As a customer for about a year, I am very pleased with the knowledge and efficiency of Tallahassee Car Care. They have repaired my brakes, A/C issues, CV joints and suspension system on my 09 Routan quickly and priced reasonably. They are my only ToGoTo service center.

Mr. Larry fixed my car at 1/3 of the price of other shops and did it so much faster than they would ve done it. His experience and expertise saved me a lot of time and money. I am a young college student and have felt taken advantage of by car repair shops but Mr. Larry walked me through everything and explained all of my options. Great management! I brought my car here a few months ago for some wheel bearings work, and thought it d be covered under warranty. Well, thank goodness for Larry because he discovered that my warranty had been switched up which led me to work with my dealership to investigate what could ve happened (an ongoing saga). Meanwhile, Larry diagnosed the issues and communicated with me often about the car, due to various circumstances, I wasn t able to bring it in for the work until mid December, and it was such a doozy of a problem that it took longer than expected to fix. However, Larry was communicative and kind every step of the way, and when I was able to pick the car up yesterday, it sounded brand new - so quite I didn t believe it was my car!! Thank you to Larry & the team, I know this was a pain in the butt assignment and I m so grateful for your patience, professionalism, and great work done.

I will continue to come back to Tallahassee Car Care for all maintenance on my car. They are very hospitable, they know what they're doing and can explain everything in detail to you about your car's needs. In my opinion, they're affordable as well and they work effectively and quickly for the amount of people they have there. I've been coming to Tallahassee Car Care since 2015 when I first got my car. I have never once wanted to go anywhere else; the staff are friendly, and Mike in particular is an honest and knowledgeable professional. He has always explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and has always answered any questions I've had about my car and maintenance. He also saved me $2000 in repairs after I had to go to the Nissan dealership for a CVT diagnosis and they tried to overstate minor issues with my car. All in all, this is an excellent business.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

The kinda place I love a country setting little hole in the wall so to speak with great service . Treated like family and the master mechanic Larry really knows his stuff. Not sure what he gets paid but it's definitely not enough....

It is very overdue for me to write this review, and I apologize for that. If I had to wait that long for my service I wouldn't be writing this!Mike and all the crew at Tallahassee Car Care Center are the cream of the crop when it comes to Customer Service. You know, in this incredibly competitive world of business, there is only one thing that will make you stand out among all others. That's how you treat your customers and what kind of service you will give them. Will you go the extra mile - will you do whatever it takes to please them so they will come back and also spread the word?I'm here to tell you, this is THE place to go for all of that and more! The prices are fair, the work is solid and they stand behind their work. Why do they do that? Because they're professionals who have been at this location for quite a few years, developing a positive reputation, and they plan to remain that way.If you want to experience a professional, knowledgeable and fair auto repair adventure, like you may never have experienced before, stop in and say howdy! They are honest mechanics. They will tell you what is wrong with your vehicles and they will give you options as well as their recommendations, even if they will not be making a profit. My only issue was Tallahassee Car Care doesn't probably any credit regarding any payments. However, just speak to them and they may be able to work something out for you. Thanks, Mr. Larry for fixing one of my vehicle's issues.

Bobby and Mike are phenomenal. They are courteous, professional, and among the best in the mechanic field. Between the two of them, potential problems with my vehicle have been identified where they otherwise would have been missed, and the prices are always fair. I will always bring my vehicle to TCCC for servicing, because I trust that they are the absolute best to handle the job, and it will be done in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

My engine under cover got loose. They were able to see me that same day 1h before closing. They fixed my car super fast and didn't even charge me for it! Definitely recommend them! (the entrance is right behind the pool shop)

Big shout out to Tallahassee Car Care on W. Tharpe St. in Tallahassee. They did a great job fixing Jake s truck. Not to mention they are showing a surcharge on their invoices for the minimum wage increase! Small businesses cannot absorb these costs like big businesses. We all said that we the people would absorb the increase. So proud to support a company that puts it out there honestly and not try to hide it in their prices!! Great job!!!! The best repair shop I've been to thus far. Mike is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. All of the workers are extremely knowledgable and offer fair prices. Many mechanics try to rip off their customers but Mike tells it like it is and makes sure you are comfortable with the work he does on your vehicle. Love this place!!

