I can t say enough good things about Chris and the employees. They kept me updated through the process, worked diligently, and did a fantastic job. Then I got my car back cleaner than I bought it. Took my car in here for repairs on a wreck that was not my fault. The work was subpar. They were replacing the front bumper and some headlights. When I received my car back there was a headlight still out that they listed as replaced the front bumper has a gap that they replaced so it s completely uneven. To top off their quality work, their employees removed a $500 wallet from my vehicle while it was in their possession and did not offer any kind of compensation or even an apology for them stealing out of my person vehicle. It you can avoid using them, do so.The photos listed are the opposite sides of the bumper, the photos speak of their work.If you do go here, good luck.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tallahassee Collision Center to have some work done on my car, and I can confidently say that I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff at this autobody shop were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain the repairs that needed to be made and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. They also kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I always knew exactly what was going on with my car. The quality of the work itself was also outstanding. My car looks as good as new, and I'm thrilled with the results. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking to get repairs done.Service: Body & Trim

My new 2019 Lincoln Nautilus was keyed and I was devastated to say the least! I decided to go to Tallahassee Collision Center for repair and I couldn't have made a BETTER DECISION! The eork required 3 layers of paint work to restore the color, that was unique to my Black Label edition Nautilus! EXCELLENT JOB! The work they do over there is Great! I am totally satisfied, and the work comes with lifetime warranty! Thanks Tallahassee Collision Center!!!

The customer service I received at Tallahassee Collision center was awesome. They were very kind and helpful and washed my car down for me during pollen season before returning it. The pricing was reasonable for the repairs as well. Very easy company to work with and seem to genuinely care about the customers and the services they provide.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible service! My simple repairs took 6-7 weeks to complete. Not to mention my car is having additional problems after their service. Ronda Corley is a horrible receptionist that calls clients names over the phone and hangs up on them while discussing issues. I hope this business loses its contract with Geico. I will make sure to file a compliant with Geico as well so they can know how terrible this place is.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely disgraceful service. Our car was vandalized, it as towed here by our insurance company In January. Its now May, we were told it was finished. When we showed up they wouldn't let us see the car inside until we paid the deductible. After that we found they had not done half of the work that was needed. There were holes in the panel s , scratches in the paint, window was still smashed. It was dirty, there was glass inside and items that they told us were stolen (which we replaced) were in the car, which means they didn't even take a second to look for the item when asked about it. The entire experience was just excuses and poor workmanship AND we had to buy a new car because they took so long and we couldnt run our household in one car. DONT waste your time here and if your provider wants to use them ask for another location.

Brought my in for repairs per Gieco. They did an outstanding job on the fender repair. They couldn't find a replacement taillight for my 2002 mercury cougar. And when they replaced my tire they completely scratched my rim and i called and they said they would call me back and they never did, so i called and i have to bring my car in again. The guy told me 8 o clock when i know they open at 7 30. Tom seems to be a respectable guy so i hope they take care of the issue that they caused because i have before and after pictures of it.

First off let me start by saying these people have zero communication skills, not once did they call and keep me updated on my car I had to call several times to get updates on my car not to mention every time I would call, I would always get the run around about my car being ready. Before my car was sent to them my shift gears were working perfectly fine.. I was not even aware of my car not being able to shift into the reverse gear UNTIL I called trying to get an update on my car once again poor communication on their behalf this has to have been one of the worst experiences ever dealing with them.

Worst service I have ever had. Someone named Kevin or kelvin I believe. He was very rude to me but perfectly nice to the girl who walked in after me and my brother. I was in a accident, not my fault, and they charge a 10% betterment fee on the tire. Well I didn't have money so my brother was gonna pay it who lives and Gainesville. They don't take payment over the phone. Kevin/Kelvin goes "honestly it 2018 y'all are brother and sister. He should be able to cash app you." I told him I don't have cash app and he was just very rude. Asked my brother 5 times for his email address which wasn't hard literally 10 letters. I got there they couldn't find my keys for 15 minutes. They returned my card dirty as anything. There was dust or standing covering every surface of my car inside. My driver floor mat was covered in dirt. There was a big drop of white paint on my window that I had to scrape off. It looks like they took off my door handle off my old door and just welded it on. There's like a metal piece that sticking out that shouldn't be there that's not on any of my other door handles. If I could write a zero I definitely would. Oh and they didn't even hook my battery back up correctly! I went to Auto zone for a battery check and the connectors were not even screwed together.

