UAC has excellent customer service and a fast turn-around time. Repairs done to my vehicle were done in a very timely manner. I m satisfied with the results & the overall experience!

It is so refreshing to find an honest mechanic. My bill was about $1700 to get all the work done. When I tell you how this shop went out of their way to help me get these repairs done. They didn t make me buy unnecessary parts or charge an excessive amount of labor. This is never happened before. I highly recommend the shop.

This Auto Shop provides great service! From my experience, they ve been great with giving information in terms of wait times, issues they find, and prices for parts/labor. They also accept payments through cash, card, Zelle, and even online, so they have plenty of payment methods. I would highly recommend this place if you ever need to get a repair done on your car!

Great place to get your car needs taken care of. Been taking my car here for 3 years, and they ve always remembered me since the first service. Reasonably priced & trustworthy family business. As a young female, I ve never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary services or take advantage of my naivety, which is appreciated.I actually moved a bit away from their location & still go the extra distance to bring my car here rather than going somewhere closer.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

My experience with DJ and his team during transmission body repair for 2016 Infinity QX50 and gas tank, power-sttering, switches/sensors recently with 2002 Acura 3.2CL has been impressive. The turn around time and thorough expertise brought is much much better than traditional dealerships! Ultimate Auto Care is great! As someone who was new to the area I was nervous about finding a good mechanic that wouldn t screw me! This shop was the only one not to suggest what the problem was before hand. They took ample notes of my situation and then gave it a diagnostic! I was worried my starter was shot, but it turned out it was only a wiring issue! They were able to fix it super quick and the price was great for the work done! I had dropped it off Friday afternoon, and they had it back to me Monday morning! They re full service so I d defs come back to them for future work!

I took my vehicle in because i was having an issue with my fuel gauge, had been to a few other places with no resolve, came across them on Instagram and said why not, i could not be more pleased with the professionalism, and dedication to problem solving. They ARE my new service center!!!

I ve had to deal with Ultimate Auto Care on numerous occasions and have always had an excellent experience. The customer service is exceptional and Kharla and her team ensures optimum safety, performance & reliability with our vehicles. They call before they perform any services so there are no surprises at the end with your invoice; they quickly get any parts needed to complete a job because they know the importance of getting back on the road. This shop is one of the best shops I ve ever dealt with for auto repair when it comes to my car. From the customer service of the receptionist and the mechanics knowledge and quality of work is top notch. First time going to them was for a oil pan gasket replacement, same they called, was able to come in, get the job done and got my car back the same day. Also they re not like other auto and body repair shops they allows you to bring in your own parts and won t try to upsell you on trying to buy their own parts or other unnecessary jobs that she didn t come in and ask for. They will still let you know while working on your vehicle if they do see if there are other issues. Second time dealing with them was for a ongoing problem in my car that whenever I contacted any other place, they would give me a ridiculous pricing for the labor and it was a simple job once I told them what the issue was I was able to get a very great pricing and excellent job was done. Would recommend everyone give them a visit you won t regret it I know I never will.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This place and these people are absolutely amazing. They were the only good thing in dealing with getting my car repaired. Insurance companies gave me run around, but Ultimate Auto Care is clear and communicative the entire way, and make sure to clear any services before they are performed so as to give the customer complete transparency throughout the process. I absolutely recommend Ultimate Auto Care to anyone in the ft Lauderdale area that wants to be treated with respect and honesty from a mechanic shop.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Battery

My experience with this place was HORRIBLE, I went to them because I was given a great referral but my personal experience was just so negative that I will not be returning and my car now needs even more work than before . I had a few issues from customer service to the actual work done on the car. I went in because my car would overheat at high speeds. (This was the ONLY issue I was having with the car) They did their diagnostic and found the issue, I was quoted $383 but when I went to pay the invoice was more ($520) I pointed it out to the gentleman at the front desk and informed him that this was more than I was quoted, his solution after I THEIR MISTAKE was: pay or I take the part back. He gives me a second invoice with a completely different "customer complaint" saying my car is overheating while idle for additional $330 (Remember it was only at high speeds (70mph and up) After he ASSURES ME my car is running better than before I go home, I don't even live 10 mins away and the car is smoking and green liquid is now boiling and spewing under my hood. I had to go back with my brother for him to rectify the situation because as it turns out I was charged twice for a part and my radiator needed to be replaced! The customer service was horrid until another man was involved and now after being off for a week and returning to work the car now hesitates and jerks at acceleration as we speak and I just spent $800. UPDATE: my transmission is completely gone (after not having any issues with my transmission at all) Idk how that's not found after "2 days of diagnostics" tho

