I arrived at the shop around 6:40 to 6:45 PM with a nail in my right rear tire, just before their closing time at 7 PM. Despite explaining the issue to the technician, they informed me that the manager wouldn't allow them to fix it immediately. After the manager confirmed, I was told to either leave the vehicle overnight or return another day. Disappointed, I drove to Pep Boys nearby, only to find them closed. Fortunately, one of their technicians was still around and fixed the tire in just 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend the initial shop to anyone; instead, I suggest heading to Pep Boys for better service and genuine care for the customer experience.

The store was friendly, they respected my wishes to just get an oil change but still gave me a list of issues that they felt were wrong with the car. I didn't feel pressured and this exchange makes me want to come back to that location in the future. Great team!

Had a nice experience while here. Took longer than expected but they did a great job. Marvin took care of me and was very friendly and helpful. Will be back definitely.

Scammers. Pictures below are two hours apart. Took my car in on the 7th to get the oil changed and today on the 16th my car breaks down. Pop the hood and check the dipstick and it s completely dry no oil in the car. Get it towed to the Tires Plus and after telling me to wait in the lobby 5 minutes later the guy comes back and says there was oil in the car and i must ve been confused. Luckily i took pictures because clearly this guy just cut the corner and quickly filled up the oil. Police report filed though and we ll see where it goes from here

Absolutely horrible service. I arrived 5 mins after 7am to obtain help and the manager on duty was not helpful. He advised me it was a 3 hour wait just for them to look at it.No customer service. No assistance to anyone black. Just very rude and not helpful. After 1 hour 5 mins they brought my car back. It sat on the racks for another 23 mins before the mgr advised that I had a nail in the tire and it was too close to the tire wall to patch.Meanwhile three other customers came in. A Spanish man, a black man who had appt and a white woman. He damn near bent over backwards to help the white lady and spanish man. He couldnt even move from behind the counter to even look at my car.I asked him to see where the nail was. He hesitated then said sure. I saw it and advised I would not get it done here. He told me they would out air in it and send me on my way. I hope I make it he muffled.I encountered this same mgr in November and now again today. I will never come back.***update***Tire company (Family Tires) that I purchased tires from in Pembroke fixed the tire. They stated the nail was not that close to the tire wall as Tire Plus claimed. They patched it and I was off to work.

I will never go back to this franchise ever again. I was a client for the past 6 years, but no more, a bunch of scammers now. I spent $400 dollars and they did not make the repairs that I asked for. They kept the car for two days. I don't ever batter myself by asking for a refund. They can keep it. My time is more important, a bunch of thieves.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Worst place to have your car checked.No wonder why the rating is only 3 stars.I made an appointment to have an alignment done for 9am and was told by the clerk it would be 45-60 min. At 11am I called and was told that I needed to wait another hour. It was very frustrating experience and when I spoke to Chris Perez the store manager and Mark Rosen Service Manager, I was advised I was being impatient . I picked up the car and left without the job done very sarcastically the store manager said Have a great day extremely poor service. : ((Service: Wheel alignment

Best 60 dollars I ever spent on a quote to see what s wrong with my car. Get a second opinion from Firestone. They tried to bill me 2,500 . When I went to Firestone they showed me different and I paid 900.00 plus tax problem solved .Now I know what they do best tell you to replace parts that don t need to be replaced .And remember if you wanna get ripped off this is the place to go Liars plus

My family has been a member of tire plus for years witch made me become a member . Took my car to them they claimed to have put in a new water pump in my car witch cost me $607.00 and after shopping around I could of payed $317.00. The worst part not 24 hrs later after leaving shop my water pump broke on my way to a cleaning have to cancel all my cleaning appointments for the 2nd day. Im so upset, confused and lost for words.

If I could give them 0 starts I would i took my car here to get my normal oil change because this is were my boyfriend take it don t mind i have no clue about cars ! So my car recently broke down we took it here and they told me that the alternator have to be raplace ok mind it was $860 i look around and it could be done cheaper fine it gets done the same day i took my car I didn t even make it out of the shop my car was still doing the same thing that did the day it broke down no one drove the car after changing the alternator if not they would have notice !!!! Didn t even accelerate to 20 miles it was struggling took it back and they look surprised now they tell me that is a problem with the motor that i need to take it to the dealership we could just start from that instead of making me pay for something that my car probably didn t even need . Do they not try to find out what s wrong with the car before changing parts ? They show me when i pick up the car a test that they run on the car and everything was fine how is this possible? More confused now im $860 less and still my car doesn t work !!! GREAT JOB PEOPLE

