I would have rather gone to school, learned how to repair cars and fixed mine myself. I know it would have come out better and I would have been happier. I was given my car back with the original bumper barely attached to the point when I got home the sides had popped out like they initially were when I brought in the car.After being told a new bumper was gonna be ordered and attached (should have been done in the first place) it s still doing the same thing. I feel I cannot express just how much I despise my experience with this shop and employees.

The Chick-Fil-A of Collision repair shops!!! Do you remember your first experience with Chick-Fil-A and the amazement you had when you were pleasantly greeted and heard common courtesies such as Please , Thank you and My pleasure! Are you kidding?! Where am I in the Twilight Zone ?! And to top it off the quality is superb?! Well, this very likely how you will feel after having the misfortune of needing car body work and going to Classic Collision in Tamarac. The receptionist (Michelle) was very professional and helpful with setting up my appointment. Her phone personality is actually what helped me to decide to give them a shot. Admittedly I pass by this place everyday and would not think to go here for repairs only to go to the dealership. I was wrong. Classy operation. Top quality and fast! Thaad Thompson (the h is silent-Lol) was assigned to my claim and was the guy getting it done! Very knowledgeable, professional and candid regarding the estimate time, costs, and updates. My car was completed in one week from the appointment which reduced time for the need of a rental vehicle. Which leads to the other caveat. They have an enterprise representative on site with vehicles so you can pick up your rental in a one-stop-shop setting. The cars are not going to be luxurious but moderately to well cleaned and you can get suvs, to compact vehicles. Novaan was very very helpful in that regard. Overall very nice experience, highly recommended.

Very friendly staff.Tatiana called me just about every day she had my car and kept me up to date with the repairs... They had my car for about a week and it came out looking really good...thanks Tatiana !

If I could give this place zero stars I would. During the last hurricane my car received some minor roof damage. It was still drivable and wasn t leaking but I decided to get it repaired for cosmetic satisfaction. After two weeks they said they were finished. I showed up three days in a row and kept getting told to come back the next day. Each time saying they weren t done detailing it. On the fourth day, I finally got my car back. I opened the door and sat down and the seats puffed. The car was full of mold. Nasty, black mold. Apparently, when they put the new roof on they didn t check if it was watertight. I m highly allergic to mold and was pregnant at the time. I took the car back and they were not polite about the whole situation. My insurance had to do another adjustment and decided to total the car instead of fixing it. So it went in for cosmetic damage and ended up having to be totaled due to their ineptitude. No one ever admitted fault. The owner called me saying, We re sorry you are not satisfied with our service. Here s a free oil change.

My experience with this shop was absolutely ridiculous. I got into an accident early June and got my car back a month later with multiple issues. I ve had to go back to the shop at least more than 5 times to get it looked at. I only went here because progressive recommended it. And I m STILL experiencing issues months later and now having to pay out of my own pocket to the fix issues. Insane. I will not be returning for future experience. Please save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Top-notch service. Unfortunately this is the third time I have used them. If you re coming here, most likely it s because your car has been in some sort of accident. Customer service was excellent. I had an issue that I noticed down the road a few weeks after the repair it was linked to the repair and without a second question they had me bring the car in and made sure it was 100% taken care of. It was a very easy process, and they remain in contact with me the whole way.

