Jose at Roslunds helped me through the process of getting the rear end damage on my Mazda repaired. Jose was very knowledgeable. My car was returned to me in better shape than when I dropped it off to them. They made the process ever so easy. Worst customer service I ve dealt with in a long time. I made an appointment and drove all the way across town for them to tell me they can t work on my vehicle. I provided make and model when making appointment at location.

I can't say enough great things about the entire crew at Roslund's. In particular, Lance worked with me directly on navigating not only the repair of my son's vehicle (BMW), but also the world of dealing with insurance companies. He was open, honest, and very responsive to me. He kept me in the loop as the process moved through with the insurance company and as the repair was being conducted. Lance is a miracle worker when it comes to dealing with the insurance company. He had our best interests AND safety in mind during the repair. The work was done quickly and with a high level of quality workmanship. We conducted all this business from out of town and everyone at Roslund's made us feel as though we were right there with them the whole time. Incredible shop that is certified in Volkswagen! This was my first time working with a body shop. I went in for a dent on my door and immediately from the estimate, the team at Roslund's was extremely professional. Lance and Jose are high-quality, best of the best in body shop service. The actual project took three weeks but they were very communicative on the process and even went above and beyond to inform me on each development. Their estimates are fair and they will do what is best to keep you and your car safe. If you look inside you will see all of the letters... could not agree more. Great Service! My BMW's rear bumper had a fairly large blemish a difficult after a rear end impact. Roslund's Paint and Body quickly gave me an estimate and after telling my insurance company, they had my car repaired. It looks better than new. I was amazed at how well the paint blended and the quality of the work. I am a car fanatic and highly recommend their service.

I was referred to Roslund's after my brand new car was sideswiped in traffic the day after I drove it off the lot. From the very beginning of my business with Roslund's they were on my side fighting with insurance to make sure I received what I wanted out of the repair. They took care of not only me, but my car, and fixed it so well it looked like the day I drove it off the lot. Scott was a great help, and without a doubt I'd be comfortable taking my car back here.

Amazing experience! I had never dealt with an auto accident before, and the staff at Roslund's took care of everything for me and made the situation very manageable. They even put in a part for my car (which I supplied) for no extra charge, and cleaned my rims. I am grateful for the excellent work they did.

Roslund's did a fantastic job repairing/replacing/painting my damaged BMW to factory specifications. The length of time to repair was longer than expected. Other than that, everything met my expectations. I highly recommend them doing any repairs on your luxury vehicle.

Everyone at here was so extremely helpful and kind!! I feel like often times body can be daunting because you never really know if they re genuinely going to help but I would recommend this shop to anyone. Jose was so beyond helpful, constantly keeping me updated and making me feel confident in the repairs I needed. Elizabeth at the front was also a huge help and sent me weekly emails with updates on how it was going. 10/10!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We took our daughter's vehicle to this place to take care of an insurance claim for paint work. We were given an estimate and were told that the work could be completed. Upon receiving the insurance claim check we tried to set up an appointment and were told that they could not do the work there because they did not have enough technicians. No big deal except that our claim check was written out to them. Several weeks pass and we try to contact them one more time before we have to cancel the check with the insurance company and go through the whole process again. Once we contacted them we were then told "yes we can now get you in in a couple of months and they even scheduled an appointment for 1/11/22" (You can see how long this has been going on). I even call days before just to make sure the appointment was still good. They reply "yes, we have you on the schedule for the 11th". So today (1/11/22) I take the vehicle to the Roslund's at 8am and as I walk in the door the lady at the front desk says "Vinson?" (showing that they were expecting me) and I reply yes. I complete the paperwork that they give me and give them the insurance check and another check for the deposit amount. At 8:47am I receive a call form Jose who stated that once again they only have 3 techs who only specialize in imports and that they cannot do any work to my vehicle and that he doesn't know who scheduled me. Jose basically tells me I need to come get my vehicle and that they would not do any work to it. All of this despite me being put on a schedule and waiting months for this work to be done. Now I have to deal with the insurance company again after waiting several months for this place to fulfill an agreement they made to complete the work. I can NOT recommend this paint body shop to anyone. This level of incompetence is mind boggling. The management and owners of the business should be ashamed. Everyone's time is valuable and they just wasted several months of my time.

I rear ended someone at a low speed and expected minor damage to my 3 month old truck. I was shocked to see the detailed repair order when I picked up my truck. What on the surface looked like a minor repair with new panels, paint and a bumper was actually the result of team of experts removing the engine of my truck, repairing the frame, and putting everything together in new condition. Chip and his crew did an outstanding job restoring my 3 month old truck to new condition. I never realized that a body shop has to match paint on a new auto. The paint job looks great and the body lines are perfect! I say all of this because it's easy to lose site of all the intricate details and focus on wanting your banged up auto restored to perfection. Chips crew put my puzzle together and did not miss a piece!When you read the minority negative reviews, remember, it's a mighty thin pancake that doesn't have two sides.I highly recommend Roslund's Body Shop!Kevin

Used Roslynds to repair my 1998 BMW Roadster.They were very professional, did fantastic work.My car is better now than before the accident.They took some time due to the holidays. But the results were amazing.No generic parts, only new genuine BMW panels.Would recommend to any owner of European brand cars.

