Sheila, the service dept. manager is an awesome woman and a great aid in getting things done on my vehicle in the service department. The quality of care at Proctor Honda has always been reliable to me through the years.

#March2021 Yup! time for oil change! They have This new area for express car service and i love it!!!! And booked my appointment before noon, so not really busy. And they added this isle for a charging station/waiting area. And the gentleman who assisted me is really accommodating and helpful, so keep it up!

Service department is exceptional! I had a great experience with Service Mgr, Sheila. I was having work done on daughter's car. I live out of state and Sheila was in constant contact with me about the repairs, cost, etc. If you have a Honda use Proctor.

Bruce is the man. Been going here for years now. 2 cars from Proctor. Treat me right every time. Fantastic service, prices are fair, and the waiting area is clean and tidy. Buy a Honda, especially from Proctor they will take care of you.

This was my first and last time using this business. They had my car for six days to perform a simple diagnostic but it was never completed. I have been here from sales to service over the past 15 years. I have never had a problem other than basic maintenance. The technicians are top notch and have helped me keep my Pilot on the road. The customer service is great and it says something when you can have a different service advisor but get the same great service no matter who you get. Sheila Walker is the service advisor I generally get. I know what she tells me is honest and she will work quickly to get you back on the road. I love Proctor Honda!

Zach the Service writer is likely the most dishonest individual I have ever dealt with. The service Manager is worse. The service tech Dennis was a nice guy and helped uncover all the lies that Zach made up so it was helpful in understanding what kind of person I was dealing with. I tried to reach out to the service manager twice to no avail . When we picked up the car we tried to explain the deceit that was evident but the service tech got all intimidating and puffed his chest out like he wanted a fight. Its must be pretty pathetic having to work there if the policy is lie to everyone. I have never been lied to more by anyone in such a short amount of time. It is unfortunate that even the service manager does not even know the policy of the company he works for, i suppose I could blame ignorance instead of untruths. Perhaps that's just how Honda does business.Edit on 2/4/23 after nearly 3 years they seem to have replied via google reviews as you can see below. I contacted them but I doubt I will hear anything but we will see. Glad I didnt hold my breath.

A routine oil change turned into a damaged bumper/headlight. My friend went to get her car serviced for an oil change for our road trip. Upon trying to pick the car back up, she was notified that one of the service techs crashed her car resulting in the bumper hanging on for dear life and the headlight being cracked. As if preparing for trips aren't stressful enough. Imagine having to leave your car with already negligent staff for another 2 weeks.Service: Oil change

I scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation at Proctor Honda. My service advisor was Essence Watson, who was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Even though I was early for my appointment, my car was taken back soon after check in, and the service was completed within 45 minutes (probably a little less than that)...and it was done right. Another excellent service appointment completed at Proctor Honda! Thank you for the exceptional service!

Our son was dealing with the service department and had nothing but good things to say. Took his CRV there for a trip check before every trip back home. Competent and professional service. Thank you for taking such good care of his car while at FSU.

said i needed an appointment. Only had appointments days later. Finally managed to get one same day... Simple oil change took over and hour. Staff was rude when I asked what was taking so long. TWICE they have been unable to fix a problem with our 2008 Honda Pilot ( that we bought from them!) but yet charged us $400 TO $600 for other things it needs .... We took it to Pedro s Mechanic and they found the problem in 30 minutes and were astonished the dealer mechanic could not do this? Scam and disrespectful to us, who have purchased two cars from them. Lesson learned, do NOT go here for car repairs or Honda support of any kind.
