Best experience ever. Craig is a jewel. We went there just to ask a question about our broken car. He gave us all the information we needed with such professionalism and kindness. On top, the battery of the car we used to get there died and he helped us. Didn't charged us a penny. Craig, we can not thank you enough. You're the best!!

I got great service and answers to my questions. The clerk knew what he was talking about. If I didn't know what he was talking about, I'd have still felt reassured by the way he spoke about things. He seemed knowledgeable by hands-on learning. That's a big plus.

Great service as always. I was helped with figuring out what type of wiper blades I needed and they even took it upon themselves to install them.

Gentleman behind the counter was very helpful in helping me diagnose and find a solution for a leak I had in my power steering fluid. Bought no leak fluid to top it off and problem was solved.

Great auto parts store with very helpful personnel. The young guys that work there are really great. So friendly and always there to lend a helping hand if you have trouble finding something. Very respectful. I'm bad about getting names or would mention them here.

Love having this place in a neighborhood setting. For the neighbors in the area, easy to walk to for parts / new batteries. The staff is helpful picking out the right item for you and even testing / installing a new car battery. Great addition to the North Pointe area.

Suppose to close at 9 p.m. Not tonight! They closed at 8:45. Some business practice, huh. I guess this is the last time I shop here. 6 Aug 2022.Update-9 Aug, 2022: Auto Zone was open til 10:00p.m. and was able to sell me the rear running and turn light for my car. They helped me to be safer on the road. Took them less than 5 min to get me on my way.

This is far best advance Auto Parts I've been to very friendly service and out of six the only one that wasn't full on oil so now it's a little out of my way but this is my new store thanks guys

Of all the bad luck the battery in my Chevy pick up was going bad, so i went to Fletcher location to get it checked out. Mr. John Lynch an older gentleman was quick to help me out. He tested my trucks system and found that infact my battery was on its way out. He explained the problem and helped me pick out the correct battery for my truck and installed it for me all with politeness and a smile. Thanks very much Mr. Lynch, I really hope the big boss knows what a great employee he has. My truck is working great.

I have a 2016 KIA Sedona. The headlight bulb had blown on it and I needed a replacement. This particular AAP store is near where I live and I have used it whenever I needed parts in the past, always experiencing great customer service. Today was even better than I expected. Craig went above and beyond helping me with the entire process. Hopefully I won't need their services too often, but it's comforting to know that when I do--they are there.

I went to the advance Auto parts store on North Fletcher avenue and left a bag there with parts in it when I come back the bag was gone so I lost my parts and then I asked them to pull the video up of me being there and they couldn't do it so I didn't get my parts and I still haven't got my parts so I stopped going there I rather go to Napa then go there or at Walmart I don't care where as long as it's not advanced Auto parts

I don't know much about cars but when I need anything for my car the service is all ways awesome! This young man name Nick, he go out of his way to help me. He is all ways so awesome and very helpful, friendly and what a awesome service every time. Ty! Ana

I was having issues with my battery cable needing tightening...walked in asked if they could/would help. Absolutely was not a problem. Young man grabbed a tool and out the door he went. Great customer service...even if I wasn't a paying customer this time, I definitely will be next time I'm in automotive needs or wants.

5-1-19 Jorge helped my girl out with car ramps. She said he was real helpful and nice to cover the zip tie with a plastic bag as she had to take the bus. Great customer service

Tammy was extremely nice and helpful. I appreciated all of her help on replacing my battery. Most places will try to sell you anything, she was efficient in testing my battery first. I ended up buying a new one, but she identified the issue first. I will be back to this location.

Always helpful & never hesitant to use the diagnostic plug-in on my van to check dash lights for issues. If the diagnostic tool can't be utilized they can bring up the dash icon which being displayed.

The great thing I love about Advance Auto Parts if you buy online there is always a savings and you can have it shipped to your local store or you can go buy the warehouse on Dale Mabry Highway and pick it up yourself keep up the good job Advance Auto the only complaint I have about the Advance Auto Parts on Fletcher Avenue at Ola Avenue there is a lady there who does not have the best customer service skills I have spoken to the MIT for this area and was assured that this will be taken care of make sure if you go into this location and you have any type of problem post that on here people need to know if you go this location and you have a great experience post that as well people need to know other than her I highly recommend this location and Advance Auto Parts

Employees are friendly and helpful. Shop online to get a coupon or sale not featured in store. Pay online. They will have your order ready for pick up. Won a car and trip in '07 from Advance Auto. Favorite auto retailer.

A battery under warranty failed; AAA jumped it and gave me a printout of the battery test results so I could drive it to Advance (barely a minute each way, luckily) for necessary replacement. An Advance clerk tested it, after a quick glance at my printout he said that the battery is fine but to drive it daily -- it had been sitting undriven for some time, a vehicle I am trying to sell -- and I drove it back home. Next evening after work (tonight), I went to run it to keep the battery in supposedly good shape, and it will not start. It could have been replaced on the spot when I drove it there last night before it died again, with my proof from AAA that it needs replacing, but that would have to mean following through on a three-year warranty. Ineptitude...
