Their unprofessionalism is always at peak performance. They will look you in your face and say they are the only person at work today and can t get you your vehicle and then out walks 3 additional workers from behind them. They will then say it s because your car is behind 15 cars and on the furthest back row. The man is extremely rude with a passive aggressive demeanor. Laziness is at an all time high when it comes to this company.

They damaged my mailbox while towing repossessing someone else's vehicle. I went there and informed them of what happened they said the driver would call me. They didn't call me so I called them and still no reply. Now I am agitated. Considering taking further action based on the principle.

Poor customer service, they re rude and will talk you up and down like the valuable items you wish to get out your vehicles is your when it s someone else s. They put your items and stuff in a trash bag, and you don t get all your items out your vehicles. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they should be shut down and they don t know how to talk to their customers and show favoritism to other customers

Horrible they stole my brand new lab top and $1000 from my car. I when to pick up my car they even though my car removed my l new lab top and $1000 from my compartment on 11/3/22 they will steal your valuable if they get your car. I called the police to make a report and they blocked me when I called about my missing lab top and $1000 in cash very bad attitude not friendly and they steal from the customer car if they get it. They will be hearing from my lawyer soon that's why I keep receipts and account off every I place in my car off valuables. Please don't use them or if they recovery your car they will take your valuables. They are liar's and thieves.Service: Car towing

They stole a camera and 3umbrella that was in my car, I still don't know how they got in the car and I had the key.

This company is straight is bad. Not only did I pay the car to get released but they are taking their sweet time to release the car. The customer service is horrible. The longer the car stays at the lot the more money spent. Make an appointment to give someone their property that they paid for? QUICK TIP: THE LONGER YOUR CAR STAYS THEY WILL PUT IT UP FOR AUCTION.

Words cannot explain how Recon helped me out today .Not only did Recon help me move a vehicle on time but while I was on my way home from work I experienced a vehicle failure and I called AAA.. they said they couldn t have anyone out for 3 hours. I called Recon and I was in my driveway within the hour. Thanks so much for your professionalism and customer service!Service: Special vehicle towing

Poor customer service. Rude over the phone. The address was changed and they didn t bother updating it on Google. The address now is 3686 woodville hwy.
