Jay and the crew here are honest, fair prices, and get the work done right the first time. They are the only mechanics i trust to tell me the truth and not gouge me with un needed repairs. Great for oil service but even better for repairs. You will be glad you have them on your side!

Rude. My only question was how long the wait was at the time I called and he didn t want to tell me then hung up the phone. I wanted to find if it would be worth it for me to go at that particular time which was Saturday morning or better go during the week. No answer, just rudeness. Thanks.

I got there at 5 for an oil change. They close at 5:30, no customers waiting. The older mechanic who greeted me was disappointed because I got get there at 5:00. He was also annoyed because I had a coupon. Other than that the service was good with no wait. The other mechanics were nice and the gentleman at the register was also nice.

I was only in town visiting family but needed an oil change before driving back hone to Tennessee. I am always skeptical of auto repair shops. Let's face it unless you know cars you don't know if you are being told the truth. You can be told you need a new set of routers etc even when you don't. Well the fine folks at EZ Lube were up front and honest about my brake situation. I felt very comfortable moving forward with their suggestions. I wish Jay and his team were located closer to Nashville. Don't take your automobile to anyplace else in thud area. You WILL get an honest look at your car. The cost was also very affordable.I originally came in for a standard oil change but felt good about the managers honesty about my brake situation. I had them change out my front brakes and clean up the back. They could have easily told me I needed new roters but the manager won me over with his honesty. Don't go anywhere else folks. You're in great hands at this place.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Visited store for the first time, midweek and midday, it was empty at that time.Nice people and the store was clean.Reason for my visit it was only to balance the four tires.Cost of the work $90.00 could of been a 20 minutes job it was 40 minutes. Store had four employees and manager on site.Remembered to check my tire pressure next day and, how ironic they forgot to inflate all four tires for proper pressure?!Paid too much for bellow average service.Not going back.Service: Tire rotations

Fast and friendly service. I didn't give 5 stars because when I got home I realized there were 4 black oil looking marks on my light interior passenger seat. I really wish auto helpers would realize how dirty their hands are before they touch interior. I highly recommend this establishment. The staff and the service at E Z Lube are simply outstanding and they are also competitively priced. Dino and Jay are just brilliant. My husband has taken our vehicle get serviced here., but this was my first time... and I definitely highly recommended E Z Lube!!. Very professional, fast, clean and reasonable priced establishment for your vehicle maintenance.

Arrived at 5:15 for an oil change, they turned me away saying they were done for the day. Their website and Google both say they are open until 6. Been coming here for years with all my vehicles, I'll find a place closer to my house that's open till 6.On a side note the last time I brought my wives car here for an oil change they said it needed back brakes even though I changed them a month ago.

I didn't get oil change. Just asked about chassis LUBE. My car is 20 years old with 67k miles. Started sqeeking a month ago. They were saying it can't be lubed and parts would have to be replaced. Not saying they were lying. Just seems like the SEAL could be removed and new grease injected through a new fitting but everybody wants to replace whole part. Car companies, sheeeesh!

Charged $400 for spark plugs with labor on a 2006 vehicle. They knew I was in a bind and took advantage of me. Never again, my family used to go there but now I make sure they never take any of our money again.

As a woman it's sometimes intimidating coming to an auto shop but not here. The guys are very friendly and there not trying to up sell AT ALL . So fast as well I was literally here for 12 minutes for my oil change.thanks Jay

I would give E Z Lube a ZERO for customer service. I went in today because I had a nail in my tire. I entered the business around 8:25 and Mike was on the phone talking about a Hyundai Sonata. I waited about 3-4 minutes. After that call ended, HE MADE ANOTHER CALL! He Didn't even ask what I was in for between his calls!My office is walking distance from E Z Lube and I planned on leaving my car with them, but E Z Lube's lack of customer service forced me to bring my car up the street to Ocello's Automotive Center. Ocello's had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes.

I like the place for it's location.. but one thing about there is the guys don't remember you or treat you like a return customer.. my car has only been serviced there in the past 3 years and Everytime I go there the white guy that rings you up always tries to upsell me with bs and doesn't remember me from a bucket of apples
