Ian, Karen and Brady were excellent. Ian is an outstanding manager! Karen was wonderful and thoughtful finding the perfect tire to fit my budget. We are extremely tight on money now. Brady did an excellent job puting on my tire and aligning my car to protect and make wear even. Brady and I think his name is Wesley also added air to my tires during the week to help me get to Friday when I would have enough money to purchase a tire. Thank you again for great service. Also, I did not wait long for the service which really helped my family get everything done on time that day.

I called and found they could get the make/model of tire i needed the same day from their warehouse. The correct one came in and they installed it same day. Karen at the desk, told me they had a lot of customers that day, so it could take hours. But the service manager jumped in a took care of it. Maybe less than an hour. They practice, under promise, over perform.

Karen was very friendly and it was a Saturday I had no appt. I dropped off the car. Ineeded to have oil service and tire rotation. I asked a couple of questions and asked if they would also check some other things for me and let me know. She called me back let me know on the air filter and cabin filter if needed. Then gave me a time it would be ready. My overall experience was great.

Ian did a very good job in a tight window. Installed trailer tires for me during rush hour. Worked hard, and his customer service was amazing. I am happy I found a new tire shop for my business.

Dropped off a couple of tires to get repaired, and to be fair they did fix my ignition issue, but they broke off one of my wheel spacers, which is an easy and cheap fix but they refuse to acknowledge they did it, saying it s impossible for them to have broken it when they didn t even know, it was on the floor of their shop they gave me back my wheels missing one of the spacers, claiming they have no idea what happened

Ian and Amari are AMAZING! Great customer service.We were traveling through on a Sunday heading home from vacation. My car / tires were shaking, and it got worse the longer we drove. 20 minutes before closing they said they would fix everything (a separated tire) and not close until the job was done and get us back on the road. I felt very assured and grateful for the way they helped us with such wonderful attitudes about staying open after scheduled hours!Service: Tires

Don not use tires plus at this location capital circle northeast horrible staff I was missing love nut from my vehicle they were not tight put my family in danger the mechanic their have bad attitude threats to call the police because I would not claim down about my vehicle that they did wrong

Very quick and courteous help me change out my spare with no charge very appreciative for the professional attitude and efficiency from these guys took a whole 5 minutes to get me in and out would definitely recommend this place

Service was fine, but they were supposed to email me a receipt and I have not received it. Am not pleased with that.

We were traveling on a Saturday from Mississippi and my Brother-In-Law, Mark had an emergency with his truck. I called 3 other tire stores that were all understaffed and unable to get us in. I called here and Karen told me they could fit us in. They got him in and back on the road in about 3 hours. Thank you all so much for the fast, courteous service. I own an auto repair shop in South Florida, so when I say the service was great, I'm saying it with knowledge of what great service should be.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They had to clean up what wasn t inspected in Atlanta. The entire process was explained, they even took me BEFORE my scheduled appointment. Joe P. provided phenomenal customer service and he was knowledgeable.

I live in Jacksonville Fl now and travel to Tallahassee from time to time. I always try to schedule my visits around the time that my car needs service. They always take good care of me at this location.

The cashier obviously didn't want to be at work she didn't speak when I entered nor when I spoke to her just just looked at me and even though she wasn't doing anything I had to ask her can she help me and she still didn't respond. I came to this location before with a family member and was so impressed by the friendly very helpful young man that I brought my car back to be serviced but unfortunately my experience was very different . Good customer service is VERY IMPORTANT! Because of her I will not recommend or return there.

Very friendly, was on a trip and got a nail in right back tire and back left tire separated on my Volkswagen atlas. It was minutes till they closed and I called them while still 20 minutes away and the guy said he will wait for us to get there. Upon arrival he was standing there waiting for us and pulled us straight in. He replaced both tires in no time and had us back on our way. I couldn't thank him enough for waiting for us and not closing leaving us stranded. So if you want good friendly professional help and service I definitely recommend tires plus.

Attempted to rip me off!!! Told me I needed brakes and were going to charge me over $500. But my trusted mechanic if over 25 years let me know, I DID NOT NEED BRAKES. CAUTION DO NOT USE TIRES PLUS!!

Staff is friendly enough but they consistently misrepresent the wait time for services. Without fail, I am there almost double the time they promised. Today, they promised one hour for a tire repair and rotation. It took them one hour and 50 minutes. If you have plans to be somewhere around your appointment time, there's a good chance you may not make it.

Went for an oil change and had a tire that wouldn t hold air so i asked them to check it out. The tire had a nail in it, i was told it couldn t be repaired and needed a new tire. I asked them to just leave it. Took it to discount tire and they patched it no problem for no charge. Meanwhile, this place told me I needed four new tires and a couple thousand dollars worth of work. Oil change was quick but over priced.

Online it says their store closed at 7pm. I dropped my car off at 1, they never gave me a call back to let me know it was ready. So I wanted to go as close as possible to closing time (7pm). I get there at 6:12 and notice all the doors are shut. There is a lady standing at the counter, I motion to her that my car is in there. She wouldn't even come to the door to talk to me. I've NEVER had this piss poor service. I wont very spending my money here again. And I'd advise others to do the same. They just want your money.

After 5+ trips problem is still not solved. This is how my tire was sealed for the second time. Avoid this location.

JIM and his team are life savers! My family and I experienced an unfortunate event that left our Mercedes with a flat. Jim was able to get our car in and out in less than an hour (on a Sunday). Excellent customer service and overall a great experience!

Tires Plus definitely exceeded my expectations. My wife's car needed some new tires. I called and made a appointment, (not necessary) left the car there at 9am in the morning and picked it up at 3:45pm. The price quote was exact and it was easy checking and checking out. Car drives like a charm!

They replaced a starter on a c6 corvette. Told me the one I purchased and wanted them to use was too big; they could get one locally (maybe I should not have brought my own part).They installed new one they got from AutoZone. They forgot to plug in sensor. Went back next day to have it done. Went back following day to pick up all excess spare parts: provided and purchased to do install (wasn t placed in the trunk).Starter electrical connection wire from battery cable has a notch that goes into a grove on the starter. It wasn t seated in the grove. Maybe it came loose?

Caught a flat late in the afternoon. Stopped in shortly before closing. Got a decent price on a tire and even setup a charge account at checkout for additional savings. Great service at the end of the business day. Thank you for being available

Have been going to the one off of Capital Cir NE for over 10 yrs. For the most part they're honest. Can be pricey my oil change cost me $93. Buick dealership, I have a Buick doesn't charge that much. There's a mechanic there that is one of the best in Tallahassee hope he doesn't retire anytime soon.

I have been having our family vehicles serviced with Manger Jim and his crew for the last 2 years. Very easy to work with, fair, and straightforward. Prices are extremely competitive and generally beat most other service companies. I have had a multitude of services at this Tires Plus, to include tires, oil changes, brakes, filters, and alignments. Always a great experience. I recommend them.

Showed up on time for appointment. Car was not taken back for approximately 2 hours. Car is still not done after 2 hours on the lift. Came for quick oil change.Staff was very nice but likely understaffed.