I came into this body shop a week ago and had a terrible experience. I had about two scratches on the side of my car that I wanted fixed and the owner a man named Chip, estimated the repairs to be at around two grand!! I later went to several other body shops that appraised the repairs at under $200. What goes on in the shop is an absolute scam and needs to be shut down. One of the workers in the shop also later harassed me calling me several times asking me unusual personal questions and being completely unprofessional. I would recommend you never come to this scam unless you want to give your money away to this fraudulent business and it s phony owner Chip.This type of behavior is what ruins the car business and gives honest body shop owners a bad rep I would recommend you never come here!!Service: Painting

Roslunds is the only place I will take my car for body work. I have a white SUV that other body shops have not been able to match in the past. I had to take it back several times to other shops to match the color of my bumper to my car and it never looked right. When I took my car to Roslunds, they did an incredible job. Matched the paint PERFECTLY and made my car look brand new again. I will never take my car anywhere else! They really do the BEST job in Tallahassee. And if it takes a little longer to get in than others... believe me, its worth the wait!

I cannot say enough good things about this body shop. Roslund's is truly polite, honest, professional, and trustworthy. Most folks don't want to have to visit an auto body shop, but if you do have to, you'll be in good hands at Roslund's. After my accident, the folks at Roslund's were not only sympathetic to my situation, but went the extra mile to help me through the negotiations with the insurance and appraisers.

Chip (the owner) epitomizes the small business owner. My son needed to retrieve his car on a day when they were closed. I was more than impressed when Chip called to tell me that he drove to the shop (with family in tow) just to make sure that my son had his car. That gesture says more about the quality of service than any big budge TV commercial. Top marks to Roslund's Paint & Body Shop.

The service received was good but the timeline was unacceptable. I had a car repaired at Roslund's twice in one year. Both times I was told it would take 1-3 weeks. Both times it took 6+ weeks. When I brought this up to the manager he told me that he would review the repairs and let me know what happened. I never heard from him so this will be my last trip to Roslund's.

This is the only place that I trust to take any of my vehicles for any type of bodywork/repair. Everyone is very friendly and they do excellent work, can't tell anything ever happened after they get finished!! Don't hesitate to give them a call or stop by if you're ever in need of any repair or insurance claims!!

This is my first online review and I really don't like talking badly about businesses so it has taken a lot for me to get to this point. I brought my car to Roslund's when I was in a huge accident that wasn't my fault. I wasn't even in the car. I brought my car there because Volkswagen suggested them. Roslund's had my car for a month while doing repairs. I have a hard top convertible. No one ever checked the roof of my car to see if it was operational. When I went to pick it up, I realized the roof was completely broken off. At that time, I also reported to them about 5 other issues including my passenger side mirror which was damaged and needed to be replaced. I guess they thought it was suitable as it was. Because the roof was broken, they then sent my car to VW to get it fixed and 2 months later, I had it back. It still didn't work but that is VW's issue. The day I went to pick up my car, I showed the mechanic at Roslund's as well as the lady at the front desk where there was paint on the hood, part of the bumper sticking out, glue or something on the door and window, and various other issues. The mechanic basically laughed and said it was too cold to fix the issues now and that he would fix them once the weather was warmer and the roof of my car was fixed. Once the roof was fixed, I brought my car back to Roslund's every Tuesday and Thursday for 2.5 weeks so that each time they could tell me to come back so that the mechanic could look at it because he couldn't that day for one reason or another. I finally got so fed up with them that I told my insurance adjustor that I wanted to take my car somewhere else to have the remainder of the work done. In total, we paid Roslund's about $12,000. Included in that payment made to them was the amount necessary to replace my passenger side window, which they claimed to have replaced but never did. It looks exactly like it did when I first took it to them, chipped, with paint on it. Last week, I took my car to Universal Collision on Tennessee street where the man was very nice to me, almost the opposite of my experience at Roslund's. He told me that he used to work at Roslund's and it was apparent why he didn't work there anymore. He was too concerned about customers to fit in at a place like that. I will never go back to Roslund's and I will discourage anyone and everyone I know from seeking repairs at their shop.

I can not say enough about this place. I took my Lexus in for repairs & they did a magnificent job. I explained to the manager/owner that I had a trip coming up & needed my car by a certain date. He made no promises but said he would do his best to get it back to me in a timely manner. I was very delighted when it was ready right before my trip. The work was impeccible. I highly recommend this place. The owner and his wife are class acts. Super nice ppl. They will not dissapoint

Absolutely the best body shop in Tallahassee. They have done work on my families vehicles over the last 15 years. Audi, BMW, Ford, etc. you name it they can fix it and the best quality in our small town. Work on my car is very impressive. But the customer service is at very low standard the timeline they take is unacceptable they say something and will never keep up the promise and offcourse there is a story behind. very high charges. Over all experience being there customer is very annoying. But work on the car is good.

I would give a zero star but that is not possible. I was denied an estimate on the basis that by law the shop could not repair a car whose repair cost exceeded the value of the car. This was not an insurance repair and as I explained to the estimator I am not required by law to have collision insurance and it was a hit and run accident on I 10. The vehicle works fine, has relatively low mileage and just had a tail light damaged. Further, I had had estimates from two other reputable shops in town. I wonder if it was my Stop Bigotry bumper sticker with Trump s profile that causes this absurd response. I keep forgetting this is the South where conservativism is the euphemism for racism and bigotry. Stay away from this place if you want to deal with a professional shop. I called to talk to the owner and was asked what it was about. When I explained that I was denied an estimate for a reason that made little sense and I wanted to discus it with the owner I was then told he was unavailable.
