My Husband ane I went to WENER KIA just to take a look at the cars that were available, because they have been advertising about this super sale that was going on for that particular week. However, when we arrived, we met the most amazing salesman, Mr. TYRIQUE FAUST. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took his time to show us and to test drive several cars. He explained throughly the features of each car making it easier to help make our decision. The MANAGER was on point when he stated that, " Anyone who walked in the door and was serious about buying car was going to get one today." Mr. FAUST, the Manager and sales team made sure to find one that we liked and also fitted in our budget. Received a call on December 27th from Werner that they had a brand new 2024 EV9 in. I had been looking into the 3 row all electric SUV. Arrived at the dealership on the 28th and met Chad. From start to finish, he was responsive and really took care of my wife and I. Traded in our 2021 Grey Wolf Telluride. and we drove off the lot with the first and only EV9 in Tallahassee right now. I held off on my Google review as I wanted to drive it for a while. IT IS AN AMAZING VEHICLE! Thank you, Werner. This came at the right time.Also, thank you for the brownies!

I received a notice for a product recall on my Kia, so I quickly made an appointment online. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by Jermaine Colson in the service department. He was exceptionally kind and frequently checked in with my about the status of the repair. It went by very quick and even provided an exam of possible repairs that need to be done, along with an estimate of the repairs. Even though I hate having to go to a dealership, Jermaine made the experience much easier! Give this guy a raise!!

Keviron Rollins was an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt no pressure, which I experienced at other local dealerships. He took all of my needs into consideration, including pricing, and actually recommended a trim level lower than what I went with. I ve NEVER had someone truly hear me at a car dealership and NOT try to sell me something way out of my budget. This was a first. I narrowed down my vehicle search and finally decided I wanted to go with the Telluride. I was actually planning on purchasing out of town, but, after my experience with Keviron when I went to test drive the Telluride, I decided I wanted to work with Keviron to make my purchase. Even my no-nonsense and hates car dealerships family member who went with me to test drive said that Keviron was the most pleasant salesman he had ever met. That is HUGE coming from my family member. I ve already been telling people to link up with Keviron if they are interested in purchasing a vehicle from Werner Kia. Unmatched experience and made the normally super stressful process of car buying a lot more fun and relaxed. Also, the follow-up and communication after the sale has been extremely helpful. He s made sure I feel confident in my purchase and that I m learning how to use the new vehicle and all of it s features. Thanks, Keviron (and Danny!)

Werner Kia always take great care of me and my vehicle. Mario Rodriguez is helpful, professional, and kind. There was a small mishap with transportation but Mario went above and beyond to make it right. My vehicle service was completed before the promised time. Thanks Mario!

Sean Wilson had great energy, and a very welcoming presence. I loved his transparency and honesty. He was informative and detailed about the vehicle I purchased. He made sure I left the dealership happy. My overall experience was amazing and fast! I definitely 100% recommend them.

Took my car in to Werner Kia for its first Checkup and oil change and I have to say I ve never received a better service in all my years of owning a car! (And that s a lot)Cornelius Thompson was the most courteous and helpful person ever! Outstanding in his field for sure!!! His customer service and attention to every detail far exceeded my expectations . The customer lounge was also outstanding and comfortable! Can t say thank you enough for your service!

Of all the service team members Mack is the man to call on. He quickly addressed any grievance I had and helped me better understand the process. He is very well mannered and strives to make sure his customers are taken care of, and I can tell he really takes his job serious. He has a tenacity and a don t quit spirit. He deserves commendation and recognization for his customer service skills.

McKanely Black, my service provider, delivered commendable customer service. He provided a smooth and effortless service appointment, exhibiting excellent communication skills. There was no confusion regarding pricing or the duration of the service, and he ensured that my car would be ready as soon as I got off work and it was. He was Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! When you come to Werner Kia for a service appointment, make sure you ask for him! He's really the best!

Jermaine was very friendly and hospitable. He provided excellent customer service. He gets five stars.Kia however, is just the opposite. There extra fees and surcharges are everything but consumer friendly. I will not be returning to Kia as every interaction with them leaves me feeling like I am just being fleeced. No stars for KIA.

I would not have purchased a car if the salesman, Christian Ward had not approached me. I told him that I I came to the car lot because of the radio promotion regarding free hot dogs. I was just going to browse around the lot. But he was nice about showing me different cars and explaining the safety features. Although I didn't get a car that day, I returned the next day and he was just as nice and helpful again and purchased a brand new 2033 Kia Rio. If he hadn't pursued us and remained attractive to our desires, we would not have purchased an automobile. I thought I would not get approved but he was very confident that I would, and I did. He didn't stop there but he made sure that I was satisfied and comfortable with my vehicle, and he didn't stop there, but he found time in his busy schedule to call me to make sure everything was going OK with my car and the completion of all my paperwork. THAT'S A REAL SALESMAN...

