Ridiculous, I come in for a 8:30am oil change appointment just to leave after 12:30pm with a window that doesn t roll down and I wonky door panel with cardboard to hold it up. Nobody has answers to why parts my car that were working fine when I arrived now have issues once I leave all I came for was a simply oil change. Service now days is at the same level as my drunk neighbor I can pay to get the job done.

After experiencing this auto repair shop, I must admit that their lack of professionalism left me completely disappointed and dissatisfied. Upon bringing the car in for inspection and receiving a repair quote, they assured me that if my mother agreed to the $1,713.00 USD repair, the car would be fully functional. I hoped that my mother's sentimental vehicle would be preserved and operated safely and efficiently. However, in reality, after completing the service , the car not only remained unrepaired but also worsened(after 9 days when they repaired). When I returned to the shop to address the issue, their response and service were completely unprofessional. Furthermore, their demand for additional payment to continue the repair was unacceptable and demonstrated a clear lack of respect for the customer. In summary, this auto repair shop not only caused financial loss but also resulted in inconvenience and dissatisfaction with their service.

I bring my car here for routine repairs (oil change, brakes, etc) and have never had a bad experience until this incident. About 2 weeks ago I towed my car to Tires Plus to be fixed and to make a long story short THEY LIED and BROKE MY CAR! They repaired the car but gave it back to us with the SAME problem so of course we took it back. They told us THEY had broken something and needed to repair it on top of what we needed them to repair. Day after day we called (they had the car 2 weeks total) asking for an update but were met with attitudes despite the fact that we were being told almost everyday that tomorrow or tonight the car would be finished. After taking it to them twice THEY STILL DID NOT FIX MY CAR! In fact, THEY BROKE IT! My car has NEVER made these noises or had the problems it has now until AFTER they repaired it. This is VERY heartbreaking because if they were unable to repair my vehicle they could ve said so instead of wasting my time! I recommend Pedro s Auto Repair, he does what needs to be done.ZERO STARS!

I will not return to any of the Tallahassee locations . The service is not for me this location is always trying to up sale. The last time I went there they told me I needed new tires? I had my tires replaced maybe two years or a year and a half ago before that visit I said that to them and then she says will you need a rotation I was like what? Now this time they came at me with1700 dollars of work! So I will take it to my tires plus in Ohio and see what they say because they have always been straight with me which is why I went to this location but after two trys I'm done. When you do good honest work you stay very busy. Up selling with lack luster customer service is a recipe for closing down.

I went in on a Sunday for a tire rotation and a tire patch (nail in tire). I was told the wait was 30 min. They called me 4 hours later just to tell me that they could not patch the tire and tried to sell me a tire instead. I declined. They did not rotate the tires. While picking up my vehicle, I was charged for a vehicle inspection that was not a service requested by me. I guess they were determined to squeeze money out of me although nothing was done to my vehicle. I took my vehicle to discount tires and tire was patched free of charge.

The customer Service was great and they took care of my car in a timely manner. The alignment was a bit more expensive then other places in town, but it was made up for by the cost of the tires.

This Store is my new Auto service and repair place. Robert, Rickey and Crew were and are phenomenal. I have Nothing but great service and quality experience from these professional people. I will ensure that I only come to Tires Plus from now on.

Yeah so I bought lifetime alignment of my vehicle and I go up there to utilize one of these lifetime alignments of my vehicle and had an appointment made up and they said oh well you got to wait for two more alignments ahead of you they were walk-ins! Do not waste your time or money with these people they do not hold their word

Before coming to 2800 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, we called the manager to inquire about a certain tire. We were told they were in stock and set an appointment for 1:00 p.m. At 3:00 p.m. the tires were just be delivered to the sort for installation. I am upset about my time not being valued and for the manager lying about inventory. I would not recommend your service to anyone at this point.