I was told that my vehicle would be ready end of day 7/28/23. I was on my way to pick my vehicle up and was contacted and informed it didn t pass the quality check due to paint over spray on the inside door panel and that it still needed to be detailed inside and out. So I had to wait till close of business Monday, July 31, 2023 to pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving they had me pay my deductible of $1000 before we did the walk around on my vehicle. When doing the walk around, there was noticeable scratches and marks all over the rear bumper that they said was brand new. The welding job on the driver side rear quarter panel looked like somebody still learning in welding school did it or that it was rushed. The inside of my car was completely disgusting. The leather seats on the second row look like they are going to have permanent indentions from maybe parts they had laying on the seat along with something that is stained into the tiny holes in the leather seats. The carpet was visibly dirty and now has some kind of burn marks in the carpet by the door, which has lead me to believe that the door was open while welding the quarter panel on with nothing protecting the inside of my vehicle. They also forgot to put parts back on my vehicle. Lastly the icing on the cake was that I kept being told my vehicle was back to pre accident condition. No actually it wasn t. My car looked brand new before my accident, detailed and washed multiple times a week to make sure that it stayed looking new. As a military veteran I take pride in the things I have and have worked very hard to be able to have nice things. MAKE SURE YOU DO A WALK AROUND ON YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE PAYING ANYTHING. Definitely a very stupid mistake on my part. I will definitely be contacting progressive and recommending that Classic Collision be removed as a preferred shop if they don t make things right. Classic Collision you should take pride in your work and have better employees to represent your company that over see the work that is done. They were very kind all time, but it took more than 2 months to get my car ready. At the beginning, they kept me up to date with the progress, but then not too frequently like at the beginning, I didn't care so much about the time because I had a rental car at no cost. Very professional work. The management is being changed, so hopefully, they will be even better.

While their employees are nice, that is the only praise I am able to give this business. I had a number of parts replaced following an accident back in October. The day after I picked it up, my car wouldn t start and they d un-programmed my key fob. Then two of the parts they replaced broke, which I got repaired the following day. This time, the fan motor broke again so I brought my car back to this place because the subsequent repair of these parts is covered under warranty. They take far too long to diagnose and repair problems, and don t even do them in-house. They re partnered with the mechanic shop next door. As I am typing this, my car has been with them for 5 days and they are still unable to make a diagnosis or give me an estimated completion date.UPDATE: It has now been two weeks since I first dropped the car off. I understand that because this specific repair is covered under a warranty, and therefore isn t very profitable for them, that I am not of high importance. I am not only frustrated with the time it took them to make a diagnosis (1 week), the time it s taking to complete the replacement of a fan motor (another week), but also with the poor customer service. There is very little communication between staff, sometimes you are put on hold for upwards of 10 minutes without hearing a person s voice, and I am consistently being told that someone will call me back in a certain time frame, and they NEVER do. I have been without a vehicle for two weeks now, because of a problem they created in the first place. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Do not take your car here if you re looking for a job done within a reasonable time frame.Service: Body & Trim

Do yourself a favor and don t go here. By far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in automotive repairs. I was referred through Geico because they were listed as a preferred service provider under the insurance. Dropped my car on feb 9. Feb 10 received my estimate. Initially very pleased with the speedy response. Insurance was going to total the car so I decided to drop the claim and repair myself. After speaking to Matt and explaining my situation I decided to continue repairs with Classic Collision despite being self pay. By Feb 25th after paying $400 a week for a rental and discovering that they had not moved forward with any repairs I demanded to pick up the vehicle to take elsewhere. They charged me 3 hours worth of labor and couldn t even give me all the parts back that my car went in with. The amount of time and money spent was such a waste. The only silver lining was I found an amazing shop that I dropped my car off to on Feb 25 after rescuing from Classic and they had it completely repaired by March 3 looking like brand new. Do not trust these people. They will lie to you to get your business and you will pay in more ways than you can imagine.

This place is HORRIBLE. They said they d update me every two days and I went 6 days without hearing anything. They completely missed a repair they said they d do on the car, and it took 30 days to complete what they said they d do in 5. When I got my car back, my phone charger was missing, so they stole that. I called in asking about that and the response from Michelle and Joanne was we cant prove that this is a corporation and that wouldn t happen . So where is my phone charger?? Lack of communication, organization, and THEFT. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.

Took a vehicle to quote for minor bumper scratch repaint job on Jan-10. Called Jan-16, didn't have the quote write up. Called Jan-19 again, still no write up. They explained their priority are insurance company jobs. This shop care less for direct paying customers. I would not recommend this shop regardless how good their craftsmanship is. The owner responded here said they will look into matter. I doubt anything would happen.