There isn't a better mechanic on this side of the Mississippi. Most up front mechanic I know. Will give you the best advice and deal around. Mike is very knowledgeable about automotives and competent in his abilities. Premium value and quality service with close attention to detail. You get a job done here and you drive away knowing it was done right. Hands down the best quality car repair shop in Tallahassee.

I had a great experience with this place. Mike was VERY helpful. I broke down passing through Tallahassee and he was very understanding and really took the time to help me understand ALL of my options in regards to repairs, even if they benefited me more than him. Also, he went above and beyond by arranging a pickup during a time that they were usually closed because I had to travel back to the city. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a honest, trustworthy place to take your car you cannot beat Tallahassee Car Care Center. I have a child who attends FSU and being so far away it is nice to know that you can find the best here. they stand by their work and go the extra mile. So if you like me have a child or even yourself a car that needs work this is the place to go. I thank them for taking such good care of my child. I am impressed with their honesty and kindness. You guys are the best. Kudo's to you!

It's very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic - I doubt anyone disagrees with that. This place is a bit different, they'll tell you exactly what's wrong with your car and even explain it in detail so you can understand. Instead of trying to sell me expensive tires he recommended the cheapest option that doesn't sacrifice quality. When someone puts my interests in mind, despite their ability to profit off of otherwise, that is good service that I will gladly recommend.

Great place to get your car serviced! I went in for an estimate and they were able to have it fixed the next day! They told me ahead of time that there could be more problems when they got it on the lift so that there were no unexpected expenses which is great! Bottom line- if you need your car repaired, come here.

Big Nate is the best! He got me into a car when no one else would. Very happy with the customer service that I recieved! My salesman Gabriel went above and beyond to make me a happy car customer!

My experience here was amazing, Mike is such a nice and friendly guy and he's not trying to steal all your money by looking for 'problems' with your car. Not to mention he is a very handsome person to look at. Anyway I would highly recommend this shop this shop for people in the Tallahassee area

I have been to many mechanics in Tallahassee and I am so glad I found Mike and TCCC. They are always so helpful, very upfront and open with all matters when dealing with my vehicle. I have had my intake gasket changed with them on a 2000 Pontiac grandam and they did such an excellent job that I now take my 2005 Mazda to them as well. I have had a lot of terrible experiences (one mainly at Mike's Garage 1881 W Pensacola St) and it is such a relief to have TCCC helping me keep my car healthy. Hope this helps! Especially for young girls who are really unfamiliar with Tallahassee and of course with their vehicles.

I had such a positive experience here. They quickly solved my problem, charged me a reasonable price less than the original quote, AND fixed my glove compartment door gratis when they noticed it was broken. I will definitely be back!

Mike always lets us know what all is going on, what can wait and what will need to be taken care of quickly. We all three have used cars and appreciate the clear explanations and speed of service this facility provides.

my son is a student at FSU, this mechanic gave him an estimate of $900 to fix his car. He took it to Tuffy and they fixed it for $300. One thing that made me suspicious is that they have too many google reviews all saying how honest and competent they are, it sounded too good to be true. It was. They are just another Tallahassee merchant who think they can take advantage of students and their parents' wallets.

Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Mike and his crew were up front about the estimates. Sure, some places might be cheaper for certain repairs but atleast the work done here will stay repaired. I trust that this team knows what they're doing.

Went in knowing what I wanted done and let them know the issues I'm trying to fix. They respected it, suggested possible other fixes if the requested didn't fix it, but didn't get pushy.Got me in and out pretty fast despite being a walk in. My only regret is I hadn't gone to them years ago. Could've saved so much money and headaches if I went with them

Great guys!!! Brought my daughter's car in for a repair a few weeks ago because it was stalling out on her. Mike researched tirelessly as to the cause of the issue until it was resolved.