5 STARS ALL AROUND! My car was the definition of a project. It had been sitting for 2 years and accumulated many issues. I had my car towed to them (using their amazing service) on a wednesday and it was ready for me a week later, like new and driving SMOOTH. The service, speed, and quality are unmatched. I felt so comfortable leaving my baby in their hands. I m going to start from the beginning.November 23nd, 2022 I walking into Ultimate auto care on a referral from my cousin, who had seen them on Instagram. After he took me to three subpar mechanics ( prices for parts and labor were absurd in comparison to other places, they worked on their time frame and no one else s ) in the area. So I went to Ultimate Auto Care for one last try for a small mechanic shop before I went to a big brand.Small in name recognition only although ( compared to bigger names) I spoke to the manger DJ first and he gave me a breakdown on price for my car s repair. I was driving my car on I95 and ran over some car accident debris left in the middle of the lane. The damage caused a brake and strut issue. Along with some damage to the headlight and front driver side bumper. With the prices break down I was given the price for parts and labor. I always go and check prices on EBay motors and other sites for the prices of the parts I will need. And the prices for parts he quoted fell right in line with what I saw on the websites. Plus the labor prices was very reasonable. So i had him start the work. I wanted the work to be split into different times ( to not spend to much out of pocket, although it was reasonable priced I only had some much to spend.) with in forty five minutes the parts were brought and the work was done. I test test drove my car and it felt great and had no damaged sound that it had before it was fixed.I told DJ i would be in the market for a another car soon because my car burns to much gas. And i drive a lot for work. Three weeks later I was driving and my car was hit in south Miami. I couldn t think of any where else to send my car via tow truck. So I sent it to Ultimate at about 10 pm December 11th. I called the office phone and left messages informing them about my car being in their yard and please don t tow it. The next morning I spoke with the Owner Karla she was great. She let me know that it was fine for me to have the car towed there and if or when it happens again just have the key placed in the drop box.My car was deemed inoperable and written off by the insurance provider of the person who caused the accident with me. And the officer on the scene charged her with the crash. So at this point I am driving a rental. Karla tells me about a great lawyer since I went to the hospital the next day for a headache I had from the nights accident. The lawyer and his office get right to work. That is still pending.I now need a car, so i go crazy shopping on Facebook market place, auto trader, auctions and CarVana for a new car. I also tell Karla and DJ what I m looking for as far as a car. So two weeks pass, i go and see all types of cars. I speak to an absurd amount of people regarding buying or seeing the cars they had. I even Google translated at least seven conversations regarding car purchases, Nothing looks promising. I go to Ultimate to take the items out of my old car like the plate etc. So there are a few cars in the lot that I have interest in.But the one I really liked the most was a MB 320. I have like these cars since I remember seeming them years ago. And it was priced very well, it had very low miles and is in great condition. So needless to say I bought it. And after all that the team at Ultimate has done for me ( there are things that I won t mention , because it s none of your business. Go find out trust me you will understand) I paid the price they asked and didn t want to or needs negotiate ( I love to negotiate prices). They have earned my respect. And i have told anyone I know who needs work done or are in the market to buy a car about them.So in closing I have never writing a review this long ever. But for what I received this review is small potatoes.Thank you Karla (For many reasons ) DJ for being very transparent making things happen when needed to. The mechanics ( I can t remember ever ones names pardon me) Respect to the whole team.

I have only had good experiences. They were recommended to me and I am so happy I found them. They always discuss in detail what needs to be done. If an urgent repair is identified they notify you immediately so that you get no surprises. I m always able to make an appointment before I bring my car in so I can work with my schedule. Came to ultimate auto for the first time a couple years ago and never went to another shop after that. DJ and Kharla really care about the service they provide, they are friendly, and very knowledgeable, they don t just try and sell you the job and send you on your way. They give you your options and help you decide what is the best route, you can tell they clearly care for their customers which is hard to find a shop that does that. They genuinely care about your car and provide quality work with affordable pricing. I %100 recommend stopping by and checking them out.Service: Engine repair

As a women it really hard to find trustworthy auto services, can t even tell you how many times I got ripped off. One of my friends referred me to Ultimate a few months ago and it was an excellent experience. DJ and Karla are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Ultimate Auto Care is a family-run business with very knowledgeable mechanics. I took my car to be repaired for one thing but ended up getting a lot of stuff done at a reasonable price. DJ and Carla are very personable and I think they were Fair. I will be a return customer and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

They kept my car in shop for 2 weeks to try to find why my AC isn t working. During this time, they never checks my fluids or anything. When I got my car back , I drove it and my engine blew on the highway. My car had no coolant in it. If they kept my car for that long, they should of checked my fluids before giving my car back and making me pay for AC services. I went back to them to get a used engine and they never took responsibility for their part. They made me pay full price for an engine even though they just charged me for AC services which took two weeks. I paid for both service and the car was never the same. The check engine light stayed on and my car wouldn t go over 60mph. After they put the used engine in, I drove it home, abs it stopped while I was driving. I took it back to them and they acted like they did something. My car was never the same and I just wasted all that money in repairs. Smh. What a rip off. I am a loyal customer, but when they did me dirty , I never went back. Be careful. This was during the pandemic. Ultimate Auto Care on 441. I brought this issue up and no one took accountability. My review is for the correct business stated.