Steer clear of this shop if you want a job done right the first, second, or THIRD time!!!!!!! The only employee there that showed decent customer service skills was Marian. I took my car there to have the doors painted, and when I went to pick the car up, it had runs on the bottom of the door and you could clearly see streaks in the paint. So I brought it to them a second time, and they buffed the runs out of the paint, and down to bare metal. They had the nerve to ask if I wanted them to fix it!!!! So again, third time they are working on my car, they had to re-paint the spot with bare metal and buff another run from the door. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I only used them because they are GEICO's preferred shop. Stay away if you value your time and money.

I had my husbands truck repaired after someone hit his F150 and they did such a fine job that when someone hit me in in September, I didn't hesitate to take my Ford Taurus there. Timely repairs, great workmanship and friendly customer service. The employees are a group of people who truly care about the quality of their work and my satisfaction. My car is gorgeous again Lifetime guarantee on repairs as long as I own the vehicles too. What's not to love!

2/17/16 - I've read reviews from other paint and body shops, had a bad experience with the previous shop where I took my car, so I wonder if all paint and body shops cater to insurance companies and have no respect for the paying customer anymore.In November 2015, I brought my car in to have the hood repainted from the shoddy job of another shop, to repair the headlights and taillights, my driver's side door hinge and window, and they were going to buff the car out.They kept my car for four weeks with me calling each week, hoping it was finished. Finally they said it was ready, but when I got a ride to pick it up, the only thing that had been completed was repainting the hood. That's it, plus there was an $80 charge for buffing the car, yet it still had visible bug and dirt residue, as well as scuff marks.I left and was told my car was completely ready a couple of weeks later. Went by to pick it up and the lights worked, car was clean, but the driver's side door was still broken. The window still had the 2" gap, a part on the door panel had been broken where they had taken it off and broke the tab, and the hinge was still bent and squeaking.I arranged with the manager, Marc, to bring my car in the following Monday morning and pick it up Tuesday afternoon. that would give them two days to repair the door. I left it that Monday morning, driving in from almost the Georgia line, and called Tuesday afternoon to pick it up. When I called Dawn stated that Marc was out with a family emergency that day and that I could pick the car up. When I got there it hadn't been touched. The panel had never been taken off and parts had not been ordered.I spoke with Dawn and she said she'd ask Marc to call me but I never heard from him. I've left messages. I left several messages for the owner, Eddie, with both the man at the front desk, Isaac, and many messages for Eddie with Dawn, to call me or give me a time to meet with him about my car, thinking that surely he would honor his company's work. I never heard from anyone. I saw him in the shop when I stopped by one time, but after my calls were ignored that many times, I knew my business nor my presence valued.When I first brought my car in, the owner, Eddie, looked at my car and stated he would make sure I was taken care of. He seemed like a man of integrity, but over the months of trying to get my car fixed...I am again leaving disappointed in the man and the trade.I was told by the manager that insurance work was their "bread and butter." The little job here and there for the individual customer would seem to be a waste of their time. After this experience, it was yet another waste of my time as well.2/25/16Still not a phone call from Mark , the manager, or from Eddie, the owner.I left my old Honda Civic there for me to be able to drive after I leave my car for repair. I will arrange to pick it up and be done with this company.3/1/16 - Still no returned call or response from the manager or the owner. I guess they just hope I ll give up. Truly poor service from beginning to the end. I will pick up my car tomorrow.

Representatives here from Geico and Enterprise are thorough, helpful, informative, and consistent in relaying information, answering any questions, and providing any additional services. The associates at the Collision Center are likewise capable in their assistance of customers. They work quickly, pay attention to detail, keep you informed regarding the timeline of repairs and perhaps most importantly they complete exceptional repairs. I got my car back from their shop in immaculate condition, it was clearly taken excellent care of, and the repairs to the bodywork were pristine, as though it rolled straight out of the factory. If I ever have more bodywork repairs to complete, I will certainly return!

