I ve been looking for a specific car that s rather rare and hard to come by for about four years. Tim Barry, my hero, got this exact car on a trade in, remembered that I wanted one, and set me up with a great and fair deal. He explained everything thoroughly and was completely transparent, friendly and professional. The car isn t an Acura but I am SO happy. It is exactly what I wanted and Tim came through for me. All of the staff there who I met were really great. This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I ve had. 10/10 recommend.

This is truly the BEST dealership experience I've ever had (& I've bought many cars). Robert was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me with my out-of-state trade in as quickly & efficiently as possible. Everyone in the staff was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I recently purchased a 2024 Acura RDX from Proctor Acura and it was the most pleasant and stress free experience I have ever had in buying a car. The salesman, Robert D., guided me through the selection and purchase process with great professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and was a big help in making our choices. Todd, the finance manager, made the purchase transaction simple and stress free. The trade in offer was very reasonable, which made the deal so much easier. Overall, Proctor Acura is a great dealership, especially the staff, and I highly recommend them. BTW, the car is amazing, probably the best we have ever owned. I'm a big fan!

Searched and searched for the Acura that I wanted and finally found it. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Greg my salesperson who ask me a few questions regarding my trade. Ask for a little bit of info and valued my trade over what I expected and even discounted the new car which I didn't expect being a type S. I made the drive the following day and my paperwork was basically all done. I was in and out and very pleased.

The process of buying my first Acura was pleasurable. My salesman Robert took the time to explain all the features in the RDX and the MDX. They didn't have the interior color I wanted so my salesman took his time to review what they had in stock at the warehouse and was able to order the one I wanted with just the features I was looking for. I didn't have to wait all day at the dealership and go through all the craziness. Robert was very professional, polite and courteous. I would recommend Robert to my family & friends.

We have been loyal customers for three years. There is new management over Customer Service. I bought an Acura MDX A-Spec from Acura, ordered a part from Acura, and was told to go to a local Auto Body Shop to have the Acura part installed. The Fixed Operations Director and Customer Service Manager failed to hold themselves accountable for removing perfectly good parts from my car and replacing them with new parts at a previous appointment. There is absolutely ZERO continuity in their procedures. The Fixed Operations Director refused to service my vehicle after the correct parts were discovered and ordered. I was told my vehicle can no longer be serviced by Proctor Acura. Anyone would be upset if perfectly good parts were removed from his/her car, replaced, and charged almost $300.00. The Fixed Operations Director and Customer Service Manager were extremely rude to me. They were not empathetic to my situation at all. I was told to come get my parts and leave. I even spoke with the woman responsible for filtering customer service complaints up the chain of command. She did not try to resolve the situation at all. This service department has taken the service OUT of Customer Service. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.ATTENTION:The response provided below from the dealership is a blatant LIE. No appointment was scheduled and you did not try to rectify this situation at all. It is pretty comical when a person who looks like me is considered a threat to your safety. Typical response from someone who doesn t accept responsibility. That s a response from someone who hates their job and who definitely lacks the basics needed to work in Customer Service. You lack integrity and you are a coward.

Initially, I had a servicing and warranty issue that had me upset and confused - but after the team realized the ball was dropped, the team did everything in their power to rectify the situation. I received to calls from different managers who apologized and provided a solution. Haley is great! Although the issue did not pertain to her directly she took ownership of the situation and made sure she keep me updated on everything. She is a very great asset to the the team. Due to the way everything was handled professionally, I believe I can give this dealership a 5 star rating in my books.

From start to finnish I had a great buying experience with the folks at Proctor Acura. I drove two and a half hours to get there and am so glad that I did. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while being very personable as well. To top it all off, I feel that I left with a great deal!I would highly recommend Proctor Acura to anyone interested in purchasing a new Acura. They don't do any of the things that can ruin the dealship experience - no hidden fees, inventory is as advertised, no pressure tactics, no long delays.BTW - After driving it for a few days I absolutely love my Integra!

UPDATE: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars after Acura's service manager Mr. Walker and Ms. Barbree made everything right. Acura acknowledged that a mistake had been made and fixed all of the problems I've been having with the car. I am very happy and very relieved because I love this car and really wanted everything to work out!I've had a pretty shocking experience with the Proctor Acura service department and am so disappointed.My 2019 Acura RDX has been experiencing major safety issues - specifically, it has been shutting off and totally unresponsive twice now while going 70+ miles on the interstate. Both times, I've narrowly avoided an accident and done everything possible to avoid getting rear ended and get my car to the side of the road. A quick online search of the Acura forums shows that this is a very common problem in the 2019-2021 Acura RDX models, but when I took it into the service department, they won't even acknowledge the problem. They've told me that they can't get the car to replicate the problem at the service department, so they're not going to do anything. They then suggested that the next time (I'm on the interstate going 70+ mph and have to get my car to the side of the road) and it happens to me, I should videotape it, and then maybe they will do something. I'm not even sure what a video would show them!I am going to have to get rid of this car and am very disappointed. These defects are going to kill someone and I'm being told to videotape it next time in order for them to do anything about this major (known) defect.I also am having a much milder problem that they have refused to diagnose or handle - my speakers have also been popping repeatedly, and the service department told me to try using an Apple brand cable (I have tried this). They have refused to acknowledge or do anything about this problem, albeit this is much lower on my list of concerns. Just an "okay, well good luck."I've left my car at Acura for 3 days and they have sent me on my way. I will not be buying another Acura when I get rid of this death trap. Between the dangerous product and the absolute refusal to help in the service department, I can't trust them any longer.

I bought a used 2014 Ford F-150 from here in January and my experience could not have been better. Salesman was not pushy or impatient even though it was a couple of weeks between first looking at the truck and buying it. Definitely recommend these guys.

This was a great service experience. SA was Chris Stone who was very nice and informative. My RDX was taken back to the service area at my appointment time and the wait was reasonable and comfortable. Any staff walking by spoke and said hello. Loved the complimentary vacuum and wash too! I have to give a big 5 stars to Proctor Acura and the entire team. I live in Texas and was looking for a new Integra in Red. I contacted the dealership and worked with Greg Miller. I explained everything that I was not local and I would be flying in and driving the car back. He said no problem. When he gave me the numbers I was shocked. They were $4-6k less then everyone else I had contacted including my local dealerships. I immediately agreed on the numbers and put my deposit down. Next week the car arrived and was sitting on the showroom floor waiting. The dealership was able to beat my own financing I had been pre-approved with better rates and terms. The entire process was so fast and simple. No pressure with anything and all explained and laid out in the open. I was on the road and driving back to Texas by 5pm. The entire team at Proctor was so professional, nice and accommodating that it was well worth the flight down and 13hr drive back. If I ever need another Acura or vehicle they sell they would be at the top of my list to call and work with. I recommend everyone give them a call no matter where you live.

I worked with Chris, and he was super nice and communicative. I genuinely know nothing about cars but he was so patient and explained everything to me very well, even when he had to go through the same things multiple times. My car was done the same day and they were super understanding when I had to wait to come the next day to pick it up. 10/10 would recommend!

Communication and accountability is very poor at this location. Don t get your car serviced here - they will try to find other things wrong with your car that they can charge you for and never have any loaner cars available
