Dave and the all the mechanics are the best. Friendly and helpful. They have been handling my fleet for over 2 years now. Never had a single issue. I always bring my personal car here for service and tires and it is such a great experience.

DRUNK ON THE JOB & AGGRESSIVE!!!!I had a repair done here and was a going to be a lifelong customer until today. My husband and I went to this location to get some diagnostics done on something else with my car and the employee Jay was belligerent and rude. He called a customer a hoarder on speaker phone in front of multiple customers, and when my husband confronted him and told him he was being unprofessional, he was told to leave the store. So he did. And the employee FOLLOWED HIM OUT TO OUR CAR. I had to literally insert myself in between the employee and my husband who was pressed up against his car. As soon as I did, I just smelled straight up ALCOHOL on his breath. I couldn't believe it. When we both commented on how his breath stank like alcohol, he then proceeded to say "you're right you're right", walk to his car, GRAB A PIECE OF GUM, and go back inside. Then he had the nerve to call his boss and lie about the entire situation.The district manager is even worse. He basically defended his employee without having been there or reviewing any camera footage to see what actually happened. Absolutely outrageous. AND NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY FROM ANYONE. I will NEVER use a Tire Choice again, what awful morals they have.

If your car is messed up from previous mechanics or shops around here or you are in need someone trustworthy and honest, this is the place to go for any service because this has been the best experience I have ever had! AJ - the best assistant manager everrrr!, Andrew - such a pleasure to have him as my mechanic, and Stewie who is also amazing and everything positive you can think of such a delight to speak to! Josh, Mike, and the manager Tony they were not present but I have heard nothing about great things and they are just as great as everyone else who was here!!! I definitely and confidently can say this is the place to go for any car issues, etc. They answered literally all my questions checked everything and gave me great pricing that wasn't too out of my budget which I had few things to do but I thought I was going to be out thousands and it's was only a couple hundred and I also ended up getting an oil change because I was way overdue and they let me know what I needed exactly done and nothing more! They showed me everything I really did need and they didn't try to haggle me for more! They were so honest and I really appreciated all there wisdom and everything they caught that the other Kia dealership and Pepboys didn't catch!!! They told me and showed me what they did not replace! Proof below! And this is from my maintenance almost 6 months ago and I don't smoke in the car and I detail the car every week! Thank you Tony, AJ, Andrew, Stewie, and Mike - who I saw and was introduced to, all such politeness and kindness! I truly love this place!

It was a simple process. I ordered tires online with them and made an appointment. I came on the appointed day.They put the tires on, did an alignment, all in a timely manner. My car is driving fine.

This was my first time at Tire Choice and they provided excellent service. David was so kind, helpful, and professional. It seemed so be an unusually busy day and David still handled everything exceptionally well. Will definitely come back when I need my car serviced.

David is a phenomenal manager who was polite, patient, and personable. He helped me in a pinch on two occasions with swapping out flat tires in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Also enjoyed our convos while waiting for the work to be finished - truly a good guy who cares about his customers.

The mechanics are cool but the management is AWFUL! Bad communication ended up having my truck towed to a AAA Certified shop after this one kept changing things (like price).

Poor customer service. The main concern is the appointment that was was scheduled a day prior. Arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and info for vehicle and acknowledgment about reason for the visit was not established until 35 min after the appointment time. The vehicle was then not pulled into the bay until approximately 1hr 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

Tony is amazing!!!!! I have been servicing my car for over a year now at Tire Choice and I must say they have the best customer service and not to mention I can tell that whoever services the car ensures everything is working. They have earned my loyalty as I normally service my car at the dealer and went to them as I could not get an appointment and I have not left since then!!!!!!

Was on my way to st Pete s and noticed my tire pressure was off. Checked my tires and had a huge nail in one of them. Called tire choice and Tony answered. They were close to closing but he saw me and fixed it for me asap. Super cool of him as most places would just say they re busy or they re about to close. Now I can make my trip instead of waiting till tomorrow!

This tire repair shop is genuinely the best I ve been too. Since moving to Tamarac, I have yet to find a good repair shop for my car but I m glad to say I fully trust them since meeting Jamaican Dave. My rear tire got flat due to hitting a rock and the hole was unpatchable and the tread on the rest of my tires was almost nonexistent but I m so glad I was nearby them. Not only did they provide exceptional service and provided me a warranty on all 4 of my tires but they have the best prices, far better than tires plus and Costco. Dave was funny and kind and has a heart of gold and wants to help his customers. If anything happens to your tires, I would 100% recommend asking for him!

Had a blown tire and came to this place. Customer service was amazing, staff was very nice and welcoming. One of the Reps there name David was very helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I was in and out. If your ever there be sure to see David.

My usual tire guy was unavailable this morning and after searching for local tire shops I decided to call this one. David answered the phone and he was extremely friendly and super helpful. I dropped my car off and I was pleased with the service I received. 10/10 highly recommend and when you go in ask for David!

I had a flat, rear passenger tire. I called and was able to service me on shirt notice at 5:30, after when most tire shops close. My tires tread was low past regulation to put a patch and i would not be able to get a new tire Until Friday. He still assisted in resolving my flat tire and showed compassion for this guy having a rough week as is. Something that is scarce now days.

Every time I come to this location, Tony and his employees always go above and beyond to help me I never feel like I ever have to go anywhere else. I know that when I drop my vehicle off for service, they re going to give me the best service and fair price there is. Tony is awesome and all of his employees are incredible. I couldn t say enough about the store and location.

First time coming here and I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. My AC wasn't blowing out any air and they managed to diagnose and fix less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

Always honest, a little extra money, but worth it for peace of mind. Know that you're not going to get ripped off. I've been going to them for five years. Every single staff member is fantastic and treats you with lots of respect. All the staff is amazing but Tony is the best.

Tire choice has always done a great job. I don t mean just oil changes and tires I have had full rack and pinion replacement,!axles replaced, tuneups and many other things. Tony the current manager has been a huge help along with AJ, they replaced my axle it was a defective part, I brought the car back they changed it out a second time no questions asked. This is one of the things I like about tire choice being corporate I feel like if it was a private owned garage I would ve had much more of a hassle. Everything is 100% covered. Thanks again for making me a happy customer. There s nothing worse than not being sure about the work that is done on your car and I rely on my car very much to be in tiptop working condition and always safe. Thanks for doing a great job.

Brought my car in expecting them to fix it, instead my car was given back in worse condition. Had to call for updates, they never reached out to me. How they have 5 star reviews is honestly beyond me. Worst experience ever. Had to take my car to the dealership to undone their damage since their mechanic wanted to get paid for more labor. Good luck staying in business. Can t keep paying family and friends for false 5 star reviews.