If I could leave no stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, the guy behind then counter, Chris, had an attitude. I came in because I had a flat tire and live close by. My husband works for Tire Plus in Boca Raton and unfortunately the tire would not make it all the way over there from my house. Chris could care less about that. Chris said I had to wait for over 3 hours, because his customers time is valuable, even though the company has a policy family and friends first he did not care. My husband tried to reason with him and tell him if his wife was coming to his store and had her three year old kid with her (which I did), he would want for her to be seen as quick as possible, and Chris said he didn t care, if his wife went to him now, she would also have to wait three hours (which we know is a lie). When my husband reminded him about the family and friends first policy, he responded with if family is so important why isn t she at your store?! That was the dumbest response he could ve given, seen I HAD A FLAT TIRE. I had to take an Uber home, which I paid for myself, with my three year old son and his car seat. Nobody from the store helped in any way at all. I also had to take an Uber back to the store 2 and a half hours later to pick up the car, I m pretty sure Tire Plus can drive it s customers home if they need it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that store. Worst experience ever.Service: Tires

For any business. Customer care and soft skills should be taught. It was missed at this location. I didn't love my experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone. I would only come back if no other company or mechanic is available

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLECame in on a Sunday due to it being one of the few tire shops open, had a nail in my tire and bald man in glasses in front, after inspecting it, insisted the nail was on the sidewall and couldn't be repaired and I would have to buy a new tire. Took it to another shop later in the day after work and they said the man working here lied to try and upsell me a new tire that I did not need, got the tire plugged as it was inches away from the sidewall, right in the middle of the tire as suspected. Very sad they have to lie to make sales.Service: Tires

I have lived walking distance from here for 3 years but only ever needed air in tires and a plastic bit taped back up by front bumper. (Ive got new hip issues and cant do these things myself anymore). Twice i pulled in to use air and twice excellent, friendly, happy staff simply came over and without hesitation took care of my problem, and asked for nothing, no charge !!! Wow. I never forgot. When I got a flat tire this month i called and asked Tony (there are 2) if he could fix it or if not, could he get me 2 new tires and put them on the back ?. I absolutely trusted what i was told by everyone who helped me. Im an older single lady but it so happens ive got 5 decades of professional driving experience and i KNEW EVERYTHING THEY SAID WAS TRUE . It was so refreshing, I did have to replace all 4 tires which i was not financially prepared for at all. But Tony made it work and I drove away SAFE, SECURE, HAPPY, to know there is a bit of heaven on earth - tires Plus. Oh, and this thurs i had to drive to St Augustine then back down the next day non stop....the tires, alignment, ride was so satisfying. Thank you ALL.

Make certain you look through every detail of your statement. They will try and sneak items into your bill to charge you more. They will lie about quality of products they are providing you so they can up-sale as much as possible. When you try to resolve anything - they will stick their their sleezy sales tactics. I do not recommend.

Tired to charge me for a free inspection. Gave them the issues before hand on what my brakes and car was doing and they gave me a wild diagnostic. Don't trust them.

I purchased a brand new tire here and needed it put on. They had me leave the car. Later on when I went to pick it up, I discovered that they ve stolen my belonging. The employee had no business being inside my car when I simply came to get a tire fixed. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR!!!

Fair prices compared to tire kindom .. saved forty dollars . Tire kindom is trash. And they wont offer any sort of discounts... My only issue was getting an acurate time to repair. I was stuck there, and one employee mistakenly tells me over night for my car. Felt like he was taking me for a joke, didnt take me seriously , when im literally paying them hundreds for a service. At that point i had just been waiting at the bus stop for hours, waiting on my car. His other co workers gave me a correct update , but thats too much run around. N im tired of bieng up sold. I came there for ome thing, they offer me ten other services. Like i came there to spend a thousand.i cant spend a thousand every time i fix my car, but they always find other stuff to try and force me to pay them more. Its very suspicious .dont you make enough money?

Second time I have been mislead by this location. Will not return. Had an appointment for 10 but didn't have my car looked at until 1045. Was quoted a price verbally and when went to pay was $40 more than quoted. Took over 2 hours for what should have been an hour.

I received excellent customer service from Mark R. & Ultra today! I have been there in the past and the service is consistently very good. I would recommend getting the warranty when purchasing new tires, I've had to use mine on more than one occasion. Highly recommended shop.
