Best customer service by Anthony Garcia right on time on everything that was done by the service also a loaner for the time my SUV was at the shop and good ethic work. Thank you.Second visit for my new set of tires for my Wagooner and once again Anthony G did an awesome job, of the chain. Also hand wash inside out because this SUV don't feet on the mobile wash due to the roof bars plus ride back a forward to home so I got to say Very well excellent customer service. Thank you Anthony.

Today I picked up my Ram 1500 from service and I can t thank Nicholas Rivera for taking care of me and my vehicle needs. I am extremely satisfied with Nicholas Rivera and the team at Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, they were able to inform me every step of the way, they completed everything within the time frame expected and they definitely achieved a 5 star rating in my book, definitely recommend everyone to get there work done with Nicholas and his team. Our service representative Randy Hernandez exemplifies outstanding customer service. His ability to communicate and follow through is exceptional. I continue to bring my Jeep for regular maintenance to Arrigo specifically because of Randy s professionalism and commitment. From the moment I drop my vehicle off at the dealer I receive regular updates along with an overall explanation of the work that will be performed. Usually within 24-48 hours I receive communication from Randy informing me of the status of my vehicle. I appreciate the service and follow through Randy continues to provide. Thank you for a job well done.

Lian, the service advisor, demonstrated exemplary professionalism and courtesy throughout my interaction. Upon dropping off my Jeep for its scheduled oil change this morning, Lian promptly attended to my needs with efficiency and helpfulness. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated receiving a detailed video from Chris outlining the maintenance procedures performed on my vehicle. Everything was quick and easy. I brought in my Volvo s60 where they were able to get an oil filter within the hour to help me out with my service. Lian is a super down to earth guy who provided excellent customer service.

My service advisor Ruddy it s always there to answer my questions and very professional. He keeps in touch with any updates or reasons for any delays like sourcing a part, in this case, I was without my car for 4 days, but it could have been longer had he not kept on top of it. If you go to ARRIGO for service ask for Ruddy, he s great!!

I stopped by Arrigo for a quick oil change on my ram diesel, no appointments, it was done fairly fast and the Service Advisor Anthony Gracia had a great attitude. If I m in the area again will definitely come back.

Got a tune up for a dodge challenger I needed work on and a rep by the name of Nick Mcanderson helped me out and made the whole process smooth. He was real informative on everything going on with the car and felt great taking the car to this place because of him. Highly recommend this rep, he is the best.

Nick was awesome! Very polite and to the point no beating around the bush! He was honest with us from point A to point B. He has wonderful coustmer service skills .He got my service done in a timely manner. He answered all my questions. Hemade my experience go by very smooth and met all our needs. Just came for an oil change and minimal routine check dreading having to deal with car stuff and having to wait. However, I met Jaylen who was very professional and was able to go over the service needed. What a nice guy! He kept me updated on what was going on with the car, I waited a couple hours and done. I rarely do reviews but Jaylen's positive attitude make want to highlight his service. Thank you.
