Great customer service from service mgr. start to finish.2 things I wasn't exactly pleased about were: after the tires were rotated, I would have to pay for a costly alignment, which should be included. Not happy there.2nd - The same dirt under the mats was still present.Overall, I was in and out within an hour. Thanks

They will try to take advantage of you if you re a woman and assume you re desperate and stupid. They tried to charge me $30k in service on a 2017 car with little to no explanation. Avoid them for service at all costs. I know dealerships are scams for service but this takes the cake. Likely were trying to force me into another Infiniti but they totally ruined the brand for me.

I didn't have an appointment so they made me sit around until they could see if they could take me like that. I had warranty work that needed to be performed. I lost money because a 2 year old vehicle wouldn't start. After waiting around for a good 10 minutes I asked when I would be helped and the receptionist couldn't answer so I asked if I should go to Coconut Creek Infiniti and she said yes. I went to Coconut Creek and they took me right away.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would l! Absolutely horrible! Horrible customer service! Horrible business procedures! Everything was just a mess. The staff was rude, unprofessional and they even looked unkept

The car was initially for decompression I took it to Infiniti south motors in Miami and they did not do anything to the car because it supposedly had sludge in the engine. I took it to sawgrass where I bought it and they told me there was no sludge on the engine that it was the turbos which were changed. I picked up the car after a couple of weeks and the car began to rise in temperature and there was no hot air blowing again, this time I took them by towing company so as not to run the risk that it would be damaged more but the next day they said it was done ready to collect. I picked it up and the following weekend the temperature rised again and not hot air, so I made an appointment at Infiniti coral gables and after 2 weeks they say that the engine is going to be replaced because it has sludge. I feel cheated with that car that was sold by your dealer and so much extra has spent I only use the car on weekends. Supposedly the car will be delivered on February 26, I hope it is the last time I have to take it. I think I deserved better treatment somehow they should make up for everything I've been through. I didn't think that the car I decided to buy would be such a bad experience.Service: Air conditioning
