Absolutely horrible experience, they told me they couldn't get the part in for my car. I then told them I'll go pick one up and drop it off, they said that sounds great. 1 hr later they called me and asked me what we're doing with it. I told them I was out of town at the moment and ordered the part at Oriellys... they told me that they had one in stock now, and said they needed it to get finished to free up the lift, so i told them to just do it. I showed up to the dealership 90 minutes later, they told me that they were waiting for me to bring the part to them. I then went to oriellys to pick up the part which was apparently delivered to tallahassee ford already while I was waiting those 90 minutes. So I went to autozone to pick up the same part and take it to tallahassee ford so they could finish my car. They then called me 30 minutes later and said bad news the part you got doesn't fit your car. I said ok put the oriellys part on it, because he insisted that it would be a perfect fit. 30 more minutes go by and they said yeah bad news that part didn't work either, but we were able to use the old part instead. Not only was the service department unprofessional, but they lied to me about test driving the car after they did the repairs on it. I literally watched the mechanic drive it out of the shop and drop it offoutside 5he service department. I caution everyone before puting your trust in them. The vehicle drives even worse now then it did when I brought it there in the first place. Definitely NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Horrible Service Department at this location. Worth your time to drive to another location an hour away to have your vehicle serviced. Don t trust what they tell you here . Shady is the best way to describe them.

I walked in at my appointment time and was greeted Mrs. Jackie. She worked with me regarding my vehicle and informed me exactly what I needed. She was very friendly and made the Ford service experience really easy and seamless. The complimentary coffee was delicious. Thank you.

A bad experience all around for service. Wanted to get oil change and the oil sending unit changed - 2013 F150 5.0 has a known problem with the oil pressure sensor going off at low RPMs. Tried for a few weeks to get to talk to someone no response from questions sent via website, 1 call got routed to a call center, where after 5 minutes of taking my vital statistics, was informed they couldn t help me and they would have someone call me back. Never received a call. Finally booked their fast lane service, with a note that I needed the oil sending unit changed. Showed up for the appointment, and when I went to check in was told they couldn t replace the sending unit without a specific appointment, and earliest out was 3 months. Forget it. I will take my business elsewhere.

Eric was great. His communication from setting the appointment to sending me appointment reminders to status updates on the service was impeccable. On my way to work I realized I had ended up with a Nail in my tire. I booked an appointment with the help of my Service Advisor Montana. Not only was everything done quickly and in a professional manner, the customer service was excellent. These guys are AWESOME! If ever I am in Tallahassee and need a team that is focused on being there for the customer this is the place to go. Desperate for an emergency repair during a long distance trip this service team really went above and beyond to fit us in to their schedule and provide us a place to stay cool. They communicated with us the entire time and kept us abreast of progress. Service teams too often get the short end....this team deserves recognition!Services: Electrical repair, Battery

I have had mixed experiences with the service center at Tallahassee Ford. In my most recent experience, I would not rate them well. It was difficult to schedule an appointment (I had to call 3 different times). When I did get an appointment it was 2 months out.I ended up going 30 miles away to Thomasville. They are the kindest people, very helpful, and I only had to wait about a week.

We were on our way from Mobile Alabama to Orlando Florida and got a nail in our tire. The service team at Tallahassee Ford were friendly and attentive. They got my vehicle in and out quickly with no appointment so I could get back on the road to visit my family. Thank you Roy for making it happen. If any dealership has a bad rap sheet, it's because they don't model their business after Tallahassee Ford. These guys are friendly and efficient and are on the customer's side. It's all about you when you bring your vehicle there for service.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Waited 3 months for service after first lady "put us on the list" while saying that they were booked up for a month. After month past with no communication, was told we didn't have an appointment, it will be another 7 weeks. Took truck in at 10AM (appointment time) .They got to it 2 days later. Fred was courteous but the scheduling situation was pathetic.Service: Auto maintenance

Bought vehicle here advertised as certified pre owned which would include bumper to bumper coverage. Salesman switched papers on me during signing so that they can now argue they didn't sell me a CPO vehicle and any cost is mine to assume. Beware dishonest salesman here.Service dept is greatly appreciated, if they don't try to cheat me again on a long pending maverick order I may continue to do business here... albeit wary of past practices.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Went to the dealership to have a spare key programmed for my truck. I was told it would take around an hour and that it was an hour of labor. Waited for 2 hours and they had still not touched my truck. After complaining they pulled my truck in the shop and programmed the key in 10 minutes. So, I waited for 2.5 hours and was charged an hour of labor and $25 for shop supplies for something that took them 10 minutes to do.
