half of what a Mercedes dealer quoted me. Very impressed!

Never got to see their quality of work, but i called and asked if they would be able to assist with some frame repair for my Jeep. After being transferred around a few times, the owner indicated that he was "not interested" in providing that service. They might be great, but I guess I will never know.

The Staff over at American Frame and Axle is amazing, from Hannah up front to Billy and Bobby in the back to Teddy in the shop. They are fair on pricing and do excellent work.

I own a 32 foot RV and we are travelling from Canada through the states, I had a concern with my suspension.I went to American frame and axle. Upon my arrival I met two gentleman named Billy and Bobby. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful. After a visual inspection they assured me everything was OK and continue on my journey. I highly recommend dealing with this company should you have any issues with your vehicle. Ray

Can't say enough good things about this company. I have been doing business with them for the last ten years. Honest, professional, timely company. In the commercial trucking world we are all about getting our trucks back on the road delivering product as quick as we can and American Frame and Axle- Central Florida Frame and Axle delivers. I haven't used them for my own needs, (haven't had a reason) but as commercial auto insurance adjuster, I can tell you they are accurate in their damage assessment and don't "pad" their estimates with added labor or other costs. I have never had any trouble coming to an agreed cost of repair with American Frame and Axle. In my business, a shop like American Frame and Axle is rare...

American Frame & Axle really helped me out. I have a small camper that was having axle issues and I needed to find out what was wrong. They got me in and did the needed inspection. What I really appreciated was the time they took to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. I wish I could have arranged for them to install the new axle but it was warranty work and I was told where to take it. I'm going back with the new axle to have them inspect it and be sure it is okay. Great place and everyone seems to enjoy their job there.

Had appointment at 7:30 got there at 7:20 they pulled another truck in front of me . After 2 hrs wait they pulled my truck inside, lifted front axle to tell me that bushings on my springs are bad . They asked me if I would like for them to do them I sad no I do them on my own. At the end the charge me $75 for according to them they measured Aligment and checked everything. They did not . Usually any shop don t charge anything for checking. Will not be back .

Worked for a company that sent work there. Very busy and professional shop. Overall great work. Just need to go over repairs to make sure some things weren't overlooked.
