I was very pleased with US AUTO SALES. Bobby Moore was very polite and humorous. He put me in a vehicle that I loved. Thank you Bobby for your patience, late night messages and phone calls. You definitely made it happen for me. I highly recommend USAuto for anyone who s looking to purchase a car.

Wonderful Experience! Mr. Bobby Moore was my salesman and he is phenomenal.. He had me set up and ready to go before I got to the lot. He kept contact with me to let me know what my options were and I was in and out in less than 3 hours start to finish. I left with the vehicle I wanted and the management team was also super helpful and made the process really easy start to finish. Thank you US Auto you made purchasing a car stress free.

Mr. Bobby with USAuto Sales was very polite and professional. He gave me many options before choosing the correct vehicle for myself. I would recommend Bobby to help with all of your car needs. He gave me very important information about my vehicle. He answered all of my questions, also he gave me some important information on keeping my car in good condition! Bobby Moore is a FANTASTIC salesman. I went with my mother to help her get a vehicle & he did nothing but look at for her & take care of her. She had gotten a vehicle & it was later recalled due to a part on the vehicle, & she contacted Bobby to let him know. He told her to come back to the dealership & put her in a different vehicle that was in her price range with her similar monthly payment cost. He advocated for her to the auto loans as well and was truly amazing!

I had a great experience from the time I walked in the staff were so nice friendly and very understanding. I told Bobby I didn't want to give my hopes up by driving a car I couldn't get, he made sure I left with a car I liked. And even put gas in it before I drove off the lot. All the staff were helpful and great team players! I highly recommend going here for your next car purchase I love my new car thanks guys !

I worked with stephany and Rick and they went above and beyond for me. They were more then helpful and there knowledge about any and everything was impeccable. They are not just trying to sell you a car they want to make sure you are happy and satisfied and even after the sale with any small questions I have had no matter they were more then happy to help me with them.

I have purchased several vehicles in my life time but never have I had a such an easy transaction ! Bobby Moore and The fianc� manage went above and beyond to make sure things were quick and easy! I would highly recommend US Auto Sales! They are not Pushy, their vehicles are supper clean, and they make you feel like you are the only customer they have!

Ed is an amazing sales person, from the moment I got his call and how easy was to provide the necessary information for me to get approved with a car with my low credit and the service the whole company provided, they went above and beyond for me. And it's not an all day thing like other dealerships, I was in and out in less than an hour since I got the paperwork done online ahead of time...yes, will do business with them again. So if you want a car please stop by and ask for Ed and the rest of the crew... amazing customer service!

I m new to Tallahasse and I was looking for a new car. I found US AutoSales online and I took a chance to apply for financing. The staff at US AUTO SALES in Tallahassee Florida are amazing. Terrance helped me find my new car and from the time I applied for financing online up until I visited the dealership he was awesome. Terrance is customer oriented, he made sure to answer all my questions, he made to keep me informed on everything I need to know when securing my new car. His customer service was awesome and he knew everything about the car I wanted and he helped me understand all my finance options. I was grateful for the products he offered like the extended warranty and Gap coverage. Everyone at US Auto Sales was freaking amazing. If I could give everyone 5 Stars I would. I am recommending all my family and friends to US Auto Sales in Tallahassee.

Rich helped me get into a great SUV. I went in a week before and was indecisive. But he answered my questions all week long. The next weekend I was in and out in less than 2 hours driving my new to me SUV! Love it and getting 30 miles to the gallon in eco mode can't be beat.Thanks Rich

Bobby Moore is the man to make something happen at US Auto. The wait wasn t long. Bobby offered to help in anyway possible. I came from Ga and before I came Bobby made sure everything was successful. I m happy with my ride and I picked what I wanted to ride in.

I had a rough start with USauto and my vehicle had a few problems. I just want to thank Alphonso Young and USauto for stepping up and footing the bill with Pep Boys to have my vehicle fixed. I also want to thank Bob Anderson for getting on my problem quick and helping me out. Hopefully my vehicle doesn't give me anymore problems. Thanks again Alphonso for taking care of me.
