Surprise. A company hired by WalMart to provide an assesment and "inspection" due to damages performed by the service department, sided with the company that hired them. They made a determination of damage based on a couple of spark plug photos and a picture of an overfilled oil dipstick. NO INSPECTION!!! They never even called me for my side of the incident. They only went off of what WalMart picked and chose to send to them. Then their "25+" year mechanic states that the damages could not occur from the actions of WalMarts service center. The absolute most basic search of almost any website pertaining to automotive repair would clearly state otherwise. I had 3 independant shops with multiple 25+ year mechanics say otherwise also. The issue came down to no one wants to get involved with a legal case against WalMart so they hire a hack company to just give the thumbs down without even inspecting in person. Funny, when you call ANY repair shop and describe to them your issues, the VERY FIRST THING THEY SAY IS... "You can not give an accurate diagnostic of an issue without an IN PERSON INSPECTION"!!! That one statement is proof enough that this company is hired and payed to side with the company and not even care about what is right or decent. This is what gives mechanics a bad reputation.

They don't even do a proper inspection all they do is get there...take pictures and ride in the car a bit. Then they side with the company that hired them to say nothing is wrong.This guy didn't even so much take the dipstick out and drove it in the morning for a small amount of time not enough to show it was overheating. Don't expect anything less from a company from Florida.
