They did great with my windsheild. They were quick with scheduling me in. They were quick with replacing it. And very friendly. I'm glad I chose them. They even cleaned up after themselves. Thank you seminole auto glass.

Got my rare windshield and rear glass in no time and installed them perfectly. The competition couldn't even find the glass. 78 camaro. Great front desk service and very friendly too.

Very professional, on time and very helpful at working with the insurance company. They did a great job, it looks like the original windshield with no adhesive showing or any damage to the interior of the vehicle. I cannot say that about the other glass shops in town. They did a great job replacing my windshield and had my car back to me in under 2 hours. They even gave us 50$ in gas gift cards. I had an issue with my lane keep assist after the windshield was calibrated and Sarah was very helpful with this issue. She even called Honda to determine how to fix the issue. If my windshield ever cracks again I will not hesitate to use this company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I contacted Seminole Glass after getting discouraged with the unresponsiveness of another local glass place up the street who shall remain un-named while attempting to have my windshield replaced.I contacted Seminole Glass on a Wednesday afternoon and they helped me work out the particulars with my insurance company and having my referral changed. I told them that I was coming into town and could go to their shop. They scheduled me for 9 a.m. Friday and I was back on the road by 9:45 with a new windshield and instructions on how to care for it. They had even installed my new wipers that I had sitting on my passenger seat.Seminole Glass was a smooth and painless experience. I had been using Seminole Auto glass for a few times now and every time it went well. Last time they came out to my house and replaced my front windshield. This time we had to take it to the shop and got it done. Overall it was easy and quick. What they did for me this time was a bit different because my wife's BMW x5 had a big crack and state farm was giving us a trouble at first. mainly due to the pricing difference etc. however, Seminole auto were able to match the competitors pricing so we were pleased with that. what we loved was how Sara were able to convinced the state farm agent to give us the OEM glass and Sara was very responsive and knowledgeable in her fields.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I had an issue with the glass in my son s truck so contacted Seminole Auto Glass. As it turned out, what I thought was the issue was something else. It would have been easy for Seminole to take advantage of my assumptions and charge me for services not needed however this is not what happened. With what was obvious expertise, they assessed the situation and took care of the matter. I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and, as I share with those I manage, fixing a customer s issue is only a part of the service however doing so with kindness, professionalism, exceeding excellence and genuine care is what separates fixing something from service provided exceptionally which is exactly what Seminole Auto Glass did. Thank you

I d give more stars if possible! Quick response, always available for questions, unbelievably friendly and professional!! Quality work. Fantastic price and great value. Hands down the best experience I could imagine, especially because I was out of town with auto glass problems. Sarah and Larry got my cars taken care of quickly and efficiently.

A great experience!. Excellent customer service when calling in. Easy to schedule. Prompt,convenient service at half the price of the other companies I called. Larry was professional and completed the repair efficiently. I would definitely recommend Seminole glass and will use them again if the need arises.

I cannot say enough good things about this comapny. They do fantastic work, another big box brand told me my windshield couldnt be replaced, so I called Seminole. Instantly, the process was easy. They took care of the insurance side of it, and got me on the schedule the very next morning. They even folded my tarp nicely and vacuumed the car. Seriously, there is a reason you hear their ads on the radio all the time. Don't bother calling anybody else. I'm trying to be as impartial as I can (I edited this after- to be more level-headed).Overall the set up for service was easy enough. I went through state farm. Seminole auto was able to come out the next day "anytime before 3pm." I was leaving my car with my wife, it was easier parking. They said Larry would call me and coordinate specifically the day of. I agreed and wanted them to call me so I could give my wife a heads up. It was nice to know they were so responsive.The day of service I tried to call to remind them to call me because my wife wound up being in a meeting. I couldn't get a hold of anyone. They ended up calling my wife and interrupting her out of the blue without much warning. She was called four times without a voicemail or message left. She was able to get to Larry, and have a co-worker make sure everything went fine.The actual service for a chip repair can still be seen from inside, luckily it is on the passenger side (unsure if this is normal or not). I was told Larry was ok, but less than friendly and seemed to want to just get the service over with and move on.I have a new stain on my driver side seat found after this service, I cannot tell what it is but it is frustrating to know I need to clean up after a service. I really hope it was just something we did not notice prior and not caused by the technician.I am disappointed with Seminole auto-glass. They were able to get to me quickly, but the coordination and responsiveness was a let down for the day of the service. Perhaps it was a wrong place, wrong time for everyone involved, but I had hoped this could've gone smoother.

I had no idea who to contact this week when the windshield on my wife's car was cracked. I read the reviews of a few companies and decided to go with a local service provider in Tallahassee. I called Seminole and spoke with Sarah on Monday. I gave her the insurance information and had a choice of days to get the work completed. I chose today. Sarah called on Wednesday to confirm I was still available, and asked for detailed information about the existing glass to be sure the right replacement was ordered. Larry arrived promptly this morning and the work was done in an hour. Since he has been doing this professional work for 23 years, I knew I was in good hands. The finished result was perfect. I don't want to go through another cracked windshield routine again, but if I do, I can say unequivocally that I will call this business. It is absolutely first rate.