I will now update my review. Rebecca in the accounting department was great assistance in getting a resolution to the extended problem. After finding the problem, she resolved it, had the trade in paid off and paperwork for tag handled within 24 hours.Sales experience was great. But getting a tag and them paying off the trade in has been terrible.

As a walk in needing maintenance services done on my car, Werner Kia staff did an excellent job by getting me in and out. My wait time was a little less than an hour and a half. Mr. Michael Wyre in the service department, went over the services done on my car in detail and made sure I satisfied before leaving. My car drives smooth and sounds like a brand new car. Great team and outstanding customer service! Thank you Werner Kia.

Jeremy Patterson was the nice man who got everything sorted with my car. He was helpful, reliable, quick, and polite. He made sure any questions I had were answered fully even if they were stupid questions, and he was professional and helpful throughout the experience. He needs a raise! Also, he was really cool about helping me set up an appointment for a recall on my car. I'll definitely be asking for him next time I'm there. :)

I worked with 9 dealerships across the southeast to get the specific Kia soul I wanted. Werner was the only location that had it and was the best location to work with by far. There was no hours of waiting or prolonged back and forth- we negotiated a deal in under an hour and they honored everything we agreed to over the phone. I genuinely felt like they wanted my business and wanted to work with me to make a sale. We drove 3 hours to get there and Daniel and Chad even came in early to accommodate our work schedule. The customer service was amazing and my car is beautiful.

When in to get my car service at Werner Kia and my service advisor were Cornelius Thompson and he did a great job in updating me on my vehicle and he was very helpful and very informative and very friendly. My car was service and return to me in a within a hour or less and I didn't have any complaints. Thank you Cornelius Thompson for being my service advisor.

The slowest oil change I have ever had.My wife and myself bought a new car from here. This was the car first service. We were waiting for 3.5 hours. However, every one deserves a second chance. Additional, we sincerely appreciate the positive responses to our dilemma. Enjoy your new rating because you deserve it. Furthermore, I somehow missed your call. This was a welcomed surprise and greatly appreciated. It is very important to follow up after a previous difficult experience. However, my wife's experience with a second scheduled appointment (she explained to me) was complete satisfaction. The comprehensive maintenance was performed correctly, without delays, and performed at a reasonable time period. Altogether, bravo! Job well done

Went to get an oil change, tire rotation and a car wash. Upon being given back my car the tire rotation and car wash were not completed but they attempted to charge me for them. The only reason I noticed my tires were not rotated was because I marked them prior to my appointment. It truly makes me wonder if my services were ever completed throughly in the past. I will no longer be visiting this Kia to complete anything. They also never sent the after service rating emails they harass you with I wonder why.

Chad Dukes was very helpful from the begging of the car voting process to the end he made sure to have me set up with everything i needed and was very patient he even stayed after hours to make sure everything was in set for my car purchase. I love my car

My experience as of so far has been great. Lee was friendly in assisting me with finding the right car. Well I knew what I wanted so that made it easier. I went in with the mindset of knowing it wasn t going to be a short process. So I was very prepared to be there and Lee and others involved made it a smooth transition. I pray that they all continue to provide good customer service as well as communication for any of my future needs. It was fun to win a prize (generator)!!!! But overall I do not have any complaints. I know everyone experience is not the same but mine was very pleasant. Thanks again Mr. Lee!!!!

Christopher Bailey put forth a very welcome and pleasant experience from arrival to departure with our new Kia Soul at Werner Kia of Tallahassee Fl. Chris was very polite, professional and knowledgeable of the task at hand. He spoke with me that he had been in this new career adventure for only about 6 months. I would not have not known this if he hadn t told me. He was able to demonstrate every function in the vehicle I purchased included in vehicle walk around and test drive. We needed to get my daughter a car on short notice, her current vehicle at the time had a blown engine. She goes to school in Tallahassee and we leave hours away. From the moment we stepped into Werner Kia, Tyrique Faust gave us an amazing experience. We have bought several cars over the years, but the experience with Tyrique Faust was top tier. We recently purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento from Werner Kia and it was a great experience. Chris Bailey was so helpful, he had great suggestions for makes/models that fit our needs and was so knowledge about each car we looked at and all its features. The whole team was great at explaining each step of the process and answering all our questions, and we appreciated their determination on getting us exactly what we wanted. Always get good service at Werner Kia in Tallahassee. Cornelius was so accommodating on my visit Feb. 21. He even carried my work crate to my car and loaded it for me. I always wait for my car in the waiting room work office but they get me in and out pretty fast. I feel confident that I'm getting my car serviced correctly every time I go there.

I went and walked around and looked at vehicles and was greeted upon arrival and was treated with respect and everyone was very knowledgeable. Kieran Westbrook was my sales agent and he was a K5 guru. I love my K5 and had an amazing experience!!
