My car started ticking. Dealership told me it was the lifters without diagnosing it and of course it would cost 2 arms and a leg. My son told me to take it to Mr. Robert. I am so happy I listened Mr. Robert told me no it s the Rocker Arms. He fixed them and my car is running perfectly. He also fixed my dad, husband, and our friends vehicles. Mr. Robert s family shop has turned into my family s repair shop. Best Quality is that he s an honest man. Although his prices are reasonable it doesn t matter to me if I trust you.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Went in to replace a leaking power steering line, now my AC conveniently doesn't work at the start of summer right after leaving.I plan to call them and if they work out something to repair it I'll update my review because everyone here is very nice and I don't wanna believe it's bad business practices.Mistakes happen but this is really messed up right at the beginning of summer..

My car needed a new coil but because my car is older all the coils are probably going to go one after another. Robert the mechanic and shop owner was very upfront and honest with me and gave me a fair price to do all of the coils and got my car done pretty fast. They were able to get me in same day and had my car back to me the next afternoon. I swear she runs better than she ever did before and it didn't cost me an arm and leg. Family owned and operated, great prices, with honest work. Can't speak highly enough of them. There's no way I'd take her anywhere else now. We ve been using Shawn and Robert for just under three years. They have always been honest with us and have worked with us as much as they can regarding price. I know this is business so I never expect a discount, but they have stayed late, and let me pick up my car after they ve sat and worked hard all day so I could have my car for the next day. They ve done that twice for me now and I just really appreciate the kind of honesty, and flexibility they show. They have always been good to us and as long as I own a car, I will always bring it to them!

Place is located on Florida near my job. I had a manifold issue. The chief mechanic and his family are from Texas. Great guy. Took care of a tough repair without hitting me on the head. Trust and respect is being honest and fair allot of mechanics have the same technical knowledge but lack the ability to let you know your problem will be taken care of with them because he won't allow your vehicle to stay broken. Fixed my car as if it was his. Best lump some of money I spent. Car drove and drives like it was NEW. They take all forms of payment but I was so happy I paid my bill in CASH

Called around town to find a local shop that could do a muffler delete on my 2016 Nissan Maxima. When I called this shop, I was promptly greeted which made me drive to them. The shop was closing in 30 mins and they still serviced my car. The mechanic was very upfront with pricing as well. He did a fabulous job on my car and he really took attention to detail. My car sounds better than I imagined and the customer service experience was amazing! They treated me like family. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, they have them here. They are fair, honest, and knowledgeable!I can t thank you guys enough!

Love the two people Shawn is a sweet wonderful lady she will do everything in her power to get you a great deal and Robert is a certified mechanic he knows what he is doing. My husband and I have been going to them for over 4 years now they are the only ones we trust with our vehicles. If you want great prices and honest people they are the guys to talk to. Again great people and great work and they guarantee there work

As the name says Brakes, Air, and Mufflers are their specialty, but they do it all. I have had brakes, A/C, and mufflers fixed here, and all have been done right (I have even had to bring mess ups from other mechanic's here to be fixed - so lesson learned). They have worked on all my vehicles from my Corvette to my son's Jeep. Not a fancy place with a fancy waiting area, but it's all about fixing your car, isn't it? Good honest people and good prices. Check 'em out.

Replaced 2 of my friends cat converters for only $500. Looked at mine after going there my self and offered to replace one of mine (which the dealership will not do they wanted to replace both cause they are tied together) for only $249+tax. Then proceeded to tell me to check if they were under warrantee. Sure enough they were. Great prices and honesty over taking my money. Will take all my vehicles there.

Great, straight to the point shop. As a young women I have had many experiences with unprofessional and misogynistic people in other shops. Not here, car was fixed for a reasonable price and I was treated with respect. Thanks!

It was an alright experience. The man quoted me ~250 more at first and then later reduced the cost. My car also might ve needed a lot of work so the ultimate price of $270 to fix my muffler and exhaust was probably fair. Giving 4 stars also because the lady was a little rude but it s ok they did the job :)

I was sent here as a 2nd recommendation from another manager at Pep Boys because I needed a few things done to my exhaust. The manager here was amazing and she beat the price given to me by a place called Big Mechanic on Fletcher. Very professional and even did me a huge favor and called and thanked the manager at Pep Boys for the referral.

Fast and Detail orientated. Needed some work done on my car and they squeezed me in. The manager there Shawn broke things down for me and even quoted me a time frame. Got my car back in about a hour with everything back to normal all at a great price. Will definitely go back again.

Had a rusted out exhaust and the mounting brackets at the Catalytic converters were also totally rusted out. Was fearing that I would need to replace the cats and would really get expensive. In the end, they had no problem welding the cat back exhaust system that I bought and brought to them. $60 and they knocked it out fast while I waited. Friendly and honest, I will bring it back to them in the future if need be.