During hurricane Michael we had two vehicles damaged by trees falling on them. We took our vehicles there because that was my insurance companies prefered body shop. They were a pain to deal with. After months we still don't have everything fixed. They don't call when the work isn't done on schedule. You have to call them and when you you do they will tell you not to call them. They installed faulty parts and I still have not got them replaced. I will never do business with them again.

Took my Dodge in for repairs. They were ready for me..had my rental ready anf waiting..when my truck was ready..it was washed and waiting for me. The staff was professional .explained what they were gonna do and kept in touch with me. I highly recommend and appreciate the service. Im taking both of my other cars there to be taken care of.

Gerron was my contact. He was professional, patient and friendly. He kept me informed every step of the way via phone call. I did not have to race back and forth across town for updates. Stay away from this shop! We were on vacation in the area when a tree fall on our truck, Geico sent us here. Our technicians were Chris and Jeff. The paint job they did is horrible, bubbles & overspray everywhere. Exposed metal on the roof (that has now rusted). There are many chips and scrapes in the paint. They did not seal our back window properly and now it leaks. Finally get our truck back after a whole month, get home and are now suing Tallahassee Collision Center to get our truck completely redone. I highly recommend staying away from this shop at all costs!

It took them nearly two weeks just to swap some wheels on my truck. They then attempted to charge me for an alignment I never ordered, which I had to request they remove from the invoice. Lastly, I gave them new lug nuts to install in the wheel swap, but they used my old lug nuts which were damaged and had to later be pounded out. I had to order new lug nuts while out of town. I requested either a refund of my $50 service or $50 to pay for the new lug nuts I had to obtain while out of town. They never responded.

This place doesn't deserve ANY STARS! Lies upon lies from the moment they took my car. Was told I would not incur any charges if they had VW access for any electrical issues due to being rear ended. When I picked up the car I was handed a bill for over a hundred for diagnostics which they would have to do to find any problems either way... (mind you I clearly stated to CALL ME before doing any work)... I should have NEVER been charged ANYTHING as I was not at fault in the accident as I was rear ended. However, Within 15 minutes of being told I owe about a hundred they changed the bill amount twice claiming they had to charge for 'mark-up' so they could stay in business. Over a $40 increase for mark-up. Another excuse for the increase in price was that 'Dawn' hadn't entered it into the computer..... LIES! These people are JOKERS!

Geico Preferred place. It took them 2 months to do a job that took only 2 weeks. They didn't call us, I called them and they told me day by day that it would be done by tomorrow. After 2 months, received my car the AC line was damaged. Took the car back up there and they fixed the problem but, an employee STOLE MY AMPS out of my car. I was pissed and they didnt replace them. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN, DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't recommend this place. Customer service is poor no communication. They don't keep u updated on how your vehicle is being handled. You have to call them. My gas was used and miles put on my car. I believe my car was fixed elsewhere. Stories changed to muchCar filthy Wouldn't go to this place

The worst service. I was rear-ended by someone and had my car fixed here. After my bumper was repaired, I was told they would take it to the dealer for a diagnosis (was NOT told that would cost over $100) and when I was told my car was ready for pick up, I was handed a bill for $117. I argued with them and told them I was personally told I would not owe anything and after the repair, especially since I wasnt at fault. I went to pay the $117 and was told I then owed $159!! unbelieveable and they wouldnt drop the charge or give me my car back unless I paid. I do NOT recommend any body go here. Check and get in writting that if you arent at fault, you wont pay for anything.

It took them over 2 months to fix my vehicle, and I had to take it back because they failed to do it right the first time. Every week they called me to say it would be done by the following week, and every week it was a lie.

BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! I also had huge problems with this shop as it was my Geico Preferred shop. For a job that should have taken no more than two weeks, I received my car after about 3 MONTHS! Each time being delayed for "unforeseen circumstances". STAY AWAY!

This is a FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. Do not repair your vehicle with them. Its OWNED and PARTNERSHIP WITH GEICO INSURANCE.Never take your Vehicle to this place. You have been W A R N E D,...and I hope you can read.I'm giving -50 STARS, but no option for that, and that should tell you how bad they are. It was a miserable experience.
