This place deserves a zero. It took me a very long time to not come on here just to curse them out. I believe in karma. They lied how long it would take to fix, they lied about actually fixing my car, they FORGOT to put the screws and parts actually back on the car. My bumper is barely holding on.They refused to send my insurance the proper paperwork for them to reimburse me properly. I ended up have to pay for 2 deductibles. I now have a car that shakes violently when I drive and it s so dangerous to literally drive and I have to make payments.They also brought my car to other places that also touched my car without my permission. They absolutely refuse to tell my insurance or myself what specifically was done to my car. It seems I probably now have a transmission problem and I have a lot of lights that pop on and off since receiving my car back.Do not come here at all!!!!! Every single women in town who works hard for their money should never every come to this place. Rock WILL lied about his capabilities to fix your car and dip off with you money after he s done playing arts and craft with your car. You get what you pay for .I would have been better off leaving my car towed off at my apartment and waited to be seen by the collision center on lake Bradford nearest to the temporary RV parking lot they open for FSU football games.Ladies and gents you have been warned! Don t lose on money, job opportunities, and whole load of set backs to deal with mediocre, disastrous mechanical car repair at this location.

The worst auto body shop to ever go to. They took parts off my car took my led lights out my headlights and replaced them with $19.99 Amazon lights. Painted my car with paint that has been chipping since September . They used all cheap and used parts on my car. When my claim was going through the insurance which means he could have fixed my car correctly. Very rude shadetree mechanics. I advise nobody to take their car to them. No receipt kept my car for 2 plus months didn t even call me to come pick it up. Never changed anything just took stuff off my car. They are the worst most horrible mechanics in the world. Never again.!!

I absolutely love this place. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Mr. Carlton Sheffield was extremely down to earth, helpful and a man of his word. I came in with a few scratches on my front & back bumper & he said my repair would take a day; I got my car back the next day. Very timely, affordable prices. I ll definitely be back (even though I hope I won t have to lol) thank you Mr. Carlton!

I had a wonderful experience here! They fixed my front bumper up, just the way I asked them to! My bumper was barely hanging on, and instead of trying to sell me a detailed fix, or worse a new bumper, they just attached it and screwed it on, JUST LIKE I ASKED! I was back to slow-rolling in the Tallahassee-summer-heat in 20 minutes and the price was under what they quoted to me! Thank you to Sheffield's Body Shop. You have a loyal customer! Ps watch out armadillos!

My experience at Sheffield was great, he fixed my car body to perfection, my car looks brand new again! They are very professional and I would recommend him to anyone that need good auto body work done! And I would use his service again...

I had my car repaired at Sheffield s after I was sideswiped. I had damage to the front and side of the car on the passenger side. I went to get my oil changed and was informed that the engine mount was broken. This would have been from the accident, and should have been replaced with the repair. I have also struggled with my right headlight going in and out. We discovered that the wiring on the light had been repaired by them as well. All of this, and they had my car for over a month. I would go somewhere else....

I will NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone!! They scratched the front of my car and when we asked about it, they lied and said it was already there. I took pictures before I brought the car and they still told me they would not fix THE DAMAGE THAT THEY HAD DONE!!! I tried to support a black business but this is the reason why you cant. They are rude and will mess up your car and leave you with paying for the damage!

I wish there was less than one star rating. I had my BMW Z4 painted by Sheffield s and had to return it twice due to major flaws in the paint. After the third time and it still wasn t right and I think they actually used a can of spray paint, in addition to ripping my headliner off of the interior of the car. As if that wasn t enough they lied and said that it came to the shop with the headliner already destroyed. Go somewhere else give someone else your business these people do not do quality work even after multiple chances, and they are liars. I m in the process of filing a small claims suit against them to try and recoup some of the money it cost me to fix the headliner and repair the horrible paint job.

I have done business with Sheffield Body Shop, Inc for years on three different vehicles. Never went no longer than four days without either vehicle. The owner Rock and his staff are very Professional and friendly. I highly recommend anyone whose looking for body work to be done on their vehicle to take it to Sheffield Body Shop, Inc and ask for Rock or Carlton:)

Horrible service!! They were extremely rude every time I talked to them. They took a month to fix my car which should have only taken at most a week. When I dropped off my car the check engine light wasn't on, then when I went to pick It up my check engine light was on. Now 2 weeks later my car is acting up. I would never recommend this place to anyone