Excellent services. Got hit by a careless driver on my passenger side. Luckily the other party involved recognized their fault and Geico (their insurance) assumed fixing the damage. The analyst provide with Classic Collision of Tamarac and it was an absolute pleasure being assisted by them.Got calls with update on my repairs and the progress. Today (a week after) I received my baby back and they did an outstanding job. Special thanks for Martin Guevara and his team for such a professional treatment. Vannister was great, as well as the rest of the team at the Tamarac Collision center. They kept me updated at all times, and had my car ready in only a couple weeks! Of course, the good timing comes with the pieces needed, and I was just lucky that what was needed was not on back order. Regardless, I know that they worked to the best of their ability to have everything complete in a well and timely manner. My car turned out beautifully after being rear ended. Thank you so much!

This is a network shop for insurance companies and from what I've learned is network shop's go by a higher standard of quality work I deliver accident vehicles to network shop's and communicating with the employees here and all the shop's I find them very professional and courteous and helpful for me when I deliver a customers vehicle go to shop's that your insurance recommends in the long run it pays off I've had so many customers get in a jam by going elsewhere my rating is five stars for this shop

My car was hit and my car had bumper damage. I placed a claim through the other driver's insurance company (Geico). They recommended that I go with Classic Collision to fix the car, as they have a reciprocal relationship. I took my car there and at first they were very accommodating. When it was time for me to pick my car up, the bumper was not aligned as it should have been. There were gaps in between the fender well and the bumper. The technician stated that he requested that the bumper brackets be replaced and the insurance company denied it. When asked why, he stated that they said because the car was too old (12 years, and he lied about that statement). Upon contacting Geico, I was told that that was not the case but, it was that his request did not state that the in order to properly fix the vehicle that the bumper brackets need to be replaced. After a round with the adjuster and their supervisor, Geico advised to have the shop to use the proper language and submit a change order. I contacted the Service tech and asked him to do what Geico asked and he was very standoff-ish and dismissive, telling me that he "doesn't have time for that, he has 5 cars that he has to get out." It is very frustrating when professionals can't be professional. This is his business. I don't go to go to butchers for brain surgery, I go to brain surgeons. I should not have to be the one to speak the verbiage and do their jobs for them. I'm angry and deeply unsatisfied!Service: Body & Trim

Bad experience. I do not recommend. Mismatched information, lies. It took 6 months between my car arriving at the shop and leaving the shop. My car came walking and left on a tow because they broke my transmission. The justification they gave me was that the car should have gone to the workshop on a tow...............(Following the response of my review by this company I am editing my answer. Another lie on the part of the workshop because my car went to this same workshop the day after the accident occurred. And what the aficina itself informed me was that the insurance would not pay for the transmission because the vehicle was not on a tow. So stop lying and making excuses 'cause it's getting ugly for the company!!)

Excellent experience. The entire staff (Matt, Vanessa, Julie, Michael) was courteous from the very first phone call until the day I picked up my car. They called throughout the process to keep me updated. My car looked great. A detailed inspection of my car was completed with me to make sure I was satisfied before I got my vehicle. So nice to deal with pleasant people who also do quality work.

All the staff was very professional. Excellent customer service. Since the moment I took my car for repairs until the day I pick it up, I was constantly receiving updates on the work that was getting done. Pick up was easy, fast, they explained all the work that was done on the car, parts that were replaced. My car looks like new, I'm very happy. Best thing, I have lifetime warranty for anything that happens regarding the repairs. I will definitely recommend this place. Keep the good work guys!!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. At my initial appointment everything was ready to go including the rental car. I was provided updates three times a week on the repair. Picking up the car and dropping off the car rental was just as easy. The work looks top notch and is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. They even detailed the entire car. Great job!
