Absolutely terrible! Very unorganized no sense of urgency. After waiting an hour I saw only 2 vehicles that got serviced I finally gave up and left. I saw atleast 4 employees that were "working" there and still only managed to get 2 cars out in and hour. I could have done those myself in 30 minutes. Unfortunately as an employee for the state of Florida we have a vendor list for services and take 5 is our oil change vendor so I have to use them. I will be recommending that we find another vendor for future oil changes. I understand everyone has an off day but this was not the case here. Location is poorly ran and needs some serious help.

I guess it not the home of the ten minute oil change. Waited over a hr before I got service. Was only one car in front of me. They need to work on speed and efficiency. Not a place to come if you have somewhere to be.

Kyle was very pleasant to talk to. He was extremely professional. Fast and courteous service. And thanks to a coupon I received from website. My oil change was affordable being I am disabled and live on a strict budget, the whole staff was professional and proficient. Very unorganized. Took a hour and a half twice this week. Separate vehicles. All they did was argue about who had to do what. Had three guys on one car instead of working together on two or three. That place use to commute and be a 20 minute wait. Now it s 30 minutes per car in front of you.

The employees are friendly and fast. They offered me a drink and asked me how my day was going which I felt that they really cared. Not very pleased with the service that I received on yesterday. It definitely in no way resembles the service that your commercial displays and what your business name indicates. Multiple vehicles sitting waiting for services while only 2 of the 4 employees were actually working.The 2 techs working on my truck almost made me drive directly to any other business just to verify that everything was done correctly. The gentleman down in the pit under my truck was actually calling out to the other employee that he didn't know where the oil filter was. When he found it, he was knocking around so long I asked the top level tech what was he doing under my truck. When he finally finished (hopefully everything was put back correctly) I asked the top level tech to reset my maintenance light on the dash and he told me I could look it up on Google to reset it.I gave your business a try due to it's location near my job, but I am sure I will just go to the dealership from now on, surprisingly the dealership is cheaper and I get full synthetic and not the synthetic blend I got yesterday.

Everyone was very polite and helpful even though I came at a busy time. I was greeted with a smile, some water, and they even turned on an individual fan for each person getting service while waiting.One thing I can t stand is someone trying to sell me items I don t need when getting my oil changed and they never do this here, but when I truly need them, thank you!

The service was horrible at Take 5 on Tennessee St. in front of Walmart. The service guy seem to be under the influence of some kind of substance and wasn t concerned. I asked to speak with his manger and he never came.I feel my service wasn t to my satisfaction. Therefore I will not be going back to that location!

I was greeted within minutes of my arrival at the shop with a cold bottle of water. Explain about all the specials and discounts. Beysun changed my oil within minutes and I was on my way. Kyle did a very great job on putting air in my tires. I usually put air in my tires myself but he had helped a lot by doing it for me and let me know that one of my tires needed a to be checked at.

The gentleman that work here are friendly but not excessively knowledgeable about different models of cars. Please keep in mind while you are a customer here that these guys are not ASE certified mechanics and only do oil changes and Air filter, oil filters, and windshield wipers. They do not Branch out Beyond these services. It is nice to get a cold bottle of water for yourself and every passenger of your vehicle. The only thing I could think that would make it better is if they offered doggy biscuits for those of us customers that have furry four-legged friends that would also like a surprise.

I got my oil changed on Tuesday 9/12/23 and my check engine light is on now and today is Thursday 9/14/23. A 2-day difference and now im having a car issue with powering steering and the check engine light is on. I'm very disappointed and no I was not having any issues with my car before I got this oil change. I will not be returning to do business with Take 5.

Got there 5 minutes before opening. Ended up waiting for 15 minutes and they didn t even open at the time listed. The guy who was there said he was a manager but didn t open it because his guy was late.
