Rick delivered exceptional service by going above and beyond to replace my husband's car battery. He displayed kindness, provided valuable information, and demonstrated outstanding customer service without trying to sell us unnecessary items. Rick quickly identified the problem, recommended a new battery, and efficiently replaced it in just 30 minutes, despite the presence of battery corrosion. My personal AutoZone closest to home and I can tell you it's the best I've been in a long long time and I've been using this for years. Ray was super helpful the entire staff was but Ray handled my concerned. The part wasn't at the store he called around making sure that they had it at other stores and put it aside so that I wasn't driving all over the place. He went above and beyond, bet efficient as he was helping me he was assisting others in a very professional manner.

Fantastic Customer Service like I have never experienced before. My car wasn t starting so I drove it to Autozone to have the battery checked. I was immediately helped by Rickxander who patiently worked on the car for a bit due to the corrosion on the battery.I highly recommend using this Autozone. I know I will definitely be back!

Tyler was amazing he had helped my out with my car problems and actually explained what s wrong with my 07 Honda accord he gave me amazing customer service and answered all my questions about my car I will be coming back to see him if anything else happens to my 07 Honda accord

Tyler was very customer service oriented. The store was a little busy but he took the time to make sure he could do what was requested. I can truly appreciate when employees remember to provide service with a smile. It's a lost art. He even thanked me for stopping in.

The worse autozone in the country by far. Definitely lacking leadership and training. Rude employees. I asked to be checked out but one employee decided to go outside the other to text on his phone instead.

I left a oil change spot that wanted to charge $49.99 to change a filter out that only cost me $19.99 and it took 30 seconds. Use y all YouTube University to search these videos. But RAY in the front helped me out and found the only one they had in stock. I appreciate it. Thanks

I visited the store and immediately upon entering, I was approached by the parts manager. Justin was very respectful and knowledgeable about his work and merchandise. All my questions were answered appropriately. He also helped me change and install my new wiper blades. I would definitely visit this store again.

Go to this AutoZone, super Friendly, EFFICIENT, KIND, gentleman working here!!!I had the pleasure to be helped by Rick to get by battery changed, it was done in literally 2 miutes. I happen to ask him to change my tail lights, without hesitation it was a yes!! He did that for me in less than 5 mins.. Definitely go to this AutoZone, and ask for Super Nice Rick!!!

I do not understand why no one cares about customer service anymore. My elderly mother had an issue with her wiper blades not working. It would have taken a store employee 2 minutes to look at it to determine if she needed an actual mechanic to be involved or if it was something to do with the windshield wipers or a bottom she accidentally pressed, etc. The point is, they could have cared enough to look. Instead, she was told they don't look at cars anymore and they only sell parts. That was what she was told which is not true since I just spoke to Miguel there who claimed to be the manager. He said they do look at batteries or wipers. I am not sure if Auto Zone will stay in business long if they don't encourage their employees to go the extra mile, or even a quarter of a mile extra. Very disappointed with the callous attitude of the staff. Auto Zone might sell a lot more parts if they are more willing to help the customers who walk through their doors.

I was helped by Rick and he was absolutely amazing! I know less than average about cars and he was extremely helpful and very nice. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and was okay to roll out. I will definitely go back to this location because of him.