We brought our truck here on a recommendation. We were sorely let down when we were called to pick up our Galaxy work truck that when we tried to pay the office refused a company check, when we were told that they accepted. So we said no worries we can pay by American Express. We then were rudely told that they do not take AE. So the employee came back to the store to let us know of the issue. So we tried to pay over the phone only to be yelled at then hung up on. We sent another employee to pay with a personal credit card only to be turned away and told to come back with cash! This is the worst customer service that this place could have offered! Stay away and find a better place!!!!

Had a Flowmaster and duel tips put on my truck and couldn't be happier. They beat any other shop by about $50 to $100. And he did an awesome job.

I had a previous experience with them doing something with my car and I told them I went up and down the block to find service and the prices were ridiculous and some service attendants just flat out ignored me so I told her that I liked two things: the fact that she saw to me immediately and that her price was way lower than anybody else. If even asked what the price was if i got my own part and she provided me with that as well.So now 6-7 months later, i take my wife's car to them for a crank position sensor. In total it ran about $380. I did my research, tried to the job myself but couldn't, and found that the sensor was like $179 or something and with the labor involved that was a good price. Everything went well.Here's where it get's good: We decide to finally fix my wife's bad water pump issue. (05 KIA Sorento Lx). ($400)(ok for that model) So the issue gets fixed and we go on home. Next morning her car won't start, and the engine warning light is on. I call them up to let them know and they are concerned and ask us to bring it back in. I call my insurance for a tow and my car get there. She has her husband which is the head mechanic(another mechanic did the work) look over the car and she told me that the other mechanic did not put a plug in correctly and that a broken bracket pin or something made the serpentine belt 'wheel' become very loose. They fixed it all without charge. Next day the air conditioning stop working so thinking it might be related to the previous mistake they took a look and found that the wiring leading to the A/C was corroded and broke apart on touch (which happens). They fixed it for free no questions asked. And were totally friendly throughout it all. We gave them a $30 tip.This review is about 2+months late and haven't had any problems since. The reason I will continue to come here is because she was totally honest with me and went BEYOND the call of duty to leave me and my wife satisfied customers. I highly recommend them. For some reason it wouldn't let me post again so I will add to this post which is now 7/16/2016- I'm a computer technician by trade so I'm pretty good at diagnosing a problem. The other day im at the drive thru at steak and shake and noticed my temp gauge at the last line before HOT! I got out and looked behind my car-no fluid on the ground. I popped my hood-radiator reservoir was pretty full. I got my food and drove home in a hurry and luckily had all green lights. As I drove the temp went down to normal-ah ha! I checked my radiator fans while the car was in a parking spot and the left fan wasn't working. I pushed it and it began to turn but slow and NOT NORMAL SPEED. I called up Shawn and described to her what I needed. She called me back within 10 mins with the correct name of the part and the price. I always call a few places and AS USUAL they were at least $100 or more less than anyone else. The price she gave me was excellent and they completed the job in about 2 hrs which is pretty fast IMO. My 08 Nissan maxima on 20" rims is my baby, runs smooth and I take care of her and this is the only mechanic shop I will take her to. I also take my wife's car here when needed and have always been satisfied with their prices and their work. I upgraded from 4 stars to 5 at this point. Thank you Shawn and Rob! I always recommend them to my friends.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST !! Took my car to check the battery, found out it was the alternator going bad. They gave me a quote up front on parts and labor.. Parts are about the same as other shops and their labor is less per hr. The FIRST alternator unit the PARTS HOUSE sent to them was a return they had got back, The NEXT TWO the parts house sent were for the wrong year, the NEXT one was just bad, Finally the LAST ONE was correct and good. Mind you, EACH ONE OF THESE UNITS WERE PUT ON THE CAR AND TESTED. These guys are like Bulldogs! They will do it and do it right no matter how long it takes. I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK ETHICS.. It's so hard to find that anymore. With the extra time and aggravation they went thru to take care of me and I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY ONE PENNY MORE!!! AMAZING! This is my shop for now on....

Very pleased with this place. They knew what was wrong with my car as soon as they heard it drive on the lot, evidently its a very common problem with my model car. Fixed it right up and for only hundred. just moved to the area and its good to find a reliable family owned shop that I can trust. Definitely will go back when i need work done

Wish I could put 0 stars. Just got cussed out because i asked why they wont install my cats. DO NOT GO HERE! Its a ripoff! Big markup for parts! His exact words "we dont put parts on owned by you because there is no money in it for us". I say "oh so you jack up the cost of parts for profit instead of making it in labor?" Him " yes we do dumbass."Complete scam. Stay away

They charged me 280.00 for a 100.00 part, then after they replaced the fuel pump (they said was the problem I told them it wasnt, but im not a mechanic). Then after paying 340.00 I couldnt even drive the car out of lot.............Scammed. now they dont even call me......Car still there..............stay away....... bad, bad ,badBeware of employees posting reviews

Love this shop. The guys are very honest and will never recommend to fix something that doesn't need fixing. They are very fair with pricing, no extra bull added.My husband and I love this place!
