Highly recommend!!! The customer service Rob provided to me was equivalent to that of a business owner when interacting with his highest paying customer. He called me and gave me frequent updates on the vehicle, he reviewed every speck of it and even sent an employee to Midway to pick up necessary parts. And best of all, after fixing 6 or 7 issues on the vehicle, he still had it back to me within 24 hours of me dropping it off!! On top of that he gave us a 2-year WARRANTY!There are times when people and businesses are praised for being average and simply doing things that they should be doing anyway this isn t one of those times. Rob truly deserves recognition for going COMPLETELY above and beyond without expecting absolutely anything in return. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for the incredible blessing that you have bestowed upon our family. I truly can t say it enough!

This is the place to go if you are looking for trustworthy people to take care of your car!! They will tell you what needs to be done and how long you can hold off if you need to. Just to be clear I have not used any services from here. My daughters car ran hot and went into limp mode she pulled in the driveway and while talking to me about what was wrong a man came out to offer assistance. Offered and scanned her car gave her the problem and cleared the code. He also took a look under the hood to find coolant in the front area. Told her it was fine to leave the car there until it could be towed. Wish I would ve got his name but I am very appreciative of the kindness he showed my daughter. Thank you sir!!

I was lucky enough to pull into Tire Town after my car was messing up and couldn t make it down the road. Robert came out and offered to scan the code that was showing, waited 20 minutes for my car to cool down to put water in my coolant tank, advised me and helped calm me down during a very stressful situation. He allowed me to keep my car in the parking lot overnight until the tow truck could pick my car up. His kindness helped more than he could know.

It s extremely hard to find a reliable yet alone honest mechanic but this place has both! I was having major car problems, my car would just shut off while it was running. The dealership charged over $400 just to look at the car. After paying that amount and still not having a diagnosis, I took my car to Tire Town. Rob fixed the problem in a few minutes. Not only that, he saved me hundreds of dollars and a ton of frustration. Thank you guys for your honesty and integrity.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Robert the mechanic is awesome. I have been using his facility for more than 10 years. I have found him to be earnest in his business dealings and trustworthy in his advice and workmanship.I feels as if he genuinely wants to serve his customers and takes pleasure and pride in developing relationships.

Great service. Got the car in and out the same day. The problem was FIXED and completely explained to us. The guys were very friendly. I would definitely use that shop again.

We have been using Mark's auto repair services for about 30 years, and have been consistently satisfied with the quality of the shop's work and the parts used for the repairs. His son, Robert, has joined him in the management of the shop and, like Mark, also works on the vehicles, producing the same quality you come to trust and expect. All people involved are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. The waiting room, bathrooms, and shop are all clean and neat. It is handicapped accessible, and has limitless coffee available.

I don't even know where to begin to describe the wonderful service they provided. My vehicle was having a brake delay problem. After having taken it two other shops and have one mechanic tell me it could be this or that problem, that mechanics uncertainty gave an overwhelmingly high amount of stress. I had called 3 repair shops all telling me to set up an appointment for the following week or they'd call me back later that day for a possible availability (They never called me back). So this was my last call and spec of hope. The relief i felt on my shoulders when Mark told me i could bring the car in the same day to get a diagnostic was part of the best news i got in the morning. Later that day i got better news from Robert when they were able to resolve the problem with the brakes and it wasn't even what other previous mechanics had thought. They were super helpful, honest, friendly, affordable and flexible. I really appreciated more than anything them being able to check my car out that same day with no appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you guys so much!!

I really appreciate all of the honest and fair priced work tire town as done on my vehicle. I have been visiting them for the past 2 years to have any work done on my vehicle. The mechanics and staff are friendly and informative and go over what is wrong and what they have to do to fix it and preventative maintenance that is needed to keep problems at bay. I would reccomend Tire town to anyone who is having car issues. Robert and crew have been a total blessing, 5 stars.

Robert at Tire Town Automotive Center is simply the most helpful, most dedicated mechanic I've ever had work on one of my vehicles. He worked unceasingly on my car attempting to diagnose and correct the mystery problems, going to great lengths to research the issue. He spent countless hours downloading the manufacturer's software to update the car's computers. He not only fixed the problem, he did so while keeping me apprised of what was being done and why. This is a modern, clean, comfortable shop run by kind, considerate, and highly competent folks. You can't go wrong with Robert and company at Tire Town!

Tire Town is my favorite business to patronize for complete tire services. It s always nice to receive honest, quality services from friendly, local business owners. I own four Hondas and they have all been serviced here.I highly recommend Tire Town.

Outstanding people with outstanding service! We were stuck in S. Florida with our RV and a bad transmission while vacationing from Ohio. Tire Town Automotive offer us their help and great service on a Jasper transmission with 100K warranty. They went above and beyond to assist us and repair our truck. Mark and Will (son), owners were compassionate and thoroughly explained all our repair options. All the mechanics were professional and first-rate while working diligently and straightaway to get us back on the road! Thank you Tire Town!

Mark and Robert are the only people that I d take my vehicles to in Tallahassee, have so for 10+ years. They don t sell you on unnecessary services. Stand up guys that do stand up work. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Tire Town since we moved to Tallahassee in 2010. Kris and Mark are some of the most honest, straight-up mechanics you'll meet. They have never pressured us into doing any more repairs than necessary. On some of the bigger issues, they helped us prioritize what needed to be done first so we could budget things out over a few weeks/months.Here's an example of the quality experience you can expect from Tire Town. I was having some front axle issues, and Tire Town installed the replacements, then warrantied them out with new replacements after the problems persisted. They told me it was a transmission problem and I needed another transmission. That's never something you want to hear from a mechanic, and since it's one of the costliest repairs a car owner can make, I took the car to a transmission specialist for a second opinion and then to a Honda dealer just to confirm. Both told me my problem was bad aftermarket axles, not the transmission. I was relieved and went back and spoke to Kris at Tire Town, who told me they were 100% sure it was the transmission...but he agreed to warranty out the axles one last time with OEM parts. A few days after I got the car back, I started having issues again, and on the way to take it to Tire Town...the transmission completely failed. They were very gracious and helped me sort out the best options for a transmission replacement. It did take a few weeks to get my car back, but no sign of the problems I had before. This just proved to me that Kris and Mark know what they are doing, and their patience with me during the process was incredible. I can't recommend them highly enough to folks in Tallahassee. And hey, they are a local business, so support local businesses like Tire Town, especially top notch mechanics.

Mark and Robert are honest caring and perfectionist in their work. I don t let anybody else touch my vehicles. They fix it right the first time. Between my mothers car, daughter, sons and two of mine they have kept us safely on the road.Ashley

I trust what they tell me. I do some of my own work on my car. What I see and they say align. They use quality parts, and do reliable work. I have been going to them on and off for years. They are a little expensive but worth the extra for peace of mind.

I took my car there a couple of months ago to get a sensor put on my car. After about a month later my check engine light came back on so I call to see if I could bring my car back in. The older guy that sits in the front refuse to let me bring my car back in saying that I call and threaten his son he told a complete lie on me. I have never seen such a rude person in my life and I would not recommend no one there especially if you have to deal with him.I hope he go back for training to learn how to treat customers especially once he's been paid for the job and is refusing to fix my car

On my way to Alabama I stopped by and had my tires changed. My family was already tired from the long drive and the stress caused byHurrricane Irma. Rob and Mark made us feel so welcomed and secured. Great service. Thank u guys
