We are so happy with our service! We recently had some work done on our AC. It was a very very hot day when I picked up the car and I was concerned that the AC wasn't working correctly after the repair. Bob listened to my concerns and kept the car an extra day to drive around and test everything. We just picked up that car and are incredibly happy with everything. The AC is working perfectly! It's hard to find a trust worthy shop and we're so grateful for the excellent customer service we received.Services: Auto A/C replacement, Auto tire replacement, A/C installation & repair

Great service. Told me exactly what needed fixing right away and what could wait. So much better than dealing with the dealership. Will definitely use there service in the future.

Needed to get my front brakes changed, so I paid them a visit. Barry and the crew fixed my air conditioning system some years ago and it's still running perfectly, even with the extreme heat we've been having.They performed an inspection on the car and let me know all the things that needed work or replacing and how soon each should be done. The prices were reasonable and less than other places in the area. I had questions about some of their recommendations, so they showed me where the problems were. Was able to drop the car off as soon as they opened and come back for it later in the day, ready to roll.I think they're pretty honest, and perform great work quickly. If you don't have a mechanic in the area, I would recommend you give them a call.

My experience at this establishment has been absolutely amazing. The level of professionalism that I experienced was refreshing. The bill to repair my AC for my new car as a lot higher than I could afford and they worked with me to ensure that I was able to get the support that I needed with fixing my problem. There was so much care & understanding with the trying times that we re all in and my I m eternally grateful for this experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any auto work completed. I love Barry and Frank at Kramer's! I have been using them for years and I trust them explicitly! They are very professional and really care about their customers! They have helped me out even during hard times and was able to offer me a very economical price and was very understanding of my situation. Now that I am more able to afford more work, I am happy to spend the extra money to get the work done by experienced auto technicians. I get all my automotive work done at Kramer's Auto. Bob was awesome I called he was very nice and knowledgeable we set an appointment. I came in dropped my car off and he stayed in contact with me with the updates I m am very pleased with the service I received here. The mechanics here are honest and know what they're doing. I've been here twice, the first time was for an electrical problem on my son's car, he had taken it to another mechanic in the area who straight up said they don't do electrical and to try Kramers. The second time was for my daughter's air conditioning, she took it to a mechanic near her job in Aventura who replaced parts but couldn't figure out why it still wasn't working. Kramers easily diagnosed and made the necessary repairs. They weren't stumped, they didn't overcharge me, they just fixed the problem and made it look easy. They're exceptional.

I stumbled upon this place after visiting many locations that failed to give my car the correct diagnosis. My vehicle had some extensive damage and I was prepared to hear the worst, but they gave me a very fair price and were very honest with me. Almost a year later, and no complaints, she is still going strong. Thank you!

We chose this place based on the good reviews that they have on every website, and I have to say, we were not disappointed!Frank was very nice, sympathetic of our situation and even he let us pick up our vehicle after hours. They are honest and seriously really good people. I will not hesitate to come back in the future.

I always bring my car here. family too. they always try to give me a fair price. I need to go back soon tho because the brakes they changed are making a sound. other than that , I feel they're a good company.

Been using Kramer's for years. Frank and Barry answer every question you have and fully explain what repairs are needed and why. They stand by their repairs. Everyone eventually needs car repair or maintenance. I have been consistently happy with Kramer's.

Heard great things about the company so decided to take my car here, needed to get a new spark plug and coil changed in one of my cylinders, I took my car somewhere else to replace a coil/spark plug 3 months ago for the same issue and was charged a reasonable price, they tried to charge me $200 more for the same issue that I had 3 months ago, and when I called them out on it they said they would dropped the price by $175, from that moment I knew it was something shady going on and couldn t trust them and took my car back to the original shop to get the issue fixed, on top of that they tired to charge me $80 for diagnosis on the car, I already informed them of the problem and what cylinder was misfiring and they tried to explain they checked the brakes, wheels, etc , I never asked for a diagnosis to be performed in the beginning because I already scanned the car for the issue, beware of them trying to over charge you

Very precise, and accurate. These guys will treat you right guaranteed. Theyll fix oit right the first time. Also great costumer service. Id rather pay the the extra couple bucks of labor to get it done right the first time.. Best Shop in town.Especially in Ft. Lauderdale

Honest, no nonsense auto maintenance and repair shop that does quality work at reasonable prices. Recommended by a friend and I'd gladly recommend the shop to anyone needing car repairs or routine maintenance.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They charge $118 just to look at your car then charge for things don't need to be fixed. Take your car to someone who will tell you whats wrong with your car for free and you will probably get a better deal as well.

Kramer's is quick to diagnose and solve automotive problems, especially electrical issues. Their prices are quite reasonable, and their demeanor is friendly and welcoming!

Horrible! I took my daughters car there for her fuel pump and an an alignment. Needless to say, I had to bring the car back a week later for the same problem, which they said was something else. Then, she had a flat and when Sears showed us the tire, it was worn so unevenly so we had to do another alignment. Stay away!!!

The WORST place! DO NOT take your car here! So called owner Frank charged $4,000 for a job that was incomplete! License#AR567 M.V.# 17Hey, Frank I found my receipt that your "secretary" claimed she could not pull up as she did not have access to your computers and you said your other shop in plantation is closed and you no longer had access or take the moment to review with.

They charge $118 just to look at your carread the reviews stay away from places like this I should have read the preview below2 months ago that deals with this guy and today they did it to me s t chart $118 plus taxes and came up to $136 just to take the look annul the same thing that I know that the motor was bad he said take it in and that's the only way I know but that take care of him and cussed me $136 and to put a new motor up to $900 and that was a fair price normally he charge 1200 no wonder that they open so many years the great Fitness that will never go broke that will broke you.

I did make a big mistake I use recomend this place to my family and a lot of friends even on my web , I been a customer , but there is a nasty and very rude young manager look like hi make fun of everyone customer or not , I will never ever go back or recomend this place , just because him, this guy has to learn some respect, he run this place and next business , I did know how ignorant this guy can be to get any business bad reputation
