I will never go there again, the cost is ridiculous. I will continue to go elsewhere for my future service. I think something went wrong with putting back on oil filter, something about a screw, I better be able to have it serviced again and not have a problem, I ask what was going on and they said oh nothing.. we will see. Over 100. for an oil change is a little more than a retired person can handle. Nice people working for the wrong company.

If I could give them ZERO I would, I had the worst experience just for me to have an oil leak a month later all over my transmission. I don t recommend them to anyone who values their car. You will end up spending more money elsewhere because of there carelessness and lack of knowledge to change oil properly.

Gave me great service as usual, but manager decided to park his vehicle in the middle of the driveway. When I asked him why he said it's because the cars were driving through there. I told him get combs and put a sign that says go around. This is very inconvenient for the customer to sit behind a car not knowing if someone just ran in there or what. This is not the way to solve this problem.

I normally do not complete these unless the service was exceptional. My experience today with the young lady and gentlemen that worked on my car was definitely exceptional. She especially went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I normally go to Take 5 closest to work, however, I was unable to be serviced. The nice guy working advised he would not be able to service me as he was the only one there - as everyone quit and said it was due to low pay. It was incredibly disheartening to know he was there alone and had to sit for 12 hours doing nothing. I'd assume a major business would take better care of their employees. But it seems this is not the case. I encouraged him to apply at my job as we have many positions open for people who want to work.

Always great service, gentlemen who ensure I'm taken care of as well as my vehicle! When I have a question, I'm given thorough answers, grateful for a trustworthy place to have an oil change, with many options from basic to synthetic. They offer suggestions at certain mileage, but don't push sales of unneeded work.Thank you Take 5 Team!!#M100 #MCATDT #IYKYK

I take my company vehicles here for oil changes and every time they are exceptionally nice and helpful. I've never had anything but a good experience with any of the employees here but today I went and had great service from Chris and Thomas. They were both very friendly, helpful, and fast.

The customer service was excellent. They were friendly, prompt, offered me a complementary water by a nice young man. Jessica the assistant manager was great. She helped me entertain my 4 year old who was getting a bit restless in his car seat during the oil change. All you could ask for and such a positive experience.

It was quick. The staff was helpful.They offer free fill-up if you are still under the given mileage threshold and did not hit the next scheduled maintenance date.

I'm not sure if I will be taking either one of my four vehicles at Take 4 for oil changes anymore. The last two times+each time at different locations) the so called mangers were so rude and disrespectful. Both times the workers are the one that assisted with the situation. I was told I would be getting a call regarding the matter and I never have.Take 5 is going down the drain.

Soooo popular just after getting off from work BUT nice lady told me right up front it would be awhile. Gave me a bottle of water.The guy kept me well informed of everything.. they checked oil level behind each other and checked my tires without my having to ask.Gary had me reset oil indicator which some shops forget to do.Great service and friendly folks.!

They are friendly & fairly quick. However, they lack professionalism. There was a dark-skinned guy complaining that cars were arriving too late. I arrived at 6:30pm & they close at 7pm. Im hoping since he was clearly annoyed they still did a good job. Also, I dont want to feel bad patronizing a business during their hours. If you don't like your job, please take your negativity elsewhere.

Employees seemed that it was a bother to be there. When asking questions I got the eyes roll twice. Then after purchase of wiper blades at 27 dollars each they don't work well and are already streaking. Staffed seemed preoccupied when asking about prior oil change the day before I'm told only if I have the Vin number can they look it up as they did not print sticker for return date. Could go on further but won't , will definitely think twice before spending 160 for oil and wipers again.

Appalachia Pkwy at Paul Russell is the best. Been going there for a while and have enjoyed every visit. Highly recommended.

After asking 3 times and being told no they replaced the filter Anyway way and charged me over $30 making my oil change $172.00. Plus they have removed my previous review

My cabin air filter was installed backwards, my oil filter housing is stripped and they can t get it off, so now i cant get my oil changed. Take five is great. The employees are always having a good time but still prompt and professional which is what I consider a good sign. They never try to do any unnecessary upselling either.

Fast friendly service. My main location is in Tampa, but they had no issue checking fluid levels at their location in Tallahassee.
