Driver was extremely rude. He couldn t even wait 45 seconds or even get out of his car to knock on the shop gate. Once he came back to drop off the parts he yelled at me and called me a liar. Then stood in the middle, of my shop after we paid him to continue arguing about the situation.1800 radiator is a great company and have cheap parts. But this driver was a nightmare.I have his whole episode recorded on camera I will be sending it into corporate.

I bought a radiator from this place and they gave me the wrong radiator. I went to go get a refund and now it s going to take 7 days for me to get money back on my card for the price I should have went to auto zone, there s was $10 cheaper and I would have had it fixed. Guess I have to go another 7 days without a car. Thanks 1800Radiator.

wow they drop the ball and send me 6 left catalytic converter and each time driver took wrong cats ....now they calling me saying i got a bunch of cats i owe them i want a owner to call me asap......

The number one reason for my great review: I needed a radiator for an old car I was restoring and they had one in sock. It was priced right and fit perfectly. I saved a lot of time and money and am really happy I found them. Based on my experience, 5 stars!

Very good on the phone polite and helpful. My buddy owns dealership and has an account there. I work for him periodically and have to drive there and pick up his radiators. They are just as good in person as they are on the phone. When I need a radiator I'm going there for it. The prices are at least 10 or 15 bucks and in some cases more then that off of the normal chain type parts stores. Two thumbs up guys. Good work!!

They purchase and sell products that you be replacing over and over again.After purchasing an A/C compressor from Guy's Automotive who buys from 1800 Radiator , 1800Radiator changed their suppliers because they knew the compressors they were buying were bad.Knowing they were bad they sold them anyways while at the same time they were switching suppliers.They left the consumer hanging and with a big repair bill.If you want to get ripped of they are the ones to go to, if you want a quality product go some where else!This site forced me to give them one star I give them a sub zero rating.