The manager Robert W. was very helpful and quickly diagnosed the issue my car was having. The repair charges were reasonable and I was back on the road in no time. This is now the only place I ll take my car! Great job, Robert! Great job, Tires Plus!

Been going to this place for over 10 yrs. Service is not what it use to be. Either they can't find the problem or can't fix it. However, they aren't crooks like the last crew. To clarify the last crew fixed your car but they inflated the prices and lied about things that needed fixing. Basically, preying on ppl and stealing money. Recently, was quoted 300 bucks for one tire. Ridiculous.

ZERO STARS Terrible customer service. It s truly time for this location to replace the front desk workers. Every time I come into this location the front desk ladies are just so disrespectful and give off such a nasty distasteful attitude. Don t expect any meaningful communication regarding your vehicle. I was put on hold numerous times for over 30 minutes and when I was told I would receive a call back I never did. I have never experienced such terrible service before. I opened a tire plus credit card because I really thought this was a good company but after such terrible service I ll make sure to cancel my card. Good luck to whoever continues to go here.Location Apalachee Parkway

Tanisha is amazing. Was so happy for the credit card as well, saved me paying a huge chunk at once. Left w new tires and oil change and I'm very happy. Thank you Tanisha and the crew!

Tameka was very helpful and nice but the technician did my oil change and didn t add coolant or tell me I needed it . I almost got on the highway to go back to Jacksonville and the alert came on that I had no coolant in my vehicle at all .

Well let me first say that I have Two daughters away at college. We are so tired of being taken advantage of with car issues. The stories are almost criminal with what has happened. Well my faith in humanity has been restored with the honesty and integrity of Robert W. at this Tires Plus.I won't bore you with the story of what happened. The story is of what Robert did to help. I called at 7am to see when they could get me in to have 2 tires put on. I was told 9am, I arrived at 830am I sat there for over 3 hours waiting

Updated review on 12/4: I woke up to a flat tire after traveling for several weeks on Sunday. From the time that I called to let Tires Plus know that I was coming, Shelby had me covered. She kept me updated on the progress and made me aware of my tire options, the mechanic s suggestions, and her thoughts about what services I should do. Even while being short-staffed on the weekend, Shelby and the Tire Plus crew prioritized ensuring that all of their clients were able to drive home safely.I have never had such consistent and unforgettable experiences with a car shop than I have had with this Tires Plus. Rob is always there to make sure I understand the issue and the best course of action that I should take. Also, Aaron, one of the mechanics, makes me feel comfortable with his recommendations. Even when the problem is costly, I know that when I drive away, I am leaving with quality service.

They helped me out in a jam, i had a flat tire. Im a long time Tires Plus customer and was away from home when I needed them. These guys did good work, friendly and fast! Thank you Tires Plus, great job!

I am thankful they had a tire available, however, the website listed prices that were not the same when I went to the shop.The team was nice. I would suggest getting a chair for larger individuals to use as they wait.

Ryan helped me get the new tires I needed with a prompt and professional attitude. He answered every question I had and did everything in his power to see that I was taken care of. His customer service is exceptional, give the guy a raise.

Ryan is the best! Got me in super quick to get my boyfriends tire looked at. He s working super hard answering phones and everything. Super great guy. Definitely deserves a raise to make sure he stays with you guys.

I was far from home, staying next door but and threw a bushing. Ryan was great in Getting me in and done before noon. Ryan and everyone there ... Thank you for putting in the new sway bar bushings and getting me back on the road. Great work!Mike

At first people were being nice and fixed my both my rotors were making a sound. They fixed it. All good. Until my engine light came on. So I paid over $100 for them to see what is wrong with my car. They told me I got it fixed. Then my ac stopped working. It looks like someone cut the cord for my windshield fluid. More and more issues. Not going there again.

We are from Georgia and had a brake situation and we took the car in and Ryan did everything in his power to get it fixed. Unfortunately the part did not work so he refunded our money. We could not have asked for better service or nicer people. Kudos to Ryan and his crew!