I don t even write reviews and Larry hasn t even left yet but I had to come write this review. These people are AMAZING, they come out do an amazing job quickly and efficiently on top having great customer service. Everyone I talked to has been polite and very understanding. I highly recommend them if you need work done you won t get any better than this.Also BIG thanks and praise to Sarah, she will make sure you get the best deal possible. You are amazing keep being great.

I can not say enough about how punctual, and professional Seminole auto glass was. I had an apt made for Larry to come to my job to put in my new windshield. I got a call 10-15 min before his arrival but unfortunately wasn t at work at the time(I had forgot about him coming to do the windshield) he was able STILL work me in same day with no questions asked! I HIGHLY recommend this company to any and everyone needing a new windshield quickly and promptly with exceptional customer service! Will not go anywhere else!

I was looking for a local place to replace my windshield and Seminole Auto Glass was recommended to me more than once. Sarah got in touch with me and we did everything through text (I cant talk on the phone at work). She dealt with my insurance company and with me so I didn't even have to deal with them! Sarah was AMAZING to work with and Larry did a great job on my window replacement. He had everything done within like 35 mins. He explained the "do's and don'ts" so the windshield would "heal" lol correctly. Overall the service was outstanding! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a windshield replacement. I like that they use text; it made it much easier to schedule an appointment while at work. For those of us with the legal minimum insurance in FL, they have better prices for replacing a windshield than Safelite. The installation was easy and painless (~30min), and the installer was gracious about my work schedule.

My rear windshield was busted out in a vandalism incident and I immediately went looking for companies to get it replaced. Seminole Auto Glass is priced fairly, easy to schedule with and they did an awesome job!!! I hope I won t need anything replaced any time soon, but if I do I m calling y all! UPDATE: The experience started out great, unfortunately it didn't end so well. They were supposed to come out in the morning, by 12pm I still hadn't heard from them so I called they said that they thought I said anytime throughout the day. So I shook that off as a miscommunication. After that they said would come out after 1pm, it's now 4:30pm and no one is answering the phone. So basically, they just didn't show up and couldn't be bothered to tell me.After posting this review, I called the company - again - and told them that I would be going with someone else and that I had left this review. As a small business owner myself I understand the importance of these reviews, however I would want to know if I had upset someone this much. Anyways, post the phone call and review I received SEVEN phone calls in a row back to back. It freaked me out so much that I had my husband call and deal with these people. They lied to him about what actually happened - which is ridiculous because I have phone logs that prove everything they said was a lie.All in all, the person they have running their phones is totally unprofessional. I do not recommend this company if you want a drama free, easy windshield replacement.

Called on a Tuesday and Sarah was able to take care of insurance issue even after hours. Texting is a nice feature and Sarah answered every one of my questions and took care of everything else. By Thursday lunchtime, I had a replacement windshield. Larry was just as awesome as Sarah. He came to my place of business and replaced while I watched and asked even more questions. I had to leave for a brief period and when I got back he was cleaning up to leave. Both very professional and cordial. Only positive things to say about this duo. I hope not to need them again, but would gladly return.

Goes out of their way to exceed customer expectations. Glass appears to be high quality and installation was done in a quick and professional manner. I had my 05 Corolla Windshield replaced because I have over 200k miles and the scratches were so bad it was hard to see at night.

THE BEST AUTO GLASS SHOP IN NORTH FLORIDA!!!! Sarah is great and very responsive. The prices are afforable and they do quality work! I had an issue with my glass and they came to my location and fixed it promptly. About a month later the glass broke (not because of anything they did) and they were sooo professional and understanding. They immediately help me to get the issue resolve with my glass! I love this place! If i could i would give it 100 stars!!!

So glad I went with Seminole to replace my windshield! Larry and Sara were very professional and went the extra mile to make sure that my car was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Seminole to anyone in Tallahassee. This company truly cares about their customers!

As the saying goes, "it don't get no better" when you need your auto glass replaced, "Quality,On-time Service" from my initial contact with their office staff to my windshield replacement. After extensive research on auto glass companies and reviews, I called this company to have a glass installed for a family member that lives in the area.I told the person on the phone the situation on a rear glass breaking and needed a glass installed as soon as possible. I was told that they would call back on price and availability on both new and used glasses.Four hours goes by and no call back. I called again to see if they had any answers on prices and availability. They said they were still looking in to it. Its been well over three days (going on since Friday 11/4) and still no phone call back.Found another local company and got it taken care of for my family member. Do your homework to keep searching around for a more higher quality business that will stand up to customer satisfaction and their word(s).

Great locally owned business. Customer service was awesome. Larry came out to my place, and changed my window in no time. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend these guys.
